SALVATION The last of the agents had been found. At what cost? He had, in the end, found Locke's killer. Had denounced them for the traitor to their own people that they were. Some small measure of justice had been obtained. And the world continued to turn. And the world continued to turn, as it always did, and always would, regardless of what Kesan Acheris did. "I should have killed you," Eshena said. Kesan looked at the other delegate in the eye, dispassionately. He said, "You should have." Meant every word. He was Kesan Acheris, with half the blood flowing in his veins tracing back from the Rose Empire, with the burr of the distant provinces still on his tongue, as much as he'd suppressed every trace of the provincial backwater boy he'd been when he first began working for the Arelene Empire's diplomatic service. He was Kesan Acheris, minor diplomat, the one who'd seen enough assignments go to hell, some of them in his charge. He remembered working in the Frozen Moon teahouse, with Wuhern, and with Locke, and with Araolis, younger then—casually stopping by to give them warning. The Arelene embassy closed its doors. The slaughter in the streets began the next day as Emperor Yazad was slain by a MaiPon assassin and the various factions of the Rose Empire, gathered like vultures about a dessicated corpse, began to jockey in earnest for power and advantage. Thank Araolis, thought Kesan. But Araolis was dead as well, another in the trail of blood that Eshena and their counterparts had painted. Because there were always some who stood in the way of progress, of democracy. Of mutual understanding. Because not everyone wanted to build bridges. Some of them wanted to tear them down. Eshena should have killed him, Kesan thought. Locke would've known what to do. But they had not. And so here he was. He was alive, and Locke was dead. So he was carrying on Locke's negotiations, and now as the negotiations reached their end—or, if you were an optimist, a new beginning—Kesan found himself at a loss. He threw himself into tasks. Always had. If a task was doing, it was worth doing well, and the nobility always sneered at you if you performed poorly. He'd always had to be perfect, and had in turn expected nothing less than perfection from himself. And now the task was over, and done as best as they could, and Kesan wondered what the next step was. What the next step would be. What he made of himself, when he wasn't juggling tasking after tasking, negotiations that needed to be done, treaties that had to be signed and agreed upon. "You should start moving," Bark said. "Fjordell ships are here to pick everyone up." He clapped Kesan on the shoulder. "Good way to end the negotiations, with a show of inter-Empire cooperation and good will." "I suppose so," Kesan said, quietly. He was still alive. It seemed a poor answer. He filled his lungs with good clean air, with the tang of sea salt. The sunlight was warm on his skin, and the tide continued to come in, water pooling about his ankles and the salt-encrusted cuffs of his trousers. And the world kept on turning. He bent, and picked up a handful of sand. He watched it trickle through his fingers. As long as we are alive, Wuhern was saying, at the back of his head. As long as we cannot die, we must assume responsibility. Water and sand, Kesan thought. A poor offering, to the dead. In Ukurgi, they prepared steamed buns, burned incense. He squared his shoulders and walked along the shore, following the glittering traces where water met the shoreline, always bearing towards the distant flags and grey sails of the Fjordell ships sent to bring them all home.

I'm referring to the Thief, not you I understand why he chose to side with the Village over us. Village best alignment! I can confirm I wept with joy to see the beautiful green in my GM PM...

Actually I don't mind quoting from a locked thread. Sure, it's a long workaround for us players but it's not as much of a nuisance for me as it was for Orlok and Aman in the MR. But no, meant that: A) They were specifically referring to being unable to quote from a locked thread as a pain point, and B ) I think the merged bit doesn't make too much of a difference. Hunting the thread down from the quicklinks is a bit faster than scanning the subforum for it, IMO. Especially with two games running simultaneously...

Preferred them merged. The quicklinks are easy to access. And I think the unmerged comment only matters if the threads aren't locked, because otherwise, we can't quote from locked threads.

I'll have you know I was chuckling well into the afternoon and making odd laughing noises in my cubicle at work, and trying not to, and having my colleagues pop in to ask me if I was alright and I couldn't explain why I was laughing so hard/much... Really liked your playstyle and the bread, though I was also crying inside trying to assign a read to you! Think you balanced a fun playstyle and trying to do analysis/constructive Village work fairly well, and appreciate you stepping up during D4 to try to help us avoid MLing you (because I really didn't want to ML you if you were Village and I just wasn't sure.) And thanks for trying to keep me alive Not wrong that I tend to die a lot as a Villager... Short shelf life will be my new self-descriptor, thank you It does tickle me that we were both trying similar things, only I was trying to keep TJ alive because I was worried Sart would vig kill him, and also sort of wanted to see if anyone was game to try to exploit the TJ opening with an eye to the final few.

