    Wyrm, I intended my vote for Macen to be a poke vote. I wanted to try and spur him into actually posting something, and maybe find out why he was included in the tineye's list of suspects. I did not think anyone else would actually vote for him so I thought there was little chance of him actually being lynched, it was also at the beginning of the cycle so I knew I had plenty of time to change my vote to something real. I thought there was an opportunity to learn some information so I went for it. Personally I thought it was a better option then just killing the inactives willy-nilly with a coinshot like you proposed. As for it being a "classic eliminator strategy", I didn't know. This is the first real game I've been able to participate in. Sorry if this comes across as a little brusque, just got back from the dentist and I'm not in the best mood. Ash, sorry but things really aren't looking good for you.

    No, Brandon has there are no Splinters of Ruin or Preservation. The mist is something else, which we don't have a term for.

    My personal thought was that it was about how Herdazians have listener blood, but he told us that already so why would he keep it a secret? Unless he forgot?

    There is some evidence, though I personally am not inclined to agree with it. (Namely since I think Stormy is Tanavast's ghost, or at least I did).

    The confusing thing is that Brandon has said that the Stormfather and the Nightwatcher are /not/ the same sort of thing (I think the actual line is that the relationship between Cultivation/Nightwatcher is not the same as between Honor/Stormfather). We also recently got WoB that the Stormfather is a Cognitive shadows of Honor (so technically I wouldn't call him a spren) but we know that Cultivation is still alive. BTW I finished typing up the rough transcription. I try to go back and fix/polish it but I had some difficulty parsing some of the stuff. The recording didn't play particularly well for me. So if someone else can give it a listen and help me out it would be much appreciated.

    I'm interested by the list of suspects in the Tineye message. It would appear that the tineye was privy to the fact that Ostrich was getting coinshot, otherwise that dead men tell no tales line was a really good guess. I'm also curious about the inclusion of Macen, who hasn't been active at all (or at least I don't recall him posting anything). All the others have been at least somewhat active but Macen is an anomaly. So Macen, if you read this do you have any idea why you were targeted thusly? Also Wyrm, I don't believe you have responded to my questioning of your push for the coinshot-ing of the inactive buffer. If you have, I apologize, but I still wonder why you advocated such a stance.

    In the folder I can only see four files, three are dated from march, only one is dated from january. The transcription is in progress but my computer was being stupid so it's handwritten so far. I'll try to finish and type it up tomorrow.

    Wouldn't that only benefit the Spiked though? At this point it is almost certain* that the inactives are Villagers, right now they are serving as an additional buffer between the Spiked and victory. If we just kill them, aren't we just helping the Spiked get that much closer to victory? I could see using them as targets for a coinshot proving their ability though, is that what you meant? *I'm not willing to discount one of the inactives being a sleeper-Spiked who is active in the doc but not on the forums. Probably not likely but who would expect it?

    @several Thanks for that, I thought he said something like "Shatter-" but I couldn't tell 100% without going back and listening again which the player wasn't letting me do. (Well I could have but I would have had to listen to the entire thing over again which I had neither the time nor the patience for at the time) @karakoeng Thanks for sharing the recording, I'll try and transcribe it today. In the folder it looks like there are three files from last march and one from this month, is that correct?

    lightningrani on tumblr went to this signing and asked a question about Hesina: Since Kaladin's family was second nahn (rani said that Brandon actually thought they were third, but they're second in WoK) that means either the difference between first and second nahn is significantly larger than I had thought or she was higher than first nahn (i.e. some level of dahn... which is for lighteyes...). Also there was mention of Brandon doing a physical/digital bundle thing for Shadows of Self.

    I just transcribed a thing where Brandon talks about how rights for Legion, Mistborn, The Emperor's Soul, and Steelheart have all been sold and there's motion but that none of them are close to actually being a thing at this point.

    Okay I did a really rough transcription of the general q&a audio but the tumblr audio player is stupid so I haven't been able to fix a lot of stuff. I also left out a lot of the filler where he is distributing swag and stuff that we know (or non-answers)

    Okay so from what I can tell before soother/rioter shenanigans the vote last night was tied 3/3 between Eol and Wyrm. Now correct me if I'm wrong but if a lynch vote is tied then no one gets lynched, correct? So the fact that someone Soothed a vote for Eol ensured that Wyrm died. I find it interesting that Eol was saved instead of Wyrm. I'll echo Wilson and ask the seekers among us to Seek him sooner rather than later. (I'm pretty sure this holds up but I'm not 100% sure I got the pre-meddling vote tally right)
