    It actually makes sense. Continents are far more random than cities. Well, except for Boston. I think that they built their street plan off of the Minotaur's Labyrinth.

    Exactly which region am I in? As far as I can tell from the map, my region is the Twilight Ocean. Since most of my area is actually on land, I would like another name.

    I want white lumuoles to do stuff, since they are almost universally (is that the right word for something that applies only to one planet?) ignored. Also, I like doing stuff that others don't do, so I may decide to invent black lumuoles. I have no idea what they might do, but I might invent them.

    ...some of them use multiple types of lumuoles? Well they need special lumuoles because I say so! And the similarities thing...great minds think alike, after all.

    Spatial manipulation, etc. They can't really control normal ones, but they can do the home-grown ones. The main use for this I can think of is forging weapons, quenching the blades in lumuole juice, and giving them different powers. As for the different powers, I am thinking of things like a small cat-like creature that is normally white, but has pictures of whatever it's thinking about along its body. As well as a small herbivore that uses blue lumuoles to read minds, enabling them to determine people's intentions towards them. This basically allows them to know who is hunting them and who just wants to pet a fluffy creature. Very kind creatures, good pets. No attack abilities, but they can subtly manipulate snow to dig holes very quickly.Also, I think you basically are right with your summary of the plants, they have tiny hotspots in them. I'm working on the powers for people, but I'm basically thinking that most of them will have some kind of weather-related power, even if it is predicting the weather.
