  1. Just in case I missed something in the rules That I now want to send mine as soon as possible even though theres like 24 hrs left for the turn to end I explained why in one of my previous posts Yes, I agree? :P
  2. @BrightnessRadiant I do know that couriers can only make PMs during night turns. Which is why I asked the GMs for confirmation, hoping for a little something. As I said earlier, I planned to go to sleep soon [but ended up pulling an all nighter instead. rip, me], and wanted to send my order in. Seonid hadn't replied then, and I didnt want to take any chances. I did forget to send in the order last night because of the rollover and things, so call me paranoid. I removed my vote because most actions that arent soothing/rioting require that. ie. Passing vials, implanting spikes, probably something esle too that I cant think of rn? require the player not to vote. tbh youre starting to give me elim vibes. Call it a gut read, I dunno, I'm too tired to think. Maybe if I get serious about voting on you this turn I'll post a thorough explanation and stuff but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  3. You can't take an action if you make courier PMs. I asked the GMs if I could make a PM instead of voting, and I wasn't getting a reply (due to some issues), so I figured I'd send in the order before I sleep if I don't get the reply before that (it's 2 am). But I got a reply a few minutes ago, and turns out I can't make PMs on day turns >>
  4. Though since I was the one who started it, should I really be called someone who was part of the bandwagon? Also, as I said before, I didn't really expect anyone else to vote on Dalinar when I cast my own vote. If what you say is right, I think what happened was that Orlok detained him. Now, Flash knows he's been outed Mistborn by a villager and decides to role claim in-thread before Orlok does, to give a village vibe, and is now trying to get Orlok lynched? He also might not be entirely truthful about his past uses of metal vials. If he really is an elim, I don't see a reason why he'd want to share his seeker/tineye action results, which he claims not to have taken. Keeping this scenario in mind, the elims must've killed off Lopen last night because he said he had a village read on the Flash? An attempt to make the village think the killed him off because he was getting the right vibes when he wasn't? Tbh, I'd been getting an elim vibe from Flash the past cycle, but I'm kinda leaning village, rn. And the attempted attack on Cluny was kind of random, imo, a little too random for an elim to claim to have done and admitted to do in-thread? And the fact that he kept asking for PMs is villager-y. Also, I dont think he's faking his frustration and annoyance on losing his vials and being detained. This really all depends on what @OrlokTsubodai has to say about this; whether he really was the captain who detained Flash or not. Also, Orlok -I have actions I need to take and therefore won't vote unless it's really necessary or unless I change my mind about taking said action. Does trust = agree with? If so, you're contradicting yourself.
  5. Huh okay just caught up with last night's thread. I'm down with lynching Orlok today. Now that Flash has revealed his role [which I think was totally the right thing to do, btw. The elims probably know now, as detainment informs them of what metals their target possessed. Considering the captain who detained Flash is an elim, of course, which I think is the case, here], I say we should have someone burn Iron on him. Someone who isn't Striker, as I suspect they'll have their captain detain them. If the captain in question isn't Orlok, it's likely the elims are trying to frame him. But as I said, I'm fine with lynching Orlok today. @The Flash did you use Tin and/or Bronze on anyone in the past night turns? If yes, if you found anything suspicious, please say so. We could use that info. @seekers, @tineyes, if you've found anything suspicious-worthy, and if you have a PM with someone you trust, I'd advise you to tell them of what you found so that they could pass that info on to the thread. Maybe we can work something out with the results, then.
  6. I havent read any of the posts yet -I'm kind of in a hurry- but @The Flash sorry about the lack of PM. I usually send in my orders this game when I'm in school; a few hours before rollover (probably not the best idea). I forgot I didnt have school today, thus didnt really send the pm order. Really sorry :/
  7. Um, well, okay. Don't know what to make of this now; I was expecting to be dead. And I certainly didn't expect this many people to vote on Dalinar, tbh. Thing is, I dont get why the lynch was diverted that late in the cycle, it would make sense if the elims were trying to save one of their own. Could they possibly be hoping that with that narrow lynch escape, people would start being even more suspicious of me? Probably. Speaking of which, what happened to Jond's vote? Soothed? I half-expect someone to claim responsibility for it, and I half-expect that someone to be an Agent trying to gain the villagers' trust. Okay, you'll receive the PM the next turn :P They do it to minimize the amount of information the village gets from the kill. Also, most of the times, people tend to expect the elims to kill the most active contributors. But at times those active contributors are elims trying to look like villagers. So if the elims keep killing in-actives, the villagers will have no reason to point out the most active [supposing they're an elim] and ask them why they aren't dead yet, because the elims haven't killed any active contributors. I guess Orlok wasn't attacked because this is what they wanted? The village to be suspicious of him? They know we'll expect them to target Orlok with the night kill, so maybe that's why they didn't?
