Hey, kill me, if it is your wish. More powerful than you can imagine, I will become. See how it turns out, you can. But smoking death sticks, I will never stop.

Well, menace Ventyl with this here tiny lightsaber (which totally isn’t a boozy cocktail drink umbrella with a glowy light glued on the top) I vote. Point blank refuse to try a death stick, he has. “Go home and rethink your life,” he said. Bad at partying he is, and participating he is not. Hurt, my feelings are! Guess Ill have to self medicate with some death sticks….

What all of you need you know? A death stick. Many of them, I have. Ask which orifice they originate, do not. (these Jedi robes, you know, so comfy but sparse in the pocket department, they are.) Take two!

Familiar with all this jargon, Moff is not. Everyone’s long jargon filled posts, Moff gets headache reading. Any illusion of being able to unravel this mystery among us on the very first day of our journey, Moff knows better than to hope for. Failed to convince Moff of their guilt, everyone has. Failed also to impress Moff of their innocence. Used to each other, you all seem to be. An outsider, Moff knows he is, and at a disadvantage at playing this “Meta-Game”… Which is why Moff has spent the last 17 hours bobbing for Mandalorian toads in a barrel of Alderaanian whiskey, because that is a game he can win very well. Suggestion: if to eliminate an individual today we are to do, one of the Ooklas we should pick off so that easier to keep things straight, it will be for Moff (haha just kidding. but also seriously y’all 10 ooklas running around makes this thread a real headache to try to follow on mobile) Is eliminating a party member something we are obligated to do today? If vote no one does, and with no vote minimum, the Sith can pick off whoever they choose with their Force powers, can they not? Same as if the voter turnout low is left out? So make sense does it that whoever we eliminate should be by a decent margin, so that the Sith are not allowed to pick off whoever they choose? Make sense, does any of that? Aware Moff is that he is currently in the lead to eliminated. Self preservation, his species is not known for.

*Moff emits a fart, his tiny abdomen rippling unnaturally as his robes fly up in the back from the powerful gust* ”Oof! Careful with that pressure, you should be. So small, the next one might not end up… hrrrrm.” *waves claw in front of him in an attempt to dissipate the stench, which only drives it directly into the nostrils of whoever this “ookla” fellow was as well as all fellow party members*

Moff emerges from the vat of Mandalorian ale 7 hours later. “Fun, that was. To try a death stick, does anybody want?”

“Plan? Ah hmmmm yes a plan, I had. Forgot it after drinking this ale, I did. Hrrrm. “Ahhhh, one thing at Jedi Academy I learned, it is that known for being religious teetotalers, cultists are. Vote that everyone is mandated to take a drink of this delicious, delicious Mandalorian ale, I do. Anyone who refuses, a cultist we know they are, and fed to the Rancors they should be. As good a plan as any, this seems to me. “I’ll start” *Moff plunges headfirst into a barrel of Mandalorian ale and is engulfed completely*

*Moff totters into the room, holding a drink in each claw* “Formulated brilliant plan to identify the Cultists, I have. Used the power of the Force to find them all, I did. Reveal them all to you I will. Let me have this drink first before revealing my brilliant line of deduction.” *slurps down drink. Moff’s ears stand straight up in the air, his head spins 360 degrees for 5 minutes* ”…Where am I and what am I doing here….”

Hrrmmm. Know what you people are talking about, I do not. “Modified wincon,” what is? Some kind of exotic mixed drink? One I will have. … Or two. Hmm.

Overrun us, these cultists have. Afraid, Morf is not. To the Drunk Side, come. The mental clarity we need to eliminate these foes, alcohol will give us. (Genuine ancient Jedi wisdom I learned at the temple, that is. Well, until kicked out for using jedi mind tricks to get free drinks at the cantina, I was.) *hiccup*

*short green alien rolls out from under the table where he has been lying unconscious in a drunken stupor* Moff, my name is. Deadbeat Jedi dropout, I am. Too hard, Jedi school was. Come to party, have I. Hmmmmm.

