Kenara sat in the empty tavern, staring at the drink in front of her, and pondering on her failed existence. She'd come to this camp to do one thing--find her daughter's hand. Wilson had even helped put her on the right track by giving her a lead. Alv, that crazy whitespine salesmen who was most definitely more than he seemed. But instead of looking for the arm, she'd gotten distracted. Well, recruited, actually. She still wasn't entirely sure how they'd pulled that off, but for whatever reason, instead of hunting Alv, she'd started working with him, and even though she'd only heard of the Ghostbloods by name before this whole thing and she still didn't know what they really stood for, she'd killed for them. She couldn't even say that it was for her daughter, since if that was the case, she would've killed Alv. Though she had considered killing Alv for a time. Probably would've been better for her if she had... She sighed and stood up, kicking the pieces of her broken Plate to the side as she left the tavern. So much time spent there, planning, and now it was coming to an end. She'd tried to kill that Ace character last night--or whatever his name was. She hadn't taken the effort to learn anyone's name, since she hadn't anticipated sticking around for so long. The guy who spoke to his hammer.... Was his name Ace or did he call his hammer Ace? She couldn't remember...Anyway, she'd tried to kill him, but instead she'd hit herself. Useless. She couldn't even make a proper kill. Well, except for the Spy. That was a good kill, and one that was clearly not anticipated. And best of all, now she had the Soulcaster. Shame she wouldn't really be able to use it. She headed towards the main part of the camp, where the last few members of the camp were gathered. As she walked up, Ace declared that she must be innocent. Her step faltered and she almost started laughing. Her Plate was the sole reason she was still alive, and she was grateful to both it and Kasim (or whatever his name was....) for giving it to her. It was only failing her now. Now, after everything else had failed her. Including herself. She'd failed Katara. "Your Pain Knife never hit me. It bounced off my Plate. And yes, I assure you I most certainly did kill the Spy. I looked him right in the eyes as they were burned out." And she'd only felt a bit of sympathy. Did that say something about her? She was pretty sure she would've felt something....more....if she'd done that a month ago. What have the Ghostbloods done to me?! "The other kill was a massive failure, but you should really say your thanks to the Spy, for if he hadn't Soulcast me.....you'd be dead." She smiled, showing teeth. She addressed the others there. "I know when I'm caught, and I know how to accept death with dignity. Do your worst." For it won't be nearly as bad as what I'll do to myself, she added mentally. She'd failed. Failed.

Long Game 22: Corenne al'Daishar
little wilson replied to Gamma Fiend's topic in Sanderson Elimination
No, a tunnel is when you're so focused on someone being evil that you don't really listen to anything else that could potentially prove otherwise. Typically, people in tunnels are guilty of confirmation bias. So let's look at the facts. I've voted someone for the lynch, giving my reasons for why that person is suspicious. I've voted a Mayor, also giving my reasons for that vote. I've offered my reads on a number of different players, with multiple suspicions. All of this is about as much or more than most of the people who've posted so far. Yet you're saying I'm not contributing anything. You're quick to spin anything I say in a direction that I didn't mean it (as evidenced by my comment about being done with the meta lynch discussion, which I'm pretty sure 90% of the people who read that knew what I meant, but you spun it to mean that I'm done talking about the lynch period and you're still insisting that's what I meant), and you're quick to ignore anything of substance I say. You're focused single-mindedly on me, and you're trying to get the discussion focused around me by asking people their opinions on me or questioning them when they say they tentatively trust me. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's the very definition of a tunnel. Also, you're barking up the wrong tree and I think you'll very much regret it if I die. -

Long Game 22: Corenne al'Daishar
little wilson replied to Gamma Fiend's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Have you been reading the thread? Half of the discussion so far has been focused on the stupid meta discussion about the lynch and not the lynch itself. When I say "I'm done talking about the lynch," I'm referring to the pointless discussion about if a lynch should happen or if people should've known that it should happen before the game started. Refer to Orlok's first paragraph of the post I quoted. -
Long Game 22: Corenne al'Daishar
little wilson replied to Gamma Fiend's topic in Sanderson Elimination
