  1. We have a WoB who said that if Hoid would use Lerasium, He would used all of it (for reason we don't know)...Anyway it is possible that Hoid is not an allomancer or a feruchemist but he has instead tools to uses this abilities
  2. @BeskarKomrk @Lightning There is something you made me think. Maybe there is a features of Sel we are forgetting...:The Ravaging Dor in the Cognitive. What a poor and quite defenceless Cognitive Projection may do aganist a Storm of Power as the Dor is ? It's possible that on Sel the "safe time" after death is really short or there isn't any of it ? Is a Soul forced almost in an istant in the Beyond or be permanently harmed ?
  3. Maybe they are also capable of killing a Shade....just to say, A single Shardbearer with time and skill may give safeness to the Forests of Hell
  4. Yes @Garglemesh was just an hypotesis. Anyway the "turning eyes light" works differently from Radiant and Shardbearer.....Kel for example gains lighter eyes only when He is actually managing a lot of Investiture (Helding the Blade or with a Massive Stormlight usage) while Moash have a constant lightening of his eyes. Much more we know many (if not all) the Lighteyes are offspring of "people with magical eye color change"(Radiant but possible also Shardbearer) that would be a third way of magical eye color change. It's the reason I said we have to wait further books to discover if Darkeyes Shardbearer recive an actual change of their eye's color or simply an lightening PS: It's possible the Hierarchy hidden some Shardblades but the Hierarchy is actually "recent history" there would be a lot of red-lighteyes on Roshar. Of course it's possible that the Dustbringer broke their Oaths (and left their Shards) where nobody can't retrive them...maybe because they know how their Order and their eyes were treat from the Popolation/Vorinism
  5. I think (but I have no sure proofs) Kal needed only to speak again the First Oath (and have the right mindset) to revive Syl and reforge their bond at L1, then He quickly strenghten the bond with the other Oaths.
  6. Undead
  7. First of all I think that Syl was really dead. Kal "resurrected" her re-spoking his first (or the first two) Oath. Then the Stormfather restrained her to return from Kal but She manage to do it because the improved bond is more than what Stormfather may completely influence (or of an ethics reason of the Stormfather itself)
  8. Kal in the end of WoR have Blu eyes "more pales than every king" (not exactly wording because my book isn't in english)
  9. Pizza
  10. Actually the only two Istances showed of "massive amount of Stormlight" user are both with Windrunner's power. And both of them's eyes become Pale blu (Windrunner's color).....This effect would be more noticable on a Darkeyes like Kaladin rather than a Lighteyes like Shallan. We have to see Moash's eyes in the next books but you made me come to an idea...IF the reason of no Red Eyes in the popolation is simply because there aren't Dustbringer's Deadblade around to bound ? This may be a great clue about "Dustbringer order is the order who didn't take part to the Recreance"
  11. I remember to see someone with the title "Full Shardbearer"
  12. The Stormfather is a really weird being...both a Sliver and a Splinter. I am waiting for Oathbringer to see well the Nightwatcher and try to figure the Bondsmith's bond better Now that I think about it. The Stormfather is quite a parody of a Shard. It's a big Splinter of Investiture (magnitudes of Investiture below a Shard) controlled/merged with a Cognitive Shadow (indeed a really poor Vessel rather than a living one).
  13. For now I think Kelsier give to himself a really critical power or the reason he spiked himself is tangential to the power gained but have more to do with an Hemalurgic side effect.
  14. This indeed is strange. The only way I could fit this two sources, is "the power obtained for metal is constant but a Savant is able to direct it better (less waste,ecc..)"
  15. I have just to say that Red are not Lightweavers' color...It's the Dustbringer color (and indeed this caused a lot of trouble to them in the past both for their apparence and their name)
  16. well usually Misting aren't in group to compare burning rate
  17. Retcon
  18. I just becomed a Spinner, I am no more a Sparkling guy and this Twilight or pokemon-fan's madness is over
  19. Yes Investiture is never lost, but Honor's Investiture is now a tons of Spren....no more Raw and usable Investiture
  20. There is a WoB about who explicity states that an "Allomancer Strenght" is about "how much metal/sec you may burn" but I have always problem to find this specific WoB (every some month there is again need of it XD). Anyway a Savant twisted sDNA allows him to burn faster than his "standard limit" an example is Spook hyperflare (I don't know actually as it is called in the English book) states in the HoA or for example every description of Wax's inner burning....while other Allomancer feel a "warm" in their stomach, Vax feels a "fierce flame" when burns Steel. PS: I wil Edit the post with the actual WoB as soon as I find it again EDIT: The Relevant WoB (source) How can I make a request to put this WoB on Theoryland ? It's stressful to find it every time
  21. It's possible but we don't even know if Stormlight is Honor's Investiture (and I find really unlikely that Stomlight is of Honor) and at the moment (if you are right) they aren't uncapable of obtain nothing from Honor, because of course there "Honor is dead" (cool cit.)
  22. Again the Stormfather existed before Honor's death and merged with Tanavast's Shadow only when Honor was killed. It's possible that Syl call him "father" because She talked of the "Tanavast's Shadow" who is part of the Stormfather. Also Wylde talked about a "mother" but actually His text seems to point to the actual Vessel of Cultivation is "mother" not the Nightwatcher (that can't be Cultivation's Shadow because Cultivation is still alive). Also the Listeners seems to know the Stormfather (as Rider of The Storm from ancient time) maybe before H&C arrived on Roshar and this would place him as an Adonalsium Spren (status that may be Shared with other strange unique Spren like Nightwatcher and Cusiches)....It's possible that one H&C arrived they tainted those Ancient Spren to made them compatible with them. I am not saing you are wrong, just consider that the facts seems to be not so obvious.
  23. I don't say Alluminium Allomantic Power....but actually Alluminium as material.....It may be a nice problem to someone with Steelsight alone and would give them trouble to heal the wound once hit. The Inquisitor have to be "invincible" to the masses...The Empire can't allow to have a explicit "weak point"
  24. I always forgot to place the reference. Kel would have problem to leave Scadrial (like Ruin and Preservation)
  25. Ire's Fortress is indeed still in Scadrial's Cognitive Realm...Just very far far away (probably in the middle of an Ocean or within the Scadrial's Cognitive Border)