  8. 1. I was just listing down possibilities and what they might mean. In that post, I clearly stated that I'm not sure what to do and whom to vote on. 2. Other people (can't remember who) had proposed the idea of elims being present among those voters first, and I literally answered the exact question your asking here in my previous post, in response to lopen. :-P 3. I don't get what you mean by the elim courier thing. I could make as many pms as I want between myself and other players without confessing to being a courier at all. I wouldn't need to make up an excuse for couriers to include themselves in PMs, make PMs with other players, and then tell them I'm a courier. Also, I could see why an elim would want the couriers to reveal themselves; they're quite important for the village. I am a courier, btw.
  9. The votes are tied :0 This means a no-lynch, right? Or do both players get lynched? I remember seonid clarifying this but I cant find it. Also, the way the votes are rn, the elims could easily sway the lynch in their favour if they have rioters/soothers. Other players really should cast their votes now.
  10. I'm getting lynched what. Well, yes, I didn't want to put my neck on the line by voting first, but the main reason I didn't vote was because I didn't know who to vote on. Even now, I'm kind of lost, tbh. Yes, I could've voted on one of Len, Meta, Sart, Ecth, BR, Striker, Araris, Manukos or HH but voting on them only based on the fact that they voted after Orlok role-claimed isn't entirely fair. I mean, I'm one of these people. To vote on one of these players I'd have to look at each of their posts separately, consider all my options, and then cast a vote, for which I didn't have time at that moment [exams and ramadan keep me fairly busy nowadays]. ^ Which is why I said: Is this why you're voting on me? Because: Hey look Jond's calling out someone to post, he must be evil let's lynch him. :P Why aren't people voting? Too busy passing items around? Putting spikes in? Please vote. I mean I don't think elims would target the same person in-thread. That would leave the other a clear elim if one of them dies. They usually tend the follow the majority and vote on the whoever has the most votes [or whoever has the potential to get the most votes on themselves] unless it's a fellow elim being lynched, in which case the try to divert the lynch. Okay. I'm going to cast my vote now Dalinar. I dont get why you voted on me and you just seem to be agreeing with whatever Lopen said. If you turn out to be evil I'd be suspicious of Lopen. I'm not even that suspicious of you. But I dont want to die, sorry. I'm going to at least try to survive. Oh, and, @players who voted on me/will vote on me, can you post what information you'll get from my lynch? Considering what my alignment will show up as? Suppose I'm an elim, who will you target next? And if I'm a villager? Who'll you be suspicious of, then? 'Cause I want to make sure that if I die, the village gets useful info, and not misleading info. Hm, @Cluny the Scourge I sure hope the elims don't kill you huh.
  11. Rip, Metallurgist. The elims are one annoying group this game >> We don't have nearly enough information. They'll probably go for @Dalinar Kholin or @DroughtBringer next. Try to post, please? We want useful information from your deaths We need more discussion and the village to be as active as possible. Now that I think about it, they might go for Orlok next, since he's the closest to a confirmed villager. PK expressed suspicion on Lopen and Flash. I'm already wary of Flash, and I don't think Lopen has done anything suspicious. Now, PK said that all this Bronze vials were stolen. Did this mean they were stolen by a thief, or like, one of the effects of detainment? Of the players who voted on PK, these are the ones who voted on him before Orlok role-claimed: Orlok, Flash, Cloud, PK. Players that voted after: Stick, Len, Meta, Sart, Ecth, BR, Striker, Araris, Manukos, HH. I think we should keep an eye on the players who voted after the role-claim, but...sigh yeah we didn't really get much info from PK's death with nearly everyone casting their votes on him :[ Ninja'd by dalinar
  12. I don't think the stuff in N0 alone made anyone suspicious of PK, it was mostly the detainment. Also, as Flash already pointed out, Orlok claimed to be the captain. So you think Orlok is an elim?
