Okay here's a Coldpin fight. I'm assuming that -50 °C is enough to freeze flesh quickly, but tell me if the chicken leg has to be colder. Also I'm thinking of giving him a teritary speed power of 5× normal speed (this also slightly buffs strength) Coldpin sat at a table in a bar and joked with his friends. They were laughing, but it sounded forced. He would have to talk about that to them. How was he supposed to feel funny if the laughs weren't genuine? "And then she says she saw me at the vegetarian cafe...", he started another joke. "...but I'd never frosting met herbivore!"He finished to another wawe of forced laughter. As it quieted down he heard someone say"I don't ged'it." "Who said that!?", Coldpin screamed, searching the bar with his eyes. "Which frosting one of you said that!?" he said shooting a Frost pulse to the left. It froze a drink that had been sitting on the table and was followed by quick intakes of breath an curses from the people whom the blast had cooled considerably. "Well since you couldn't bother to answer... you're all gonna die!" he screamed doing his best maniacal laugh. (Fight!)Coldpin grabbed a chicken leg from his table froze it with a pulse before infusing it with cold, setting it's temperature to -50 °C. He smashed the glass-hard chicken leg against the head of the person to his right. Bits of chicken flew away to the sides or embeded into the head of the target, the skin freezing outward. Coldpin stabbed the leftovers of the chicken leg he held in his hand into the chest of the fellow to the right. He fired pulses at both men freezing one's head and the other's heart. Then he grabbed a sharp dinner knife, infusing it to -150 °C and began to slash. The knife shattered after a few strikes, at which point Coldpin unleashed Frostpulses at the wounded targets. He infused a chair leg and smashed a head open, leaving it there. Then he grabbed a rib bone from one of his targets, infused it and rammed it into someone's throat. A beer bottle broke a leg. A piece of carpet gutted the bartender. A frostpulse froze a man's bleeding arm. And all was still. A man left the bar,"Herbivore sounds like her before." "I really don't like explaining jokes,"he muttered.

I think I can put the effects into 1 cookie.

Do the targets have to be asleep?

No. As long as it's a live human the powers will have a a diminished effect and even more so on an Epic. I am not sure of the exact amounts. He has to wait 5 seconds between changes. Edit:Also Coldpin's pulse is very effective on bleeding wounds as the blood around the wound isn't alive even if it's inside.

What do you mean with it only being for a couple seconds? Does the power have to recharge?

This doesn't work on clothes or other items someone is wearing right (secondary)?

Secondary seems overpowered to me. Altgough maybe I was just reminded of steelheart and he is overpowered. So nevermind carry on. Also weaknesses should disable all powers I think.

Font is annoying (to me at least) He seems a bit too owerpowered unless you go Astoria or Salem (in my opinion)

Liked it. The spirit thing is however coming in the 2nd chapter and it would be hard to realize it's a lie and not a bit of worldbuilding without the Authors Annotation.
