    Clarified on one of the previous cycles I believe — IC takes priority so they are elected, and then WL passes to next-highest train.

    As mentioned, I've been toying for a couple years with the idea of a Bladerunner game (thanks, Bladerunner 2049!) and then the idea came back to me when looking up old SE games last year or so and remembering the utter chaos that came with LG8. This game takes a base Tyrian Falls ruleset (alright, not quite base Tyrian Falls - I'm using a combination of base Tyrian and Wyrm's refinements in LG17) and tries to salvage the kandra rules from LG8.     I've never counted MR9 or LG20 on my personal tally because I barely lasted a cycle or two before having to get subbed out and abandoning the team. Granted, RL reasons for both, but I still feel substantial guilt over them and they form part of the reason I generally tried not to sign up for games anymore if I doubted I could put in basic commitment. But of course now I'm retired.

    I like Tyrian and we've run enough Tyrian games to have a basic idea of how the parameters work. I'm trying to fix the LG8 kandra rules so there's no reason I want to run straight into a hot mess by having a more complex underlying base game

    Haven't explicitly said so, but I believe I'm currently #15 on the LG waitlist. That game, I'd like to apply to run as an Anonymous Game for reasons that will become clear once I'm able to post the ruleset for comments and suggestions. Edit: If it's a more helpful demarcation, it'd be my Bladerunner reskin, doesn't need a non-Sanderson pass, with Tyrian base rules (probably, I took inspiration from Wyrm's LG17 Heronfall game too) and LG8's reworked kandra rules.

    Additional rule clarification PMed from a player - Roles are unique. If a player is the Informant, they cannot also be the Starling. I haven't been Evil since 2015 (and hope it stays that way) so I'm a safe bet

Note to any of you using a WD MyBook Live to backup your data: get that thing unplugged ASAP from the Internet. There's an ongoing malicious cyberattack based off an unpatched (thanks, end of support!) vulnerability discovered in 2018, and if your data isn't already wiped, you don't want it to be. Stay cybersafe out there.

    Here's the illustration of how Extortion works: No one is Worker Leader during Cycle One because the game does not start with a Worker Leader. Ren is elected Worker Leader by a majority of four votes in Cycle One. Wyrm, one of the Elims, sends in an order to Extort Kas. This means that Kas cannot be voted Worker Leader in Cycle Two. In Cycle Two, Ren is Worker Leader and has a double vote where the Inner Circle is concerned. Meanwhile, voting for the Worker Leader continues. Now, Kas should - by right - become Worker Leader due to having three votes. However, because of the Extortion (thanks Wyrm!), the Worker Leader position will pass to the player with the next highest number of votes: Wyrm, with two votes. In Cycle Three, Wyrm is thus Worker Leader. A little over twenty hours.

    Absolutely You already qualify as you've made one post this cycle. Election statement is in the event you get elected; otherwise, an advertisement, op-ed, stuff for the classifieds section, that's fair game though I retain the right to refuse anything too game relevant (e.g. Tineye/Watchman/Informant trying to use this to signal.) Just drop it in your GM PM.
