Sooo tempted to have Resool almost run into Bella on the horse.

If you want me to have Hale talk to your character for a bit (as he hasn't been posted for yet, and he owns the train), I can do that.

"Accident," Alahya snapped back, smirking slightly. Resool groaned, looking down at her as he rolled his eyes. In truth, the place wasn't horrid. It wasn't any different than their hometown. But he still didn't like it. Didn't feel right. He could almost sense the danger in the air. Of course, Alahya was of the variety that didn't care. Ironeyes himself could come down and challenge her, and she'd probably walk right up and punch him in the face. Resool, on the other hand, was no fighter. How Alahya had ended up like that, he had no idea, seeing as he practically raised her. It was, however, obvious that the pair weren't the slightest bit related. Resool was tall, lanky, like most Terrismen were, with a shaven head and metalminds on his arms. Alahya, on the other side of the coin, was small and short, with a slim but strong build. Unlike Resool, she did have some strength in her. Her hair was dark and short, kept that way for ease of fighting. And she was quite younger. "Come on; I'm tired of waiting here. Let's go see the place. Maybe find somewhere to stay the night," the young Allomancer said with a grin, kicking her dusky beige stallion into a trot. Resool sighed, obviously defeated, and nudged his own black mare forward as well. The two animals had been given to them by a friend, and he was just now learning the temperment of his beast. The animal was hard to control, given his skill as a rider, or rather, lack there of. Alahya was a bit better, but she had an older, more calmer mount. And so, the pair began down the strange town's street, Alahay leading the way, Resool struggling to bring up the rear.

Doesn't matter, as they won't be in groups yet. I'm just seriously bad at starting. Give me a moment to sort my thoughts out.

I'm not sure if I can. But I have a study book with sample diagnostic tests and essays that are so hard. Stormfather, I hope the test isn't that bad.

Twilight wasn't even that good. The fade to black in Warbreaker was better than the scenes in Twilight. But I feel like we'll taint the forums if we bring that up here. I actually appreciate Brandon doing what he does with sex scenes. Which is, avoiding them. It 1- gives more people the ability to read them, whether it be an age/maturity lack (though, I most certainly wouldn't have a younger reader read Warbreaker, probably Elantris) or if they just don't like sex/are repulsed by it. And it can tell people that love and sex are two different things. Love relationships don't have to be sexy ones! Sexual relationships don't have to be romantic ones! I mean, there weren't any obvious bed scenes with most of the couples in Mistborn, nor were there any in Elantris or, for now, Stormlight Archive (but granted, there hasn't been a lot of time to develop romance there yet). Does that make those relationships any less romantic, any less pure? No. I believe what your wife wants is more sexual scenes, not romantic ones. Which is totally fine! Because sometimes a lot of us do like reading that on occasion. But there most certainly isn't a lack of romance in Sanderson's writing. Besides, sometimes it is fun to imagine the things not put into the books.

I believe the reason for the adult scenes, or rather lack there of, is in order to keep the books clean and have a wider age range for readers. I see where you (or she) are coming from and I agree, to an extent, but sometimes I like it left out because it makes it easier for me to recommend the books to people (at least for myself). I don't believe that he has a lack of romantic relationships, not one bit! Relationships can be developed in other ways; we don't need to see the nitty gritty of a relationship to see how it develops and show the feelings behind it. Anyway. A bit off topic, sorry, to address your real question here. I haven't seen any personally (haven't looked, though). Your best bet might be hunting around on http://www.fanfiction.net They have a big selection written by users on there, and you can make your own account on there and write your own. I'd be interested in reading it, actually, since Siri and Seb are my favorite Cosmere couple, right up there with Sazed and Tindywl.

I'm fairly sure Vin would beat the snot out of Shallan, hands down, atium or not. Keep in mind Vin is a trained warrior and assassin, whereas Shallan has no real formal fighting experience. She might have rapid healing, but that doesn't make up for skill. Kaladin and Wayne wouldn't be a fight. They would just stare at each other, Wayne would make a bad pun, and Kaladin would walk away glaring and grumbling. [Edit] I completely read this wrong, my bad. I'd say Kaladin and Wayne, just for the fighting skill on that side compared to the other side. Vin might be pretty powerful but I don't see Shallan being any help. Or. Maybe it would be Vin and Shallan. Because Kaladin wouldn't hurt Shallan, and Wayne would probably be ecstatic at seeing Vin. I mean, she was a pretty important part of one of the Scadrialian religions.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm a huge fan of crossovers between fandoms/franchises. Well, with reason. But I enjoy writing them, roleplaying them, etc. For a while now I've been thinking up various crossovers with Cosmere, mostly with other science fiction shows/books/etc. For a while I was doing a Doctor Who/Crossover rp, which worked out wonderfully if it weren't for the fact that the other person hadn't read Cosmere. Star Trek would also make an interesting crossover with any of Sanderson's works. What about you guys? Anyone else have some Cosmere crossover ideas to share?
