  1. I have yet the idea about Adonalsium as made by hundreads of intents (little intents) and when the Vessels killed and shattered him. Adonalsium broke in 16 part and every little intent is struck in one of the 16 subsets. The whole contributions of all the intents made the Shard's Intent. Of course if the little intents was divided differently, the Intent would be different. Of course the Vessels did something to control the SHattering, Adonalsium broke in 16 pieces after all..but maybe they simply figure how the Shattering would end and recluit the right number of people.
  2. We don't know how the Cosmere's Dragon works. And to be honest the only Dragon knowed is named Frost... And it's a ironic name for a flamethrowe reptile XD
  3. Hoid in SH said, He may actually hurt Kel's soul but he isn't the kind of man who are happy do harm other's soul
  4. Probably the "turning to a Shade" doesn't stop as the Shade's spawn... The turning have yet to be finalized and replaces the previous awares
  5. I don't think it would be a great improvement. The Durallumin/Nicrosil fearsom effect is to compress a long burning time in some istants. Maybe using a multiple Nicrobusted may compress the power a bit more...But It would be a real marginal improvement. Numbers as example of power output: regolar burn: 10, Flare: 20, Durallumin/Nicroburst Flare: 100, Multiple Duraluminium Flare: 110-120. Remember also that have more power for a less time may be useless. Ok for Steel and Iron, but actually the power burst may be to short to be useful with other Metals (for example pewter)
  6. First of all I misread the tag and I read "end of boom" thinking to a wordplay for the scene with Suit and the Fakeless Immortal Anyway there are a couple of thing that push more to Kelsier (the scars on his arms) and less to Marsh (we know he replaced his miss Spike and much more the sovreign have his eye-Spike in the wrong eyesocket)
  7. This night brought me a strange Idea (a development form "the heralds are all yolish"): We know Roshar was careffully designed by Adonalsium (if another theory of mine is true, much more than others Shardworlds) and what if did the Big A. place guardians to his precious project ? Ten Yolish guy who He changed to be more fitting to their role. Immortal Superhumans guardians of Great Roshar System. Then when H&C cames and Odium would manifested a treat to the System, Honor and Heralds made an Alliance to stop/bound/kill him. They recive the Honorblades quite lately but their are Immortal Superhuman by a lot of time before. okok I have to sleep more and think less....understood
  8. I created that thread. I expess my idea about Misting's Allomancy to be a safe version of Allomancy. Where they can't sense at all other metals or really bad composition of their own metal. I have also a WoP (a reply of Peter) but I can't take it as canon. Link to the topic
  9. I don't think they would be blind. But Newcago is quite a single piece of metal therefore they would be capable of freely "fly" in the city. Neither of their other abilities would be influenced
  10. I think it's more about effort and skill... Wax became capable of doing things like that when he was young and probably it wasn't an Allomancer from too much (too far to began a Savant development)
  11. Maybe they are all Yolish
  12. ok to be honest the follow WoB is not the one I talked before but I can't find the right one.
  13. As default Steel and Iron works appling force to the mass center of an object (where the Steel line points). But Steel/Iron Savant or other powerfull allomancer may began to "divide" the Steel lines and be able to push with more precision an Object (appling the force in more strategic point). But it's not completely at their command, They don't decide where the new Steel lines would be appear on the object
  14. Everytime I read this line: "“I named you, Spook,” Kelsier whispered. “You were my friend. Isn’t that enough?”" I really feel it, there is power in this simple line, I don't understand the reason but I feel it powerful in my mind
  15. The Hemalurgy gifted SDNA is possible inharitable, but it's rare to actually happen. Or if you mean other thing, sorry if I don't understand your point.
  16. Actually the Hemalurgy trait is hardly inharitated. It's possible but more unlikely than usual Spiritual inherit. we may see it also with some Hemalurgy Construct like Kandra, Koloss and Inquisitor... Their baby aren't never itself another Kandra, Koloss or Inquisitor. I don't think you may build a functional chain to improve Allomancy in a legacy (without a ton of Fortune).
