  1. Considering Kell, it is totally plausible that Trell is an outgrowth of something he started that has since gotten completely out of his control and he’s scrambling to fix it. But I think that plot will likely belong to Era 3.
  2. No, no, I covered that in option 4.
  3. This is true. It is worth noting that the Common Cold really isn’t harmless though...
  4. Please note that the Common Cold can be lethal if: A: you are immune compromised. B: You have preexisting respiratory issues C: It is an entirely novel variant to which your immune system is unfamiliar. Also, the Common Cold is often a Corona virus... so yes, Roshar had Covid before Covid was a thing. And more people should be dying from it, considering viruses don’t seem to exist on Roshar and the virus should have mutated repeatedly by now... as Cold viruses are known to do.
  5. Actually, the big 4 are: Sel, Scadrial, Roshar and TALDAIN. Those are the ones Brandon planned for MB Era 4.
  6. We’re going to know who Trell is!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was afraid we’d have to wait until Era 3! So... Options: 1: Autonomy 2: Avatar of Autonomy 3: Odium 4: Kelsier (because putting anything as past him at this point is a bad idea) 5: A Splinter of Ruin that Saze severed from himself
  7. Yeah, it really is. But it gets crazier. See, just around two months ago my grandmother passed away. The first cousin had her engagement party the week before my grandmother passed away. The second cousin got engaged two days before and had her engagement party the week after shiva. My sister got engaged a month and a half after our grandmother passed. The whole family thinks she made a deal with God: He could only take her if her granddaughters got husbands in exchange.
  8. Thanks for thinking of me Ghanderflafgle. Rotation could work. Otherwise I’m going to have to refuse; my sister got engaged a week ago and she’s getting married in a little over two months. And two of my cousins are also getting married during this time. Between weddings, Sheva Brachos, and gown fittings, I’m going to be far too busy to run things until July. Good things to be busy with though, so I’m hardly complaining!
  9. Kelsier glanced over at Rylia. “Hold that for now. We’ve got a long trip ahead of us and you’ll want something to read on the way.”
  10. “And speaking of sky: Roues, is the ship prepped?” Kelsier asked. Roues nodded. “She’s ready for when everyone else is.”
  11. After waking everyone up, Trésor headed downstairs. ”This is Trésor,” Kelsier told Rylia. “She’s an Arcanist. Braisier and Foullet are chefs and Aiguilles is a tailor. Roues is my chauffeur and pilot. They’ll be coming with us.”
  12. Trésor began knocking at the Earthers’ doors, letting them know to come downstairs. The other Ghostbloods had already packed up.
  13. Lol! The original was 300 years, but I realized that this takes place in the modern Era, so it’s 400 now. Those Seons are Ene and Ati, btw. Hope and Trickery. Ati does outgoing, Ene takes incoming. But they’re WAY more interested in that racing game.
  14. Kelsier smiled as he walked into his home. “I’m back!” He announced. “And we’re leaving.”
  15. Kelsier grinned. “Depends on who you ask. It’s not very safe for the people who captured you, for example. You should be fine though.”
  16. Kelsier smiles, gesturing her forward. “I’m not leaving you alone out here. This location’s been compromised, which is why I’m moving everyone out.”
  17. A few minutes later Kelsier landed lightly on the doorstep of the safe house. He paused, waiting for Rylia to join him.
  18. Thanks! I’m glad you like them!
  19. Kelsier reached out catching Rylia just before she got soaked. “Try anchoring your coin to the building next time,” he suggested as he pulled her to his side of the canal. “You can use that to increase the speed of your forward motion, which lets you move further. ”You can use an anchor at the canal bottom; they aren’t that deep. But the water here is mildly metallic, which can make it harder to push on the bottom. And all of the Basin is marshland so the ground is fairly soft.”