  13. Okay I didn't complete my post and hit submit by mistake >> I was going to say that while the majority of the elims must've voted on PK along with the rest of us, there must be some of them who hadn't, right? That would make them appear as villagers who didn't vote on PK (another villager). Yitzi, Ornstein, Drough and Dalinar didnt vote at all last cycle. They havent posted in the thread either [with the exception of Yitzi] Lopen, Cluny, Sart and Jondesu voted on players that aren't PK. Jond's vote got soothed, for whatever reason. @Cluny the Scourge any clue why?
  14. Rusts. RUSTS. Last night, I had a dream in which PK turned out to be a villager. I randomly woke up in the middle of the night, checked the thread, and went back to sleep. Then I see this in the morning, after the rollover >> Should've listened to my brain giving me signals... A few quotes from last turn: BR: Jondesu: I guess they got confused with the double-vote mechanic from LG33, but I agree that there's something off about the fact that they chose to remove their vote off Orlok and not Flash. So, we lost a seeker. Would've been nice if PK told us if he used his vial targeted anyone on N0. Hm. Did anyone have a PM with him? I think the most likely explanation is that they forgot. Or messed up with the rollover time. CoughFlashCough. I think they'd be one of the late voters, the ones after orlok claimed to have detained him, maybe? Also, Jond's vote on Cluny was soothed Vote tally from last turn: Dalinar-(1) Lopen PK- (13) Orlok, Flash, Cloudjumper, Stick, Elenion, Meta, Ecth, Brightness, StrikerEZ, PK, HH, Manukos, Araris Flash-(1) Cluny Ecthelion-(1) Sart Cluny (1)- Jondesu Dalinar (1) Lopen Vote tally from the write-up: Paranoid King (13)- Hemalurgic Headshot, The Flash, Manukos, Ecthelion III, Paranoid King, cloudjumper, _Stick_, OrlokTsubodai, StrikerEZ, Elenion, Araris Valerian, Metacognition, BrightnessRadiant Dalinar Kholin (1)- TheMightyLopen The Flash (1)- Cluny the Scourge Ecthelion (1)- Sart
  15. I didnt really consider this But hey, even if PK is village, we'll hopefully get useful information from his lynch?
  16. Oh. Oooh...Well, that pretty much explains why there was no kill I guess. PK. edit: Jondesu: It doesnt *always* make my content disappear, but it has happened enough times to make me paranoid :P
  17. D1 lynches are likely to target villagers anyway /shrug I doubt the elims are all inactive :P . A villager had no reason to detain any player last night. Which is why I'm certain there's elim involvement in the detention. I don't really understand a lot of things right now. Scenario One: PK is an elim and so is his detainer Kind of pointless, that. What's the use of detaining your own and not killing a villager when you could have? They surely must have known that the detainment will arouse suspicions on PK. This still doesn't explain the lack of an elim kill. Scenario Two: PK is an elim and his detainer is not I doubt a villager had any reason to detain anyone at all last turn. If this is true, it's luck. There's no way they could've known PK's alignment. Or maybe the were just curious about what vials PK had, if any. Though a villager probably wouldn't want risk detaining a player only for them to turn out to be a Metallurgist. Scenario Three: PK is a villager and his detainer is an elim They detained him and didn't send in a kill order to make us think that PK was the venture agent responsible for sending in the order. Again, kind of pointless since D1 lynches almost always target villagers, as I said earlier. Elims find one way or another to escape it. I cant make sense of this, I think I'll refrain from voting today. Unless something more suspicious comes up. Ninja'd by like two people. I won't click show replies as that would make everything I typed disappear :]
  18. I don't see why the elims chose not to kill last night. I mean, sure, some of them might have had important night actions to take (like the detention) but all of them? I doubt it. Unless I'm misunderstanding the rule about the elim kill and night actions. This, though, might be an explanation for a no kill: I would vote, but I'm still catching up on last night's posts. If I find someone suspicious from there, my vote's going on them, because I'm not entirely sure that forgetting the rollover time is a reason enough to vote on flash. But I'll be keeping an eye on him I guess
  19. Do the Agents get a faction kill tonight? If so, RIP, person who gets targeted. Unless you survive as a result of a WGG.
  20. Haha, Yes. For some reason, people were assuming it meant involving. Dirty misleading elims.
  21. Okay, notice how you won't technically get any solid piece of information from my death [because I'm a villager], when you would get solid leads from Steph's and BR's death, whether they're elims or not. Kill me if you want tho I have my protection and you have your kills.