Actually really disagree here—Orlok was leaning towards voting you this cycle. You're right to say that the main question mark when it comes to Orlok is if he'd have been too late via reading past cycles to be active in this one and make that push for you, but I think either way, votes were coming for you. The fact that Fjordell had softcleared Baker and Sibling meant that the PoE was always going to be functionally <JNV, Bort, Tani> once TJ showed up in thread (even on my death) to confirm I'd softhardcleared Orlok (assuming Orlok's survival—Confirmed Good =/= Confirmed Right but the fact my read on Orlok was based on close personal meta familiarity should have helped) and to explain his Forging as softclearing him. Tani was really good at appearing Village this game (don't ask me how, I don't know, I was tired and reading the thread and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get myself to feel good about voting for Tani over you, so you were always going to be my vote. Bort was odd but Bort voting for you despite his scan didn't make sense for E!Bort, so Bort was also a non-starter for me, but anyway I overslept so didn't engage further.) The one really, really big mistake you made was killing Orlok and leaving behind a sad, angry, and vengeful Kasimir (No, just kidding—that didn't make a difference to the game, in my view: only to me </3 ) I saw </3 No game is complete without in doc paranoia I see, Shuffle Squat Bro :eyes: Edited to add: @JNV - on Tani, my theory is that you don't really get/have a hard time with dealing with the somewhat more chaotic players, including Tani and Thaid. It's something I've noticed in your play history even though you also comment you're susceptible to emotion. Not sure why you had an Evil read on Stick in my MR, but that's a separate issue. I wish I knew why my gut was that strong on Tani, but I attribute it to having seen V!Tani in action quite a bit. I felt her responses were very pure (direct, authentic maybe?), and in the case of the Day scan, just too out of the loop to be Evil. As Devo said later on, it's also just hard to see E!Tani trying to claim a Day scan clears V!Baker/E!Baker, or for E!Tani to even be Day scanning or admitting to it—her teammates should've talked to her about this before this cycle.

Tbf basically me and why I was setting up anti-TJ arguments in thread despite believing he was Village So fair enough! Edited to add: By the way @Tani, good game You did well. I think there's something to be said for managing to appear so powerfully Village that the PoE just shrank to Bort and JNV. Good work!

Thanks to @|TJ| and @Orlok Tsubodai for being such great bros. When I showed up in the Arelene doc, the shock of happiness just ate through the state of exhausted, numb nothingness I'd been inhabiting. It felt like a sign from the SE gods/RNGesus to sit back and chill for most of this game, which I even managed to successfully do. Really enjoyed our in doc madness and fun TJ bhai, FYI, I was pushing you this hard in thread because I was worried that Sart was gonna go renegade and try to nightshoot you, and wanted to show him there's a strong Village consensus on you. You were my Light Village read, so yeah Orlok, Overcommitment Bro - I'm just really happy to be playing and solving in a game with you again, no matter the outcome Even if we may have unexpectedly recognised each other's alignment a bit too early into the game This was easily one of the most fun games I've had this year, even if we were mistaken, and I am very happy we got to be Villagers together instead of E/E or V/E. @_Stick_ Next time pls check if im dead first kthx Hyper Kas faded as the game went on and especially after they murdered Orlok ( >:( ) but fortunately, by then it didn't matter. I'm just glad my vote went onto Orlok's killer, so I can properly say he's been avenged >> @shadow1 Fun first game with you, maintain your choice of allegiance was...unfortunate Edited to add: FYI, for anyone who wanted to see 20-40%% Village Kas: this is him Very little heavy work, slacking off, chilling with my bros, master of tunnels. I did warn y'all I have the one thing problem, well, this is it Edited to add 2: Thanks to @The Baker for trying to keep me alive - sorry it got you sussed! Thanks to @Ashbringer and @Elbereth for running this game; thanks for the support when things got rough, and especially thank you for letting me stay in FRIENDS doc. This was the highlight of the game for me, and I regret nothing, not one second of it <3

Interested in why or how you feel so confident in a five Elim team you choose to vote in the pool of players who, if your scan is correct, categorically cannot have put in the NK. The five Elim team is entailed by catching the fourth and discovering that there is another. Immediately assuming there is a fifth to lynch Baker doesn't seem right to me since that seems almost too eager to ignore the scan as evidence. If you think it's a five Elim world, who is Baker teamed with? ... And here I am defending the guy who wanted me to die D3, joy to the world, welcome to SE...

But you are in Fjordell. There are no private ways to communicate in this game. How is it that you know Baker was cleared from having put in a kill last night but also end up voting for him? You shouldn't be needing to find this out from the thread.