The only part that was responding to you directly was the part that quoted you. The rest was in response to people who had posted after you saying that they didn't like the idea of Meta being voted on based on his rep and would prefer a newer player getting the position. And I'm done talking about the lynch. It's been beaten to death and I'm sick of it. -

This is a game of mafia. The village doesn't win if the village isn't willing to lynch. I think it's pointless to go into a game of mafia wondering "Hm. I'm not sure if I want to lynch on the first day. I mean, I just don't know anything!" If you have that attitude, you'll never know anything. There have been games where the entirety of Day 1 was taken up by conversations of if a lynch should even occur, with people arguing back and forth about the merits of lynching someone or not. Do we gain information? Do we not gain information? Is it worth it to most likely kill a villager? Guess what? In most of those games, the eliminators got an early lead on the village because the village didn't get organized as fast as it could've. For me, this discussion is a moot point. I am and always will be in support of a Day 1 intent to lynch. Always. I don't see the point in talking about it because no one is going to be swayed. The people for it are always going to be for it (or at least claim they're always for it) and the people against it are always going to be against it. We can say it's to help the people on the fence, but I'm pretty sure the people on the fence would figure out if they support a day one lynch by having a day one lynch and seeing if they vote or not. As for the Mayor role. I agree that it would be best for the Mayor to not be someone with a reputation, but I'm not voting for Meta because of any rep or his intelligence as a player or anything like that. I voted for Meta purely because he's my best lead for a villager. That's it. That's what I care about when it comes to voting people for Mayor. I don't care to make the same mistake I made in the first run by voting the Darkfriend Channeler as Mayor, even if it's only for a cycle. Could we vote in a newer player that we don't know as well? Sure, we could. Want to know the kind of team Gamma had as eliminators in the first game? None of them had played more than 2 games. I don't trust Gamma because he's a troll. So no, I'm not going to vote on someone willy-nilly just to see what they'll do with the mayor position. I'm voting on my best guess for a villager. Want my reads right now? I use a scale of 1 to 100 where I start everyone at 50 and the closer you are to 100, the more village I think you are, and the closer you are to 1, the more evil I think you are. Anyone I don't list below is still at 50. Meta - 58 Stink - 55 Hael - 52 Hellscythe - 51 jaime - 51 Orlok - 49 - mostly paranoia, and very, very minor gut read Twei - 48 - gut Elbereth - 47 - can't read her. At times, she'll say something that seems villagery, but then she'll follow it up with something that reads a little false. The fact that I can't read her makes me wary. Sart - 47 - already addressed this StrawMan - 45 - His enthusiasm to vote for a Mayor and provide nothing else is distinctly unhelpful. Gunshy - 45 - pure gut Nyali - 44 - a rather strong gut feeling. If you wanted, I could do an analysis of her posts so far to show where the gut feeling is stemming from, but I don't have time right now and won't for another 6-7 hours (I'm driving to Idaho as soon as I get off work), but if people want it, I'll do it later tonight. Winter - 43 - Got a little defensive of Sart (as Meta pointed out), I also already mentioned the inconsistency with the meta lynch discussion, and a couple of her posts have been trying to cast a lot of doubt on Meta, but also trying to seem like she's not trying to really cast doubt on him by following it up with "But I haven't played with him for a while!"....Now, perhaps Meta isn't a villager, but he's my biggest hunch for it, and if I'm right, the fact that the Darkfriends would know that I'm right would make them panic over the idea of Meta and Wilson working together so quickly. So what would they want to do? Start casting doubt on one or both of us and hope that it drives a wedge and makes us less likely to work together, or gets one of us killed. I guarantee that the one thing they don't want is village!Meta working with village!Wilson. If I were to retract my vote on Sart, I would vote for Winter. However, I'm keeping my vote on Sart for now because I want him to continue speaking up. He has a habit of falling silent. -
Long Game 22: Corenne al'Daishar
little wilson replied to Gamma Fiend's topic in Sanderson Elimination
