    Yes, but there's only going to be 9 or 10 main viewpoint characters (Brandon says he might give Kaladin a second focus book) and a lot of people thought it would make sense for each of them to e in a different order, apparently not. Oh well.

    actually he has, he did the Reverse Lashing accidentally a lot to make arrows hit the bridge instead of hitting him, also he did it sort of on purpose when they were running to rescue Dalinar and co to attract a whole bunch of arrows to his shield. He just hasn't yet done the Basic Lashing, which is more spectacular.

    That thing with the flamespren and how they freeze if you measure them also reminds me of quantum mechanics. I think there's something in quantum mechanics about measuring stuff and how things are only fixed at a subatomic level when you measure them? Or something, physics is not my strong point, more into biology.

    ohgod, the sims 3....I miss the sims 2, but I haven't been able to get it working properly again. But the sims 3 is a timesink too.

    I think it's a matter of Vin and the LR just not having time to learn HOW to see the future. Neither held the power for very long.

    remind me never to play a Tabletop RPG with you, munchkin. Seriously, we don't know much about how Nicrosil works yet (although the second Mistborn trilogy will star a Nicroburst apparently). So I don't know if that wold work or not. Although Brandon said that there are going to be very few Mistborn in the future of the setting due to dilution of allomantic potential, so that probably won't ever happen in setting, even if it's possible.

    "Radiant Machines" sounds like an awesome name for a rock band. Sorry, back on topic, I've wondered myself it it might be possible to create fabrials to duplicate other Radiant abilities, so I think you might be onto something.

    I got the vague impression it's more common then just Shardbearers, although I suspect that the SB and SP may be corrupted and amplifying it. it's apparently an Alethi thing, possibly just a lighteyes thing, although Kaladin really likes holding a weapon even as a kid.
