I am quite sure Singers always see Spren also if they are "invisible", the same thing shared with other beings like some Horneaters (like Rock)

So true

Maybe you meant gold....People in-world never associated Electrum to Atium as pairing or opposite. The canonical knowledge point to gold as counterpart to Atium (thanks to TLR's manipulation) then they discovered Electrum but nobody think it was the Atium counterpart. At the end of Era 1 with the further knowledge they speculated that Malatium and Atium are opposite as it fitted all the requirement: - Mostly opposite effects - One is the alloy of the other Of course this is false, but that was the in-world belief

In theory you are going into the Realm of possibilities. Of course this alone will not gave you the right Spirit Web to burn a foreign Godmetal, but if you are a Mistiborn/Full Feruchemist. It's possible that could work without others workaround, unsure but possible. Actually he is more close to the right answer than what you think. It isn't just a matter of Connection but also of Identity. The Shard's presence in a world affects deeply the envirorment and its local species...it's not just a matter of Connection. There are probably people around in the Cosmere more Connected to Ruin than some Mistborn but still the Mistborn would be able to burn Atium. Ruin is part of the Identity of the Scadrians and this allows them to burn/tap into Atium with the right Spirit-Web. Of course this is a moot point as every Spike rip a good chunk of Identity from the Victim so the "Connection Spike" will have also a decent amount of the Victim's Identity within. Anyway, I agree with you Breaker had actually a very good intuition. It will be interesting see this at work, maybe with combinations that don't require Hemalurgy (for example having some Breath or a Nahel Bond)...still very interesting option

Sorry I am so used to use that nickname. As The Thinking Herald said I meant Ba-Ado-Mishram. In theory she caused (and her capture stopped) the False Desolation. I meant she was already released and the Everstorm is a new manifestation of her. After all in the past she provided Voidlight and Forms to Regals. As I said, I don't like this theory...But if we have to make an Unmade fits this "Everstormfather" role...She is the best suited among the Unmade we know (of course She will be an Evermother XD). In theory it's also possible the Listerners themself freed her. After all She was quite Connected with the species and we know those kind of Connections could be inherited to a degree. It's possible the Collective effort of the Stormform Listeners to summon the new Storm was actually an effort to free BAM.

I don't like the "Everstormfather" theory but working with this...A released BAM could be' the Everstorm's core. It fits well with her previous role

Well the "others 16" are indeed much more. 16 Atium alloys and 16 Lerasium Alloys at least. The Lerasium Alloys will turn the burner into a Misting of the metal alloyed with Lerasium instead of a Mistborn. It's unknown the Feruchemical or Hemalurgical Effects. The Atium Alloys produces many and undefined Temporal effects into allomancy (we saw only Malatium or Atium-Gold Alloy), again it's unknown the Feruchemical and Hemalurgical Effects. A Atium-Lerasium alloy will turn a burned into a Seer (Atium Misting) as I explained some lines above, Feruchemical and Hemalurgical Effects are unknown
-
@Ishar Atium and Malatium are not opposite. Malatium is just an alloy of Atium and Gold and will form a pair with the Atium+Electrum alloy. Atium as pure metal isn't part of a pair and the same thing is true for Lerasium. Notice also that the "opposite" stuff isn't strictly true even into the pair and it's just an human's perception from a limited sample of powers....For example take Lerasium+Iron and Lerasium+Steel, their effects are to turn someone into a Lurcher and Coinshooter, you may notice how those effects are not opposite in any way.
-
It would be' only a waste to Alloy the Lerasium to burn It and become a Misting...no real gain in not burning pure Lerasium

I agree with @Calderis About why the new ability to corrupt True Spren. Maybe the Honor's death could be a factor, before Radiant Spren were chunks of H&C but both those part were still part of a whole (the two Shards themself) now once of the side (Honor) is gone and the Spren is no more connected to the whole. This could leave the spren less protected than they used to be. Much more if the other Shards denies her protection of a Spren... Glys could be the outcome of Cultivation allowing him to be corrupted by the Unmade to fuitfill a purpose. Another option is the Taker of Secrets was always able to corrupt True Spren but this is very taxing and she would never do it into a Desolation because this would incapacitate her for a long time

@Zellyia BAM provided an easier access to the Forms of Power. She was bond to almost every Singer of that time with the exception of the Listeners who fleed before. When Melishi trapped her, he forceful remove her also rip Singers' Souls and this marked the birth of the Parshmen, Singers unable to change Form by a Spiritual Wound. The Everstorm Simply is a mass Healing for the Parshmen, they would be' unable to take a Form (of Power or not) without their Souls healed. The Everstorm was needed or Odium could only use Listeners to make Regals' and Reborn Fused. Also the Everstorm is a shortcut for the Fused to return in Roshar without be' sent on Braize. It's an anti Oathpact mechanism too if some of the Heralds would die