@Sart. Like El said, not all discussion is good discussion. All discussion about this game is good discussion (some is better discussion that other topics though), but if we're discussing whether we want to have a lynch, that's meta discussion. That's discussion that is not central to this game. Even if we don't succeed in lynching someone, having discussed who to lynch and heard those people's statements gets us information. It's information on what those people think and how those people are playing the game. Heck, even just 3 pages into the game, we've got people saying that Lopen seems a little more uptight and defensive than usual and that Winter is also being a little defensive (and I find it interesting that she didn't have anything to say about the merits of the meta discussion of the lynch before I posted even though she'd posted and addressed that but now she does). The point is, we have a start on figuring out a number of players and we're not even 24 hours into the game yet. That's pretty good, in my opinion. @Hael. I'm not opposed to being the Mayor but after spending almost the entirety of LG6 as Mayor, I'm not going to seek the title either. I'll be voting Mezal Mayor for now. He's playing more like he does when he's good right now, and while he's full of paranoia, I don't think that's a bad thing. I don't think he's actually saying there's a link between Sart and Lopen. I think he's throwing the possibility out there to see how people react to it and if he can learn anything from that. And that's a very Good!Meta thing to do. He's my biggest hunch for village right now. -
Long Game 22: Corenne al'Daishar
little wilson replied to Gamma Fiend's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Sart. There is nothing to be learned from the discussion of if a D1 lynch is a good idea or not. Yes, some people agree with a D1 lynch. Others don't. I personally adhere to Kas' points of a D1 lynch, with the caveat that so long as good discussion has taken place, lynching a person is not critical. But discussion with the intent to lynch is what actually brings real information, by showing what people think. Other people do not think the discussion is very beneficial. It is their prerogative to think that. Discussing the merits of a D1 lynch gets us nowhere. Instead, we should be getting people to talk about anything game related and go from there. The D1 discussion is what kicks the game off. To spend it discussing if we should even have a lynch will cause the day to end with no one lynched because we were all discussing if we should lynch at all rather than who. We end the gameday with no info learned about anyone. And if we do lynch someone at the end of it, it will probably be due to a small bandwagon because the villagers who want to lynch panic and pile onto someone. Which is a terrible idea and usually ends with a villager dead--sometimes a rather important villager. You've done the most eliminator-y thing so far, by trying to steer the village in a direction that is entirely unhelpful. Prove that you're trying to actually do things to benefit the village and perhaps I'll consider removing my vote, but for now, it's staying. -
Do you mean when you suspected me because DC was lying about what was going on in my PM with him? I can't control the lies of another person and he was lying the entire game. That's the only time I can recall that you were suspicious of me. Well, that and when I passed the Blade to Zas instead of you, but I explained my reasons for that. It's possible Alv didn't have an heir, similar to how Kas didn't have an heir. Or, since this is Alv, he decided to heir someone to make them look more suspicious for having a painrial/soulcaster (whichever didn't go to his killer) because they knew it would be a damning item. Nyali, Burnt had a Half-Shard. I know she had a Half-Shard. Everyone knows she had a Half-Shard. She died with it. You were her heir. Stink got the Spanreed, and you ended up with everything else. Why are you claiming to have received a Half-Shard that saved your life last night? If that's really the case, what did you do with the Half-Shard you got from Burnt? Not so. I have no reason to activate my Spanreed on nights that I don't plan to use it. I activated it last night, yes. I did not activate it the night before that. In fact, the last time I activated my spanreed was when I started up the PM with you, me, and Twei. That was on the 18th. Which was 3-4 nights ago, I think. So I had my T2 action open for those 1-2 nights. By your logic, I should've been attacking. I had an action open. And yet, no attacks happened. I wonder why.... Maybe because it's not me? Just guessing here though. >> I'd guess that Mark's Plate is with Stink since Stink killed him....

Even if they had a Shardblade (or a Grandbow), there's nothing stopping them from using both attacks. There are three action periods. All they'd have to do is use either the T1D or T2 action period for the GB attack and they'd be able to get two kills through. Or at least two attacks through. And it wouldn't even look terrible to anyone who spotted a kill with an Emotion Bracelet, because they'd have an excuse with the Shardblade. I personally think they're scared. They don't have a kill item to excuse making a kill and they're worried about the Emotion Bracelets and the Soulcasters so they're refraining from killing and hoping that the lynch and our other kill roles do the work for them.

