  1. I find it really hard....an accidental worldhopper would probably die soon. The Cognitive Realm isn't really the place you want to be without preparation. It's possible you die some seconds after the Hop drowned. Of if you are lucky enough to be on solid field, you will starve to death. Sure you may be so luckly to worldhop in a Perpendicularity widely used (like the Pits) where the staff may help you (or simply kill you)
  2. I think it's the only way to have a little margin of safety...but it would be not enough. Probably, the Scadrial's casino will be a "all uses way to cheat and they all balance the game with that. of course everybody knows"
  3. @cometaryorbit all the plan regard the "hit him in the brain and kill him" would fail as long as he had Gold Healing and He would probably rip off his head to allow a new one to grow if he decide it's the better counterattack. Try to Spike him out the Gold Feruchemy is actual a good plan, but as @Spoolofwhool said he may simply heal the Soul damage and honestly I don't see him let someone do this. As soon he see something wrong He would switch between "I don't give a storm" to "exterminate! exterminate!" The Leecher one would kill him (and not for the gold but for the Youth). but IF there is a Leecher, we have to assume He knows the other metals are discovered, we have to assume He already figure something wrong when a guy approciate him without burning nothing and we have to assume the Leecher may keep the contact soo long to drain all the reserves (and Rashek had tons of Feruchemical Charge). I think Rashek will reap apart the poor guy as soon he sense his standard metal vanish. The Lashing idea is tricky. Rashek may almost use differenct countermeasures to it. 1) Pull/Push on something to resist the lash 2) Burn for a couple of seconds (alternative with his Atium to remain alive) Alluminium, to purge away the hostile Investiture. I say something like: 2 second A-Alluminium, 3 second Youth, repeat. 3) If He know the way to worldhop with Metallic arts...He may shift realm
  4. Actually the Electrum doesn't provide any mind expansion or it would be as good as the Atium (while he is considerate "poormen's Atium" for a reason)
  5. Well before Lerasium there are only Misting and also those Misting needed an extra force to Snap into Allomancers (the Mist). You may take the pre-Lerasium's popolation and compare with the Ska's popolation (pure ska, not someone with a bis bis bis grandparent among the nobles). They are both in a "natural state" and they need the Mistsnap to gain their abilities. He would become a Brass and Steel Misting: The problem here, that there is not a "natural way to become allomancer" pre-Lerasium bead the Snapping into Allomancer was possible with the Mist (in the end gassous Lerasium) in TFE thank to direct infusion of Lerasium in 9 guys/lady. I proposed the Overloading in the regard of Mistborn also because they seems to work outside of the right parameters...For example their Allomancy may hurt them, a problem no Misting is exposed.
  6. Ah I didn't remember the quote, thanks If He spawn the Ruin's extra power directly in Atium....He would create more Atium than the amount we see in the whole FE. In the Final Empire the power slowly leeks in the physical over the time, while in this way all the power is turned physical together, I imagine it would be like an Atium's Mountain. If you are interested, @Pagerunner developed a theory about the Harmonium be slight umbalanced to Ruin and be used to Harmony to balance himself.
  7. Yes, too much. They have not a great Forgery's knowledge and if they try to obtain informations, they will discover how quite impossible was the task. It's not a plan any sane person would make.
  8. When someone dies, his Soul's tie to the physical realm began to be cutted and also if the body is dead, the Mind spawn in the Cognitive Realm. While He is still in this state He may be revived with magic Healingbut the Soul began to feel the pull of the Beyond and this pull become stronger and stronger until the Mind leaves the Realms to reach the Beyond itself. Once the Mind is beyond the Realms, the guy's invesiture is recycled in the rightful pool and no mortal (and as far as we know godly) way may restore him. Of course you could Soulcast the matter again into a living being (but I think it's quite hard for biology complexity) but if the soul is gone, you will simply have a corpse (probably if you are fast enough you may de-Soulcast someone as living being...but I think you will need to apply some Healing to the guy too)
  9. A: Because he's too lazy to worldhopp on the other side
  10. Underskin metal would be unspottable...Honestly I think those kind of atcivity will lose thier charme when you actually "see the matrix" below. On another point, it may become a real challenge, be the one best equipped to win, in a context where everyone has F-Chromium and other abilities, the winner is the best equipped/planned.