[OB] when did you realize who was vivenna?
Yata replied to king of nowhere's topic in Stormlight Archive
The First Color metaphor She made. I had a suspect splitted between her and someone holding an Honorblade before the metaphor -
[OB] what happened to the parshendi's soulcasters?
Yata replied to king of nowhere's topic in Stormlight Archive
I always believed they had a Grow Fabrial and they used the gemstone to accelerate the crops. -
It was considerated but there are tons of problems: - First of all, Alluminium in Metallic state is really a rare resource that comes to be' only under specific circumstances (Volcanos for example) - Therenody's Silver "rots" when he made contact with a Shade while the Alluminium will not interact. - Brandon never used an actual real word do mask stuff.... As you said he used Ralkaest (probably mistyped) as a foreign name for Aluminium but he never used a real world word to mask those kind of things. - there is a WoB about burning Aluminium could be' an alternative to use Therenody's Silver... So unless he was trolling us, those are different stuffs Of course this doesn't mean It's impossi but It's very unlikely. Someone proposed that Silver affects in a negative way cognitive entities but It's widelly unproved as something like that would be' knowed in Roshar
-
Understood. Still It would be harder than simply having the right Spren...but It's in the realm of possibilities. Funny enough, probably many Fused know a lot of Forms from the ancient times

[OB] A question regarding timeline for the recreance
Yata replied to lilyjab's topic in Stormlight Archive
@lilyjab well in theory Shalash's flashback could cover that timeframe as She were on Roshar in those years... It's unsure but It's a possibility -
I am afraid to not following you here. What are those new Spren ? Anyway, Singers have access to a moltitude of Forms but other than the required Spren, they need the correct procedure to bond them....It's not an automatic thing, Forma mentis, Attuning and other requirements need to be mantained. Otherwise they will simply end in DullForm. So also if Rlain has access to new Spren, discovering new Forms will be hard

Possible but I find hard to believe Mr. T need to explicit say something like "Ah but they were left behind, it is obvious from the nature of the bond. " as a revolutional fact when the Shardblades are confirmed by common knowledge to be left behind (because the modern Rosharans have some of them)

[OB] A question regarding timeline for the recreance
Yata replied to lilyjab's topic in Stormlight Archive
First of all welcome to the Shard. The Recreance is more likely an event that took place after the Plains shattering. Also because post Recreance there will be almost no magic users around. About the reasons of the Recreance, it's a bit more than a "vague feeling" they discovered to be sons of invaders and destroyers, they discovered they ancestors destroyed their original homeland with Magic (that they associate with Surgebinding), their god kept talking on how their powers will bring destruction on Roshar, they (probably) shattered the plains and they accidentally lobotomized a whole species. All of this once their power will be no useful anymore (because the Desolations ended and the whole enemy's forces were destroyed. It was a very motivated decision -
Mainly because the latter part of the cit. Whatever Mr. T were talking about was something so important to manipulate Shin Society and exploiting a Truthless to get one. To craft a Weapon (not weapons) If it were regular Blades, it will not be a big deal to gain a single Shardbearer. The Diagram showed the resources to have both Shardblades/plates and (much rarer) Soulcasters. I can't really define a Shardbearer as "can we craft a weapon ?" material

Honorblades bonds with everyone holding them. It's almost the exact same mechanism that happens with Radiants and Spren...Simply the Honorblade's Bond is very superficial compared to the Radiants' one and therefore we see the limits (high Investiture's consuming and unability to heal Spiritual Wounds) EDIT: Sources
-
Actually the whole cit, point to the Honorblades not to regular Shardblades.

Fast answer: We don't know Deeply answer: We don't know what kind of force they used or how the magic worked back then. It's possible it wasn't even needed a great power to kill him. Maybe Adonalsium put himself in a situation where the 16 managed to kill him without channeling tons of power. EDIT: I didn't see the counter, Welcome to the Shards
-
I totally agree with Cal here Like if the Stoneward's Resonance is the ability to generate a improved Plate (to endure more...and stuffs) but someone with Taln's Blade would be unable to generate a Plate. PS: I a not suggesting that is Stoneward's resonance, It's just an example

I think you could not force a Shard. In Kelsier's case Preservation was already trying to go to Vin. Kelsier simply dropped the Shard and then Preservation went to the best Vessel avaliable. About the Sazed scenario, If he picked the Shard the amount of Investiture would made him Ascend... He can't take the power only to keep it for someone else.