Are we still down for 4:3:2 or not? My pool keeps shifting. I've taken one scan through their posts and am struggling to feel okay with JNV, Tani just feels Village to my gut, and I'm not sure I'm capable of thinking straight about Bort anymore. Doesn't help I'm still relying on reports of doc Fjordell stuff. From what I can see: Wait. Fjordell people. Why is Bort voting Baker if Baker has been scanned by someone in Fjorden as not having put in an action last night?

Have you heard the legend of Beagle the Coinshot? I thought not. It's not a story kel would tell you... I think the point is, why wouldn't he lurk? Once the rules became "ties kill", Forgers get a proportional boost in power. So there's no reason not to do it. Pulling off a triple ML would be good from an Elim perspective, and Illwei, like Archer, only became endangered late into the cycle, so he would likely not have vote manipped until needed. If he had made that tie happen, he would've been the first suspect for EoD lurking, in my view. D3 feels a bit risky because he had claimed by that point to Orlok and myself. (Again, unclear if Shadow read it or it was buried in the extreme paragraphs of our doc.) Any suspicious vote manip on the Shadow front could have gotten him sussed, especially since Orlok was less sold on V!TJ than I was. The D1 restraint argument is the most powerful for me. That and the fact that claiming reduces his options. But eh... He thought Diplomat was a role smh. That Diplomats changed votes. I was like "oh God" when I found out the full story of his derp D3/N3... Alright, maybe a few more distro thoughts: I don't expect there to be too many more Forgers. We should have seen sign of them by now, and moreover, I don't expect Ash and El to be as gung-ho about allowing ties to kill if there were more Forgers hiding out there. I don't expect a 2 V!Elantrian + 1 V!CSP world. That's way too much for the Village to have, since if the V!CSP blocks the NK, that's pretty indicative. The fact we have 1 E!CSP might be there to help deal with the V!Elantrians. Not sure. Ditto for Potioneer - it's nerfed, but two Potioneers can do the protection trade-off thing Araris mentioned in AG8. Potentially hampered here by coordination issues, but still. I also don't see enough kill roles (1 Dakhor doesn't count) or kill frequency to justify more than one Potioneer. If there is one [Edited to add: more], could be E!Potioneer in order to facilitate a WGG or WBG. No sign of further Dakhors. I lean stronger to the [2:1 World], making 2 V!Elantrian a bit riskier. But we probably skipped a bit ahead of time due to the tie deaths of Thaid and Striker, and I still wonder if Illwei was meant to give the Elims several more options in terms of shutting down V!Elantrians. No roleclearing seems the safest approach. My one issue with JNV (and another factor pushing me away from Baker and Sibling tbh, beyond the existing reasons) is that I'm struggling to see how the kill choices make sense to E!JNV, or at least, who the NK choices reflect. Araris was dead N2 and by then, Illwei and Archer were dead too. Is Araris a JNV or Shadow kill? I don't know. I'm hesitant too on Orlok as I don't know if Shadow looked at the work he was doing in the Arelene doc and suggested him for the NK. But I guess JNV has played with V!Orlok in MR56 so that's not terribly impossible either. I guess I could see some teammate leaving kill options in the doc and the survivor(s) picking from those. Or we're not looking at a newer player Elim. IDK but the Araris kill especially bugs me on a Shadow/???/??? team or a Shadow/??? team. The Orlok kill bugs me to a lesser extent, beyond the obvious, where it extremely pisses me off