  11. He would soon regret, too many Spikes did horrible thing to the reciver...but of course He could not know it. I think simply Scadrial will have less or no casino, places where people know actually how to manipulate Fortune are places where there can't be such attivities....You could not really check every bit of metal someone may carry, remember someone doesn't need a Spike to manipulate Fortune, a simple Spinner or someone quipped with a Medallion who gift Chromium Feruchemy may obtain probably better result
  12. Well many Roshar's species has Spren-Symbiosis but the listerer are the only one who are soo "fluid" to them. I don't even think a Greatshell may change its Spren and if they does....well they will simply crush under their own weight
  13. With the Electrum you have a more direct feed than what you could get from the Bronze. It's more fast to react to an image than a feel you had to hardly decipher before (if this is possible at all)
  14. If the Harmonium works as universal metalmind they will know also without full Feruchemist...A Feruchemist/Ferring feel an affinity with the metal they could store into. Without consider that we already see the Feruchemical effect of Harmonium (or at least a subset of the effect) and in theory maybe allow to store multiple type of charge in it. Anyway if also the Harmonium allow to store multiple charge's type in it. Every charge would be still tied to the Identity and the Power of the owner, so other would be unable to access it. There are some way to allow people to freely tap and store in metalmind without those problem, but the Harmonium is not needed for this
  15. I don't remember quote from Harmony, maybe Brandon said something...But remember what Kelsier did, He destroyed the Atium's production for centuries. We can'ts say if "the Pit are gone" refer to: 1) Some centuries stop Kelsier make 2) Harmony re-absorb their power 3) Harmony simply moved them (and of course in the new location they will not spawn Atium from centuries)
  16. actually we have multiple confirm of Horneater Peaks as Perpendicularity....For example just recently someone asked if there are limitations to who may pass a perpendicularity (because Rock says you will die) and Brandon said "they think you die, because if someone enter that and never return you think he is drowned...not worldhopped"
  17. Yolen has not yet a released book, so it's hard to say what is on yolen and what is not. Of course Scadrial flora and fauna mimic the Yolish ones...and it's not convergent evolution. Scadrial's Gods actually copied the species they know from they homeland (human included). Also the Convergent evolution fails when you have an actual god who popolate the universe and way to move from planet to planet and export/spread species (for example the Listeners as almost all the flora/fauna of Roshar were deliberated create by Adonalsium).
  18. Hoid is Yolish, borned and rised there (as other the 16 Vessels are). Those references mean quite nothing as @Spoolofwhool said. Many of those are things acutally present on Roshar or on other Shardworlds (Yolen and Scadrial are quite Earth-like and you will probably find out flora and fauna there).
  19. Can you explain me the link Hoid-Earth, I honestly didn't get it
  20. We have no actual informations, it's just an idea of mine. We know only the Returned are Cognitive Shadows linked to their former body by the Divine Breath. Now Speculation time: The Returned to be Cognitive Shadow remained in the Realms once their ties to the physical are no more. We know the Breath may carry Cognitive (it's what we see with the Awakening), so my idea is: "The Breath someone has, may remain imprint of the Cognitive Self of the owner and when He dies, They may become a Cognitive Shadow of their former owner....Endowment reclutes among this Cognitive Shadow her Returned". This may explain why A Drab can't Return
  21. Honestly I don't understand what is the point to add the Earth to all cost to the Cosmere. Also the "Cosmere is dawft galaxy wide" didn't mean there is something more beyond the Cosmere's limit (imagine an universe large only a fraction of our own), if Adonalsium created the Cosmere, He/She/it may created the only space needed to his/her/its creation. Also the Realmatic Theory seems to be not fitting with Reckoners or Rithmalist ambientation.
  22. Regular Breath are not stealable, but Divine may be stealed. Actually I think you may give an Hemalurgic Divine Breath, but I am not really sure. You will spike the Section of the Soul where the Divine Breath is bonded with the Returned and therefore you would be able to give it away like usual...but probably someone else may make a argomentation aganist this possibility. Notice that you need in some way to avoid the Divine Breath's Heal to performe what you ask, and I don't know how it may be performed. I think we have a WoB about I will try to find it, only, notice you didn't need the hemalurgy to performe this experiment. You simply need to give enough Breath to a Tin Misting.
  23. Compounding is not an automatic task, it need a specific mental image and twisting the regular allomancy's outcome...I am very unsure you can compound while sleeping
  24. Mainly I think it isn't true because Rayse isn't trap on Braize. He can't leave it (or at least He could leave before Investing there). He is simply bound to Great Roshar System and He chose to stay not in the same planet of his enemies but close enough to extend his influence on it
