    Actually, I could see this as a very dangerous Shard. Nobody who should be in power would be in power. What does a tyrant do? He rules with the sole purpose being his own comfort. Exactly what a Lazy person wants to do. If I am lazy and have power, I am going to use the power to serve myself without even having to get up! This will make me even Lazier, and I could use the power to force others to do for me what I want them to do (which might also prevent them from challenging my power). I don't know. It certainly classifies as a "bad Shard idea."

    Maybe we can take those aluminum foil blades as the diversion they are and attach a hidden explosive-throwing device onto that. I am wary of explosives though. Those are only a good thing if you know who your enemy is and he/she/they are isolated. Besides, the most powerful stuff will also hurt you unless you can shoot them far enough. The problem is, you have to know where your enemies are. That what my TFD is for. Just a note: TFD is a tin compounding wolfhound. If someone leaves a strand of DNA, he will know. EDIT: grammar