Mid-Range Game 38: The Council of Elrond
Madagascar replied to Elbereth's topic in Sanderson Elimination
What in the world Middle Earth are all of you talking about? There are entire rooms of elven mead here, and yet in all the time you've had not one of you has opened a new barrel? This is an outrage. I am ashamed on all of your *hiccups, farts loudly* behalfs. Why, thank you!- 259 replies

Scar stumbles in, smelling of elven mead and orc blood, the Ring dangling on a chain on his hairy chest. ”Why,” hiccup, “I am clearly the hiccup hiccup beshtesht ring bearer ever. Under its influence I have barely stabbed anyone at all. Don’t bring up those orcs, everyone knowsh HICCUP orcsh don’t count. ”Anyway” another swig of mead “I do believe I want to see who’s present and tally before deshiding who to shtab. Mid-Range Game 38: The Council of Elrond
Madagascar replied to Elbereth's topic in Sanderson Elimination
"Well, if no one else is claiming it..." <Scar nicks the Ring and puts it around his neck, a spark of madness suddenly appears in his eyes, or maybe it was always there, it's hard to tell with Scar> "As resident hobbit, I'll claim the Ringbearer cosmetic role in the interests of maintaining fidelity to source material."- 259 replies

Scar, frankly, has never had any problems doing both. There's a reason the Hobbiton elders were so eager to send him on a mission to a volcano.- 259 replies

Scar runs around the Council chamber, aggressively waving his twin daggers in everybody's groins. "Killing! Killing! When does the KILLING start?" Scar reads the rules. "WHAT? Let me out of here! This is a ripoff!"- 259 replies

Mid-Range Game 38: The Council of Elrond
Madagascar replied to Elbereth's topic in Sanderson Elimination
What choice did I have? Not join and roleplay as the least suitable character for possession of the One Ring I could think of? The craziness of the thought. Scar drunkenly crawls under a nearby table to sleep off all the elven mead (and also look for a good ankle to stab) (whichever happens first).- 259 replies

Mid-Range Game 38: The Council of Elrond
Madagascar replied to Elbereth's topic in Sanderson Elimination
I am Scar, the scary murder hobbit. The Hobbiton village elders sent me here in the hope that I would fall into a volcano. The only thing more legendary than my violence is my body odor. Where's the elven mead?- 259 replies

Quick Fix Game 36/Anonymous Game 5: Dream Thieves
Madagascar replied to Steeldancer's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Wow, I just wanted to drop in to say that I am pretty dang impressed by sheer potential lunacy this setup offers. -
Hey guys. I haven't played for a bit, but I lurk sometimes. So I've just played a few games, but I first came here from the Cracked.com forum elimination game where Meta first got the idea for Sanderson elimination, I think. But something a bit unfortunate happened. So my forum (Meta's original forum) is shutting down and the game there is being deleted soon. So we kinda have nowhere to play! We have our own Discord and are thinking about stuff like starting a new forum and whatnot, but we also just don't know if we really have enough players to keep going. Kinda need some new blood. We're trying one last game right now, but I'm really not sure what the future holds for us. One thing my friend suggested was finding another site and joining their game. One thing I thought of while brainstorming was the possibility of us moving here. We have like 10 or so regulars who might be interested. I don't know if we'll do this-- we might move to a different site we found, try our own website, or just let Forum Elimination die one final death, but I thought I'd ask this group just in case, because we don't want to just invade en masse. I mean, we're killers, but we're not rude. I think good things that could come from this are new players, plus our games are sort of technically related with Meta cross-pollinating and whatnot. Both groups seem to roleplay and enjoy crazy game rules. Things I am not sure would work is I don't really know how well our metagames really mesh (we are often pretty silly and jokey). Also the Brandon Sanderson setting is not very familiar to us, and don't know how you'd feel about a bunch of strangers migrating over and trying to kill each other. That said, we're kind of wandering the internet looking for a home right now, so I thought I'd ask!
