Long Game 10: A Game of Shards

Alright. I agree with Snoopy about Malliw, but also I am also suspicious of Araris Valerian. (Possibly Temporary Poke Vote) Last day he lied, saying that he was a "vanilla player", which he is not. I would guess that he is an Awakener or Poisoner.- 929 replies

We know that metal in the body is part of the body in Allomancy, but I've been wondering whether metal inside of the body is part of the body for the purpose of Feruchemy. If a Feruchemist ate their Ironmind and stored weight in it, would they be weighed down by it, or would the weight of the Ironmind be stored too?

For now, I'm going to vote for Antilar Maximus. He didn't give any reasoning for his vote. I will retract this vote if he gives me good reasoning.- 929 replies

Long Game 10: A Game of Shards
ostrichofevil replied to Jo and the Bush's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Braize was a rather dismal place for a picnic. The sunset—the time was different from on Roshar—was a dark grey, as was most everything else on the planet. There were gray trees, gray soil, and a grey sky. Lady Ostrisce would never have come here if she didn't have a purpose: to find out how Odium had escaped. She was determined to find out; if she did, then maybe they could trap him again. All she and her followers knew was that Rayse had originally been trapped by Tanavast, who had then been killed by Odium. She had several different guesses at how to trap him. The first was to Shatter him, then trap the Splinters. If they could kill Rayse, this would be the easiest. Otherwise, it would be extremely hard. This is turning into a true disaster, Ostrisce thought. She and the other Worldhoppers would have to be very careful about who to lynch today. Ostrisce did not believe in the killing of inactive Worldhoppers, but there would eventually come a time when she would do anything to destroy Odium and his Champions.- 929 replies

People you wouldn't want to meet in a dark alley
ostrichofevil replied to Voidus's topic in The Alleyverse
Maleril looked up and down the list of shelves. Which spike to use? The countless Hemalurgic spikes were all in alphabetical order. K. L. M. N! Maleril quickly pocketed the chosen spike. Maleril stood in the Dark Alley. Next to him was Voidus. "I have a very special spike for you!" said Maleril as he drove the Spike into Voidus's elbow. Long Game 10: A Game of Shards
ostrichofevil replied to Jo and the Bush's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Eshei worried… worried about everything… everything in the Cosmere… She had made a full recovery… recovered from her state… state of prophecy… state of hate… state of Odium. Lady Ostrisce opened her Eyes. Not her Physical eyes, but her Cognitive ones. She hovered above an ocean of dark Spheres, roiling and shifting under the light of the black sun. After spending so much time in Shadesmar, she had become attuned to the thoughts of the Spheres, so she could feel their impressions even from up here. Table. Lamp. Tower. She ignored these impressions as she let herself slowly fall into the Ocean. "Careful… Dangerous…" whispered Eshei, now much larger than she had been in the Physical realm. "Why are you so worried?" replied Ostrisce. "I've been to Shadesmar countless times." Hitting the ocean of Spheres, Ostrisce now made ready to travel to her destination. The process was still hard, even though it was her 423rd time using the Surge of Transportation. Braize. Braize. Braize. Ostrisce envisioned her intended destination. Braize. Braize. Braize. SHE WAS THERE. -- For PM purposes, I'm still on Roshar.- 929 replies

Long Game 10: A Game of Shards
ostrichofevil replied to Jo and the Bush's topic in Sanderson Elimination
As the day drew to a close, Lady Ostrisce gazed out of her tower window. The view was stunning; from Urithiru, one could see for miles. The sunset was redder than normal: Odium's doing. Also Odium's doing were the dark red clouds on the horizon. Ostrisce could feel the Hatespren that made them up. These Spren seemed to make Eshei nervous (of course, the small Wisespren usually was). "They plot… plot to kill… kill the Shards… Shatter Fifteen…" whispered Eshei in her strange manner of speaking. "They bond… bond to Odium's Champions… Champions are enhanced…" "Do not worry so much! We will solve this disaster!" Ostrisce said. In reality, though, she wasn't so sure. She just didn't want to worry her Spren any more. Suddenly, Eshei turned dark red. Smoke billowed from her. "What is happening? Help!" yelled Ostrisce! Eshei spoke. Help does not come… the Shards fear… fear Odium… Odium reigns… reigns almighty… the Almighty's blessings come too late… Tanavast is inferior… Aona… Skai… Leras… Ati… ALL INFERIOR!- 929 replies

Long Game 10: A Game of Shards
ostrichofevil replied to Jo and the Bush's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Lady Ostrisce turned the ruby half-way, than began to write. This particular spanreed was connected to Maleril Ostrir Chalev Tekil's manor house, which was on Sel. As she wrote, she pondered the recent issues concerning all of the Cosmere. Odium freed? The 17th Shard dead? What next? While not a member of the Seventeenth Shard, she was a close ally of theirs. She had had dear friends among their ranks, and now they were all gone. She needed to get the news out fast; Opeiv's death had to be avenged. I will find Odium and his Champions, she thought as she completed the letter. Dear Maleril, Matters have arisen that concern all the Cosmere: Odium has escaped the system of Greater Roshar. I know not how; we all thought that he was confined to Braize. My only guess was that he enlisted the aid of an little known Third Party, being referred to as Odium's Champions. Rayse has somehow convinced this group to take action against the other Fifteen. All other than Odium, even Ruin, now stand against him, but this may not be enough. Rayse has an uncanny talent for the Shattering of Shards, and his Champions will only make his job easier. Not only has Odium fled his prison, but he and his Champions have vanquished all of the original Seventeenth Shard. Khriss, Jost, Opeiv, Eiso-son-Rolea… all dead. There are so few left to fight back! I propose that we take action against Rayse; their deaths must be avenged! My end goal in all this is to Shatter Odium and kill all of his Champions. All the good Worldhoppers must unite to stop Odium. I only pray that Hoid will come to our aid… Inform all on Sel of these events, my fellow Elsecaller! Devotion and Dominion are already on our side; we only need more Worldhoppers. And remember, Only kill if your sure that you have found a Champion; the last thing we want is to kill a good Shard. - Sincerely, Lady Ostrisce Maleris Tekiel.- 929 replies