Around the Cosmere: SE, MBI & Strategy RPs May
little wilson posted a article in Columns and Features
Hey Sharders! We’re back with Around the Cosmere and we’re updating you on SE, MBI, and the Strategy RPs again. This month we've seen a completely successful Eliminator team, several new SE games, and go more in depth into the rebellion in MBI. So let’s get to it! Sanderson Elimination The SE games have been very active in the last month. We’ve finished a number of games and started even more games. First off, though, we’ll cover the Mafia Championship we were invited to a month or two ago. The Mafia Championship Back in March, we were invited to take part in the third season of the Mafia Championship at Mafia Universe. We needed to select a champion to represent our games and send them on over to play. Using nominations and a poll, we finally chose Haelbarde to represent SE, and he played in the first game in the Championship. This game was a rather eye-opening experience to our players who were following along with it, but it was interesting seeing the cultural mingling between different elimination forums around the web. Both Dragonmount and the Malazan forums had representatives in that game, so it felt a little like a fantasy book head-to-head challenge. Hael was lynched early in the game, and he was a villager. While he was only in the game for a short period of time, he represented our community and forum well, keeping his cool in the face of unnecessary aggression, which was rather commendable. Ultimately, the mafia won the game, with an impressive performance that only cost them one of their own. Updates Mid-Range 13: Treachery in the Terris Peaks lasted for about 3 weeks. The Traitors won that game, stopping the Loyal Terrismen and Alendi from releasing the power in the Well. The Traitors actually won it without losing a single member of their team, so quite a well-done job. Long Game 20: Warcamp Enigmas is still in play. It started a little over a month ago and seems to be winding down. There are currently only 7 players left in the game, and 4 of the Ghostbloods have been killed, so the pressure is on for both the Nobles and the Ghostbloods. If you’d like to spectate the last little bit of this game, shoot a PM to Maill and he’ll get you added to the spec doc. New Games Quick Fix 15: Death Note was a game based on Death Note. The factions were Murderers (the good faction) versus the Shinigami and Death Note holders (the eliminator faction). The game ran for about a week, with the Shinigami and their respective Holders killing all of the Murderers and winning the game. It was a great game that lived up to the flavor of the anime (and there were a number of players/spectators who started watching the show because of the game). Long Game 21: To Reforge a God is a game of Shards with many different alignments. All the known Shards are in the game, and most of them are aligned on the good faction, facing off against the Seventeenth Shard and Hoid, who have teamed up to kill everyone working with the Shards. Odium is working separate from the Sharders, trying to Shatter all the Shards (and then kill everyone). Autonomy is merely trying to convert everyone to be autonomous. And Survival simply wants to Survive. There are many different roles on the village side, and there are even some meta-roles in the game like a Troll that switches alignments every time he’s targeted, the Stick who is killed if Hoid targets him with any action, a Lifeless Commander who can only be killed during the day, and more. The game’s been running for about two weeks, and it’s been a fun one to watch. If you’d like to spectate the last bit of this game, PM Seonid and he’ll get you added to the doc. Mid Range 14: The Canim Fury is a Codex Alera game that pits the Loyalists against the Traitors. All players are Furycafters, which provides a wide variety of different, highly powerful, abilities. The game has been running for just under a week (it started last Tuesday), and so far, out of the 18 players who started the game, 8 have died and 2 of those were Traitors. If you’d like to spectate this game, shoot a PM to either Haelbarde or Elbereth, and they’ll get you added to the doc. In Sign-Ups Long Game 22: Corenne al’Daishar is a Wheel of Time game that’s a rerun of Long Game 6. This game pits the Darkfriends and a Forsaken against the small village of Drell’s Crossing. Padan Fain is even hanging around too, corrupting the village’s inhabitants with Mashadar. There are roles like Channelers, Wolfbrothers/sisters, Thief-Takers, and more. The first run of this game was one of the best games we’ve had (both role-playing wise and fun-wise, since we ended up playing out part of Tarmon Gaidon in that little village), and I’ve no doubt that this one will be just as great. The game starts on Thursday, June 2, so if you’d like to sign up, take a look at the rules and post in the thread. If you’d like to spectate, shoot a PM to Gamma Fiend and he’ll get you a link to the doc. Featured Game Quick Fix 1: Jeskeri Mysteries was GMed by Tempus. We’d run 4 Long Games by that point in time, and Tempus suggested trying something new, with a quicker game that updated every 24 hours. The setting for the game was at a trading outpost in the mountains in Duladel. It was winter, and all the characters were snowed in, but they quickly learn that there are Followers of the Mysteries holed up with the other travelers and traders. Each day, players voted to cast someone out into the weather to freeze. 