  17. I think this post have to be in Cosmere Theories. Indeed in theory it's possible, but something made me think to evidence aganist. First of all, the Sphere seems to be a Gem and contains directly Shards' Investiture. We see no trace of fluid there. If the Connection to be made physical manifest themself as a golden Liquid this alone disprove the idea. Much more the Gavillar's black sphere is too much linked to Roshar's Magic. And so far we know there aren't surge to collect Connection with Roshar's Magic. To be more clear, while the Connection Orb (and Ire's Drink) are likely to be made with an unknown magic system (or a mix of them) foreign to Scadrial. The Gavilar's Black Sphere is mostly native of Roshar as fabrication. Probably it's not enough to disprove this idea, but i have a strong feel aganist
  18. There are species with specific powers (most of telepatic nature). The bird about Hoidhunter talked shows you, your death. It's seems creepy and.... It's worse XD. Letteraly it shows to you as illusion your own corpse and you may probably understand what killed you. If the danger isn't too immediate you may simply analizate the illusion and determinate a better path or plan (the book is setted in a location full of natural dangers). It may also show you multiple corpses if near to you there are many ways to die.
  19. I don't think this may work, jump isn't really relate to mass. But you may instead exploit the conservation of energy to jump highter. You just need to switch the actions: 1) you jump 2) you store a lot of weight in the moment your feet don't touch the floor With the conservation of energy you gain speed while you lose mass and this mean that in the end you can go further before the gravity fully stop you. But it's hard to understand how much further and at the moment I am to lazy to do the math
  20. I remember the exact opposite, but maybe I remember wrong. I can't find the WoB
  21. No, the whole Roshar's economy is based on the fact that only the ten polestones may hold Stormlight. It's the reason of mistrust to the dull spheres, you can't be sure if those red gem is a ruby or just red quartz (for example, I don't even know if red quartz exists at all). While if you see Stormlight in the sphere, you know the gem insiede is what it seems (and the light reveal to you what kind of gem is). As other example, you may Soulcast gems...but It is believed to be impossible to create polestones via Soulcasting EDIT: I notice that my doubt wasn't only mine and I just twitted this to Brandon, I hope he will answer
  22. He used the Hemalurgy and the help of a Mistborn, old Inquisitors' Spikes and (I think) some Feruchemist/Ferring from the first generation after the end of Ash-World. To be honest I don't know if the Feruchemical Side of BoM's power cames from a Full Feruchemist and in the end, it's possible that some Feruchemical Abilities aren't in the Bands (if you use only Ferring power or Hemalurgy you can't obtain all the range of possibilities). I may swear we have a WoB about but I can't find right now. Sorry, just he didn't became a better Allomancer, he rebuilt himself directly from a Full Feruchemist to a Godlike FullBorn (I use "godlike" for his high raw allomantic power). Wait, TLR knowed about Nicrosil, He learn a tons of information about the Metallic Arts in his Ascension (and maybe but unlikely they may have know the Nicrosil before). He may also create some ready Nicrosil with the power of the Well. The problem here, it's the Nicrosil wasn't found in his corpse. And in the end the Nicrosil to him was a real treat more than a tool to use. A simple thief may ruin his whole empire. A Mistborn with Chromium may defeat any Inquisitor and some Mistings with Nicrosil and for example Steel may replicate TLR's feats. Probably in the standard level and in a lifetime the savantism can't destroy you. But we was talking about theory. It took a godlike power to destroy a body with passive raw Investiture. Gold and Nicrosil ?... well I think you may began to have some serious insanity if you abuse of that combination, but less than the mental stress that an Feruchemical nicrosil and Allomantic electrum may start
  23. The Prologue (and the Heralds left) is 4500 years before WoK, we don't know how far from this point the Recreance happened.
  24. At the moment I can't find the reference but Brandon said that tap or store selectivly Attributes from a body it's something beyond the Feruchemy's scope
  25. Quite surelly, after all we saw Wax pick the metal's traces inside other humans while He held the BoM. I am very unsure about burning your own Iron in bloodstream. First of all it's a very stupid things to do, you may kill yourself with free gas in the bloodstream. But here we talk about the ability to do, not if it's a smart or stupid idea.... The Iron in the blood is bonded with others substances... I don't know if it may be still aviable Allomantic iron
