It seems like she has Multiple Personality Disorder(is that what it's called?).

Because that's something that spren are unfamiliar with, but very important to people. They're curious.

I wonder if Shallan will continue to be someone else when using the Blade. I think that's a bad idea.

Pattern is the best. No doubt about it.

At this point, I really want for something we haven't predicted to happen. Or have we already predicted every way this could go? Just 13.5 hours until the next chapters. Tomorrow is too far away!

For a moment, I thought you meant a member of our 17th Shard. Was confused.

Nightwatcher Boon/Bane (Game)

Granted, you now have an army of servants who obey anyone's commands unflinchingly. I wish I didn't procrastinate so much. -
I also think it would be very interesting to read Gavilar's POV during his assasination. I'm really hoping this happens in the book 5 prologue. There are lots important things that only he knew about(such as the entire Sons of Honour thing, the mysterious black sphere and how it got to him, etc), we could get so many answers and even more questions It would be really cool(at least for me) to read about Elhokar when he's thinking there's someone in his room. I also have a tendency to lie awake at night, terrified of opening my eyes for fear of what I might see when I open them. However, my mantra is 'there's nothing there', not 'there's someone in here'. It would be nice to be able to emphasize with the character more than I already do

Wow, that's level 100500 immersion. I've never seen it outside of Belarusian sites(where it's known as пачакун, which means 'one who waits' in Belarusian). Good luck with your study of Russian. It's a nice language, with plenty of epic books written in it. And don't forget to read Sanderson's books when you reach that level. Reading a book in a different language is like reading it for the first time again.

Exactly. Leaving it up to our imaginations will make us picture terrible things, and writing down exactly what happened takes away from that.

A lot of different forms are mentioned in the WOR epigraphs. Perhaps they learned how to take them on?

At the worst possible time.

Wow, what's going on with Taravangian? Who is that Radiant? And dammit, no Lift

Well, I'd love it if Hoid got a POV, but that's not gonna happen...

I did not expect to see this meme here. I'd upvote twice if I could.

The Ultimate List of Questions for Brandon
flying_shadow replied to Chaos's topic in Cosmere Discussion
Was the code from WOR(the chain of numbers in an epigraph) decoded in-universe? Will Hoid meet Szeth? What happened to Noorden? He just stopped being mentioned at one point in HOA. Has anyone ever killed themselves due to being stalked by the Cryptics? It seems absolutely terrifying and the kind of thing that makes you doubt your sanity and suffer breakdowns. Will there be a Belarusian translation of the books? Does hockey exist in the Cosmere? -
So share it pleeeeeease! I'll give you cookies!..

The only dangerous part of this is going to be when we get reprimanded for reading Oathbringer at work/school. Or for skipping work/school to read Oathbringer.

[OB] PLEEAAAAZZZEEEEE .... sombody draw this!

Could someone draw the Shardfork? -
I also think this could be possible. I don't really see any contradictions in the epigraphs, but it does seem a bit unlikely.

I've always felt sorry for Elhokar. When I looked into the mirror and saw the reflection of someone who I couldn't see(he was in the hall in a weird spot), I had a meltdown. I'm amazed that he's more or less sane even though he sees terrifying figures everywhere. I mean, he looks into mirrors despite knowing exactly what he'll see there. I don't look at mirrors at night for fear of seeing something. Elhokar may be whiny, but he's still stronger than me
