    Spoolofwhool His confirming it. His refering to the well here. Kelsier holding the actual shard then letting it go is a Sliver of Uncle Andy. Same with all shard holders. But ascending with 'The Well of Ascension' is still ascension. Like i said before, using the power of said well matters not. She 'had' the power. It was within her burstinf to break free. Reread my quote of the part of the book when she took the power. She had it within her.

    I agree ascending to become a shard is different as you take all of the shards power. You become the shard. But TLR has been confirmed to have ascended. Coppermind confirms this. Plus the time descriptions of TLR life within the books also confirms this. Re: Pre-ascension and Ascention/creation of the final empire

    You dont have to use the power of the well to ascend. Read the part where she steps into the well. She gain monstrous amounts of power and also was gaining huge amounts of knowledge the longer she had it. Thats how she knew how to heal Eland. She had the power alittle less than TLR. Only he used the power and Vin released the power. In any event 'she still had that power'

    When Vin breathed in the mists shed already ascended from the well of ascension. So at that point she was already an ascended being with huge amounts of investure. When she took on TLR she did not ascend by breathing in the mist. Just got really powerful

    Vin did not ascend with the mist! In book 3 she already ascended with the pool when taking on the inquisitors. Yes given enough absorption of the mists or stormlight (investure) youd ascend. But the pools at full capacity would give instant ascension.

    Yata When i say bleed through think condescension of water through materal substances. God metals would be the intentional bleed though into the physical. From what we know you cannot ascend from mist or the high storm. But you can ascend by absorbing the power of a shards pool. Aka the spiritual realm bleed through

    So if Preservation can appear thousands or millions of times to the deceased when they go to the Beyond, would Odium not use this ability to control voidbringers in the physical realm? Thats why the Parshendi hear themselves screaming within their inner self. Cause Odiumnow controls them

    Just thought of this talking to my little bro. A shard holder within the three realms. What if: 1. The Spiritual Realm bleeds through to the Physical Realm to create a Shard Pool. To instantly travel between planets. 2. The Cognitive Realm bleeds through to the physical to create things like the Mist or High Storm. What do you guys think

    When did Honor make the visions? I recon just before he encountered/challenged Odium. So he made the visions as a failsafe. .... Theory I think Honor invested in the Heralds greatly! Therefore the Heralds turning back in Stormlight book 1 intro ended him. And at the time his awareness was in the vicinity of what we now know as The Shattered Plains

    I think that Edgedancer confirmed the reason why the Knights Radiant did what they did. To prevent the next Desolation. As per the manipulation of the Heralds 'after' Honor died.... Because of them/Heralds. As per the Edgedancer 'Herald'.

    Still doesn't refute my point. Shards in my opinion is not power per say. But access to investure/spirit realm. The bigger the shard/splinter, the more access they have to investure. A shard accesses so much investure the person ascends. Think of it like a doorway, the bigger the door opening the greater the ability to access investure. Look at Vasher who now absorbs Stormlight. He just had to figure out how to do this. Aka, manipulated compatibility between shardic intents so he could access the investure on Roshar

    Yata Been awhile since i read the two Stormlight books. Where is it that says honor was alive during the Recreance? Honor did have some predictive abilities, Cultivation was the best. Plus..... one of the honor to dalinar visions of the end is the end of Stormlight Arc 1. As per WoB.

    My little bro thinks the shattering of honor was the heralds going against the intent of honor. The WoB above that honor was alive when the heralds abandoned their task leads me to believe he maybe right. As honor died in the last desolation. My bro thinks to shatter a shard is to make it go against their intent. The heralds were greatly invested in honor.

    Remember all shards are part of Uncle Andy. Its just the main intent of a shard that differentiate them as individuals. Investure is investure in the end. Aka the spirit realm

    I see the spirit realm as the quantum foam that permeates through to the other two realms. The place where all power originates and resides. The shards and invested people have access to this spirit realm by the shards and their splinters. Hence their use of power.

    Brandon did say dragons can appear as human. Why not be able to shapeshift into another species.

    BeskarKomrk True he did say that. it could be remnants of a shattered shard we know excluding Ambition. But im still thinking its Autonomy or Odium.

    It happens. You read to many Cosmere theories and fact and theory gets mixed. That happens to me. lucky my lil bro keeps rereading and rereading and graphic audioing and rereading the books.