12 players signed up for the game, and 3 of these were Followers of the Mysteries. There was 1 Priest of Jesker, who had the ability to scan people for the alignments, to see who was a Follower and who was not. The Followers won the game without losing a single member, which made this game the first SE game in which the evil team pulled off a clean sweep. To this day, there are only about 6 games (out of over 50) that have managed a clean sweep. And this particular team pulled it off by saving the Priest--who was their biggest threat that game--for their final kill, which makes a clean sweep like that far more impressive. Conclusion And that’s all for SE this time around. Check back next month to hear more about the games we’ve got running and more. Now onto Comatose for the MBI update. Mistborn: The Inquisition Hello all! Comatose here again, and I’d like to give a big thank-you to Moru for covering for me last month, and to Little Wilson for letting me take some space in her column to showcase some of my favourite parts of Mistborn: The Inquisition. We’ve had two segments focusing on the nobility, so now I’d like to focus in on what’s going on with the Skaa Rebellion and a little bit about some other skaa characters. If you missed our first segment, you can find a general description of Mistborn: The Inquisition and what it is about there. As I mentioned in my first post, the Skaa Rebellion was started by the enigmatic Ignas, a former obligator whose faith in the Lord Ruler and the Final Empire has been seriously challenged. His true motives for starting the rebellion remain unclear, but his actions suggest that he may not be intending to improve the lives of the Skaa. Readers of Mistborn: The Final Empire will know that, since the Empire is still around at the beginning of the trilogy, the rebellion in Mistborn: The Inquisition is doomed to be a failure that will be covered up by the Lord Ruler’s propaganda team. How they get there, however, is part of the fun! The rebellion is divided into three major cells that operate largely independently of one another, and Ignas is one of the few to know of the location and work of all three major cells, as well as the many smaller cells. Lan’s Shop, home to Perrin, the rebellion’s Mistborn, is a centre for raids and other covert operations. Veil’s Brothel focuses on gathering intelligence from its noble patrons, and also serves as a hub for the rebel intelligence network. The third major cell, operating out of House Ellesmere, is the most mysterious of the three, and has not featured prominently into the story line at this point. The rebels have staged a variety of attacks thus far, but their most notable accomplishments thus far have been the alleged murders of Lords Lucius and Julian Casuana, and their attack on the Casuana Ball. The Casuana Ball Raid in particular served to bring the Rebellion out of the shadows, and the attack on a major Great House while it hosted Luthadel’s most important nobles is a considerable accomplishment. Featured Thread: “I Haven’t Got Enough Boxings to Buy a New Dress” This thread introduces Klyde, a skaa crewleader who has returned to Luthadel after a long absence chasing after Delissia, who he perceives to be the woman of his dreams. In this thread, Klyde seeks information about his wayward on-again-off-again girlfriend from Cassi, a skaa informant who is really Mistborn Camille Deveaux in disguise. Though drunk, Klyde does his best to bumble through the conversation with Cassi, and the thread also provides readers with a good orientation of what the buzz is in Luthadel. Cassi and Klyde’s exchange of information continues in “Gremlin Hunt,” where Klyde tries to get more information from Cassi about Delissia, while Khaelys and Zincell, two potential recruits for Klyde’s new thieving crew, tag along. Though Klyde was experienced in Luthadel’s ways in his youth, he has been absent from the city for some time, and whether or not his new crew will rise to the heights his old crew was accustomed to remains to be seen. Featured Rebel Cell: The Brothel As I mentioned above in the general overview, the Brothel is a hub for Rebellion intelligence gathering. The head of security, Trevelan, serves as a liaison with Ignas and other rebel cells. A capable instructor, Trev often trains new recruits, and dreams of reconnecting with his long-lost daughter, Nell. Liss, a newly recruited brothel worker who does not realize she is an allomancer, originally joined the rebellion to escape from working in a brothel, only to end up working in a rebel cell hidden in a brothel. Daphne, a