  1. Well, as long as you don't make it a chapter long, then I think its fine. Your posts aren't as long as I've seen some of them. Write as much as you want. I'll tell you if it gets too long but you're gonna have to do more than that! I'll also post for Alahya tomorrow.
  2. I'll use Resool, and I'll make his post tomorrow. If anyone wants to be with him please tell me.
  3. @WE330 I'm not quite sure what you mean ^^ @mistrunner you're accepted! Please feel free to pop in!
  4. You steal the centerpiece at a band banquet because it looks like a Stormlight lamp Not saying I did but I I kinda did
  5. So We have this carton of Blue Bell ice cream from during the Listeria scare that we bought before they recalled it all. And my dad has gotten really sick of staring at it in the freezer. So yesterday he goes "screw it, I'm gonna eat some and see what happens." Well, guess who got a stomach ache yesterday. It appears to be gone now but. That ice cream.
  6. All right, cool. I need to post but I'm waiting. Might put something out there for Alahya just for the sake of posting.
  7. Friend runs up to me at lunch and screams "FRICKIN VIN." Oh, he's at that part.
  8. My inability to finish anything + school
  9. Oh. I'm dumb. Oops. I really want to write a Star Trek/Cosmere fanfic. So badly.
  10. Will be in and out today, updating this with characters. Resool [main] | Terris Feruchemist Resool looks like your general Terrisman-abnormally tall, bald, wearing the robes of a steward. He has sharp blue eyes with a rather scrawny build-not unhealthy, just incredibly thin and weak looking. He wears six metalminds on his arms, copper, pewter, and brass on his right arm and steel, iron, and gold on his left. His bronze and zinc metalminds are worn as necklaces, and he has five tin rings, each for the senses. He wears copper earrings. Like most Terrismen, Resool is quite passive, patient and gentle. He is the langauge Keeper, able to speak and communicate in hundreds of languages fluently. He is a quick study and catches on fast, and is very good with people, especially those younger than him. He tends to take a rather "fatherly" appearance. Yaundal | Hazekiller [bio will go here yo] Windchaser the Kind, the God of Friendship | Returned [bio will go here yo] Dreamsinger the Wise, the Goddess of Teaching | Returned [bio will go here yo]
  11. Don't know if its my Kindle, but I can't see either image.
  12. I'll have to round up a copy this weekend of Maya for my home computer, but I qualify for a free student version so it shouldn't be an issue with money. Unless you want to sell this video, which is a whole 'nother ball game. Same. I haven't worked in 3D nearly as much as 2D. But I feel that the animation will be easier doing 3D. We can mess with it together and get used to it together. I could also maybe sketch face designs, or at least clothing designs if you don't want to model faces.
  13. Fonfon They all called me Fonfon.
  14. People just call me by my last name. Which has some interesting derivatives. 7th grade was gross. [Edit] Dear lord, please don't let my friends see that post.
  15. These are so nice! Great job!
  16. Pffttt my name is so boring though. You can't make any nicknames. None.
  17. Totally fine, your project! Fifty hours is a lot. Unsure how much help I can be on the 3D aspect but I can definitely give suggestions throughout the process. Oh, and I can also do the final effects and cuts! I'm currently using Premiere and After Effects, and I can probably do something cool with that for the final editing process. I don't have Blender currently but can easily get it this weekend. I've used it before, but only briefly. I currently use Maya for all my 3D work but am not very proficient in it yet. I've only worked for a few weeks in it, and its on a school computer. I'm currently working up a wolf rig in my freetime. How does texturing in blender work, exactly? Do you take an image and lay it over the mesh/form, or is is a paint on sort of thing?
  18. I have documents to prove that I am indeed not lying. And that's totally fine. I don't mind being called the wrong gender. Common online mistake. I'm actually thinking of going by they/them pronouns, but for now I go by she/her primarily.
  19. my mom just called me "Potato connoisseur" I'm tempted to make that my forum rank, now
  20. Is there anything you want me to do? I could possibly storyboard, but my storyboards are kinda messey and can be hard to read. Another thing- maybe you should pick a song (A cool one to use could be United We Stand, Divided We Fall by Two Steps From Hell) and then try to do the scene as well. I'm currently planning an animation that way. No clue how much help I can be currently (school is dying down but is about to pick back up, then I'll be done after finals) but once I'm out I'm sure I can help. I could also probably texture things, using an image and then laying it over the model. Maybe.
  21. Sarah. I do not like it but I have no desire to change it.
  22. http://brandonsanderson.com/beta/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/fantasy-calendar-sanderson-watermark.jpg ?????? ??????¿¿¿¿??? ??? Explain
  23. I'll try to get bios up. Idk
  24. Oh dear, college search. I have no idea where to go. Heck, I don't even know what to major in. I really like engineering and math (not good at math though) and science things (nuclear engineering, please) but also animation and art. So many choices. Good luck with your search/college!
  25. Oh nice! Yeah, my stuff ain't great (at least my humans) I have animations on my Deviantart account. I'll have to do far more human studies, though. Which would be nice; I seriously need them. http://www.17thshard.com/forum/topic/24639-what-is-this-larks-gallery/
