    I always assumed it was a strange choice of words. I think of it more like seeing the world differently, If someone say everything in negative colors or in x-ray. you wouldn't say they've "entered the world of the negative" or "the world of the X-ray".

    I temporarily acquired the nickname "Spook" for my fondness of horror stories and because it rhymes with my real name Unfortunately this was a couple years before I read the mistborn trilogy and didn't understand the full amazingness of the name.

    I always found it strange how Shardblades can seemingly change their corporeal form: It can slice right though a person not leaving a scratch and instead cut away the persons very soul one moment Then It can cut through stone and block/be-blocked by other Shardblade's or plates

    Hrathen's last chapters are probably the most I've re-read a single section of a book. They are also the one section I bring up every time someone says that changing a characters allegiance is a bad way to complete their arc.

    I've kind of had crime stories on the brain lately, but good ones are hard to find. any recommendations? I enjoyed Bones are Forever by Kathy Reichs but I found her other book to be lackluster.

    Strange I had no problem reading WoK/WoR but I'm still reading the second mistborn book, which I picked up over three months ago My advice: Stick with it WoK is a great beginning to a series, even if it is a lot of setup