smoker, is another brothel worker with an altruistic streak who is determined to do what she can to make a difference in the lives of the skaa, however she can. Valerre, a self-serving rioter, only works for the rebellion because of his loyalty to Daphne, and would prefer to spend his time utilizing his charms and alomancy to chase after handsome noblemen. Many of the brothel plotlines are in their infancy, so it’s a great place to get started with new characters if you are interested in playing a rebel. Featured Characters: Perrin and Nessa Perrin is the rebellion most valuable member, their sole Mistborn. The son of a minor Venture and a skaa woman, Perrin bears many similarities to Kelsier, but the differences that set him apart make him fascinating to read about. Though he has a lighthearted and carefree attitude, Perrin is ruthless towards nobles, and anyone else who threatens the people he loves. He often butts heads with Ignas, but his irreplaceable status means Ignas is forced to put up with him. Nessa is a newly recruited pewterarm, just beginning to figure out if she has what it takes to be a rebel. New to alomancy and to the rebellion, Nessa has a lot to learn. Both residents of Lan’s Shop, Perrin started training Nessa how to use her new abilities, and the two have since begun a romantic relationship. Sporting the nicknames “Buckets” and “Sweets”, Perrin and Nessa have become one of Mistborn: The Inquisitions most interesting couples. As the rebellion continues, Nessa will be forced to question how far she is willing to go as she follows Ignas’s orders, and both her and Perrin’s commitment to the cause will be tested. Stay tuned for more! For now, check out one of my favourite exchanges between the pair: "Fine. You asked for it, Buckets!" Nessa shot up onto her knees and drew her hand back for a playful smack. That hand made it to a spot about halfway between the two of them when she realized it was still clinging to the baywrap she'd been eating earlier. Nessa just stopped dead for a long moment, blinked at the meal she'd previously forgotten about, then settled back into a seated position yet again and took a healthy-sized bite out of the thing. "You got lucky," she told him when she could talk well enough for him to understand her. "I hate wasting food." ____________________________________________________________________________ Anyways, that’s it for now! I hope you enjoyed, and stay tuned for more MBI nonsense . Strategy RPs Heirs to the Final Empire Heirs to the Final Empire is entering Turn 3 of Generation 8, which means there are only a little more than 2 generations left until Kelsier’s crew takes over and upends the Final Empire. Most of the game’s workings takes place behind the scenes in PMs though, and there haven’t been any events in the last month. However, I hear that interesting things are in the works for the setting, so if you’d like to join the game, now’s the time. PM Wyrm or post in this thread about running your own House in Luthadel starting in Generation 9 (should be in about 2 weeks). Supremacy of Arelon In the past month in fight for Arelon, there have been 3 game years of war, which have seen the fall of another 8 kingdoms. Three more players have been wiped from the game from those 8, leaving about 6-7 players left in the game. So half of the starting players have been killed. Year 12 is about to start, and it will no doubt lead to more player deaths, kingdoms falling, and perhaps even an alliance or two. But the question remains: who will be the supreme ruler of Arelon? Watch the thread or check back in next month for another update. Thanks for checking in with Around the Cosmere. That’s all for this installment, but next week, Feather will be back to cover Tumblr and more. See you then! -

Long Game 22: Corenne al'Daishar
little wilson replied to Gamma Fiend's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Keland is the half-brother to the town fool, Witless. In an alternate universe, Witless was once an Aiel-Blooded Mayor, but that's just not his destiny in this universe. Keland is the innkeeper of The Golden Dagger, the town inn, and while he runs a pretty tight establishment, he usually lets his (half) brother sleep in the stable loft when there aren't many guests. He's a good brother like that. -
I'll get the pizzas this time.

The simple answer is no. The more complicated answer is that if you can write a program that can merely expedite something that you are already able to do yourself, that's fine. If you cannot write a program or the program you've written does something that you wouldn't be able to do without the program, you can't use the program. What this means is that if you have the skills to write programs, you cannot share them with other players--unless you're sharing them with everyone. You also can't have a program do something that you cannot do. Like writing an encryption program where you wouldn't be able to decode the message (or write a new one) without the program. Or checking online times/places of users when you're not online.

I see the logic behind killing Stink, but at the same time, we only have 8 players left and I do not think he's evil. Sure, he's vig-killing and that doesn't help us, but we literally need all the villagers we can get at this point. Killing someone who is highly likely to be a villager hurts the village more than leaving the vigilante alive, since killing him puts the Ghostbloods a lot closer to their win con. If there are two left, we've only got 6 Nobles alive. 6 against 2. Kill Stink and it's 5 against 2. And they have a Soulcaster and the Ghostblood kill. If this night ends poorly, it could be 3 against 2 or even 2 against 2. We cannot afford to mislynch. As I said, I can understand wanting to kill the vigilante. It's something I'd probably support in the early to mid-game, but this late in the game, I can't. However, I know that there are other players who would disagree with that, and that's their prerogative. However, if you're going to kill the vigilante, at least admit that that's what you're doing. Saying that he has evil motives is saying that you're voting for him because you think he's evil. Not that he's a vigilante who's causing more harm to the village than good. His motives aren't evil. They're just skewed. Kyne's reasoning for his vote doesn't ring true to me at all, and it only escalates my suspicion of him.

In that case, it's entirely possible for anyone starting with a Shardblade or Soulcaster to be evil, since they have to finish the game with it. And with the possibilities of losing items, it's entirely possible for them to lose a Shardblade or Soulcaster if they'd started with it. If they only have one item, and they're killed, their killer gets the item. If they have 2 items or more and they're lynched, half of their items are split between the voters. Just because they start with half of their bonus win con doesn't mean they end with it. With that in mind, I can understand why a good Stink would make the kill on Mark. He'd suspected him and the only thing that was being used in his defense was the Shardblade. Now, if Mark's Artifabrian-ness had been publicly known and Stink still killed him, I think that would be something else, since the Ghostbloods having two Artifabrians is incredibly unlikely (though considering how much of a troll Maill is, it's not impossible). Please note that I do not think this absolves Stink, but my suspicion of him is reduced a bit. And this opens up a new can of worms, since I think all of us (except Stink, clearly) were basically exonerating everyone who started with a Blade or Soulcaster, due to that win. Twei, if you're my Claincy this game, I'm not going to be happy.

Okay. So. My current suspects are Sheep, Stink, and Kyne. I've already mentioned my reasons for suspecting Kyne, which are mostly meta-reasons, so I'm not going to reiterate those. Sheep is my biggest suspect. Part of this is for meta-reasons--I think a newer player would be on a team with Orlok, Kas, and Lopen. But another large part is because at the beginning of the game, he was posting, but not really saying much. Even what he did say was mostly just a repeat of things others had said (like when he was casting suspicion on those who were suspicious of DC for heiring). Then, he started picking up a little bit of suspicion, and this is about the time when he went dark for a cycle or two. He didn't really have anything to say in the thread, I don't think he was really talking in PMs (Burnt, correct me if I'm wrong about that. I know he hasn't said anything in my PM with him), and I can't help but wonder if it was in hopes that the suspicions would cool off. If people would forget about him, so when he rejoined, people wouldn't remember why they'd even been suspicious of him in the first place. Or those people who were suspicious of him would be dead. Then when he rejoins, he's wondering why the Ghostbloods haven't killed him. To me, that question sounds like a Ghostblood trying to make people think he's not a Ghostblood because he's acting confused about why he's not dead yet. Why would the Ghostbloods even be trying to kill him at all? That doesn't make any sense. If he's good, he's hardly been participating and he's picked up suspicion, so he's not a good target for them to kill, so it's obvious why he's not dead yet. So why ask it? And my suspicion of Stink is based purely off the kill on Mark. However, I have a question for Maill first, since it help me decide just how suspicious Stink actually is. Maill, is the Ghostblood bonus win con something they have to finish the game with, or do they just have to have had those items at any point in the game? Do they have to have them at the same time? And I've been ninja'd twice by writing this... EDIT: Mark's plate wasn't publicly known, but DC's Plate was and it was publicly known that Mark and I killed him. DC only had the Plate, so Mark or I would've ended up with it. If I ended up with it, it would've been gone from the game. If Mark ended up with it though....