Regular is totally a role smh >> Y'all with your fancy role plans in your docs, while Arelon has just been playing this as though it were a regular-only game (but now makes sense, since Orlok and I were both regulars so just jumped into analysis mode...) Also, just gonna be honest here—since a similar incident caught me out in LG7 and Evil!Maili used that to work out my role and shank me—confirm or deny as you like. But as per Devo's post earlier this game, only one known Fjorden has roleclaimed, and Devo has noted who it is. If I can see that, so can the Elims. Trying to blur the waters doesn't really work anymore. Short answer: IDK. It's possible, and I don't really want to gamble on symmetry at this point, given what we know of the distro. One factor is that Elantrians only scan who a player targets, which in theory should weaken their scan a little, but we now see that's not actually what's happening. In a game with high roles, the Elantrian scan is weakened because a player targeting another player who ended up dead can still plausibly claim a role. But. A. Look at the roles we have: Dakhor kills and Elim NKs shouldn't be distinguished, if I'm remembering Ash's Committee PM correctly, but let's reclarify this. @Ashbringer? But claiming Dakhor is already worrisome in that light. Since survivals are written up, an Elim claiming Potioneer is risky because the actual Potioneer will thunderdome you. It looks like the main options left are: <Dakhor, Elantrian, CSP.> That's not awful. But. B. Let's look at what we know of the distro. Keep in mind that what we know is a drop, and what we do not know, an ocean. (Was wir wissen, ist ein Tropfen, was wir nicht wissen, ein Ozean.) This is a not particularly a regular-heavy distro, and might shape up to be something like 60-40. Nine Regular Diplomats so far, five known roles, with our extremely anonymous Fjordell Elantrian making that six. That gives us three unknown roles left: maximally we have a 1:1 Regular : Roles ratio, and minimally 2:1. If we're in a [1:1 World], I'd expect to see more doubling up. Less if we're in a [2:1 World]. The only reason why this matters is that in the [2:1 World], you'd expect players to cotton on to the role scarcity much sooner, allowing them to realise that target scans are more likely to catch an Elim than a friendly role. But it really depends on Ash's distro modelling. I could also see him adding two target scanners in on the Village-side just in case (but typically, would expect more kills flying around in that world and we only know of one Dakhor...) tdlr; Sorry to have wasted your time Don't think we can tell prima facie one way or another. Roleclearing is dangerous, Beagles bite your face off, we have to rely on reads as well. Pragmatically, I'd endorse the same view I did in AG8: as long as an E!lantrian is possible (and it certainly seems plausible), we cannot roleclear, so players must stand and fall by their own actions/reads. @Devotary of Spontaneity - Why do you take confirming TJ as a Forger to clear him? I feel like the restraint argument sounds a bit eerily like Mat's MR53 "If I'd been converted, the Elims would've won already!" argument, except that it turned out Mat hadn't realised he could just duplicate the Elim kill. Similarly, I feel like TJ's restraint D2 is a bit less positive than it sounds, due to him having been called out by Aman for lurking EoD. I do accept that his being willing to claim off the bat and not saving Archer is a good look for him though.

He implied he had a role D1, I urged him not to claim it, so he cited a line from his GM PM but omitted the role. TJ then claimed either D3 or N2 - I forget which, but likely D3. I do know Shadow was still alive back then, and could have seen it but uh, the size of our doc might have prevented her from finding out, I don't know. I do think the dual clear point is moot now because of Tani Day scanning (still laugh-crying so hard, Tani you're amazing and I mean this sincerely ...) So it boils down to whether we want dual scans at night or we just want to 4:3:2 or something. Going to say this revelation does strengthen my V!Tani read, even if that's irrational. I don't know, that derp just... Edited to add: He claimed D3 that he had a role that could clear him. I pointed out there were no safe roles. He claimed later in that Day.

But also @Devotary of Spontaneity - It's 7AM, I have not slept since I woke up with a migraine. Which is another way of me saying—I trust you at working out scenarios probably more than I trust now!Kas, or even normal!functioning!Kas. Is there an escape hatch you're seeing that I'm not, based off where my thoughts currently are? Baker roleclaimed vanilla (i.e. regular.) Check his image out. Very clever, very delicious. Laugh-crying :joy: Don't put in a scan action today, I think. Night scans are more helpful because we want to be able to catch the Elims making the kill. Please, no more Day scans Okay, so the dual clear line of thought is out. I need more painkillers before I can come back to this, sorry Someone take over for a while!

Mat also explicitly said due to the Fjorden results, he's not gung-ho on Baker. Assumed he was sitting on the scan results until now. Wait. Are you Day scanning or Night scanning. Because you can scan either in the Day or at Night. If Day, why for the love of God are you Day scanning??? Yeah, was more trolling you, sorry. But I do mean positive gut read in this case. Maybe the better way to put it is that in a four man team world, it is impossible for there to be a NK and for them to have actually scanned Baker as they claimed, due to action limits. The fact there was a Night Kill categorically entails that one of them had to not have scanned, if they were Evil. The two escape hatches I can see are: A. the F!Elantrian lied, deciding it was acceptable risk given the number of regulars, and/or B. Tani lied, by simply repeating the Baker result ( @Tani - Did you claim your Baker scan results in your doc at any point? Was this prior to Mat's reveal in the thread? @The Baker Can you corroborate this?) In a five man team world, basically entails a Fjorden Elantrian/Tani team. I'm currently leaning V on Tani so I'm not super sold on this world.

My thought would be that they're unlikely E/E (on the assumption of a two man team, one of them has to put in the kill!), and on top of that, for them to have correctly scanned Baker's action is moderately risky, and requires at least one of them to have put in the scan. I guess I could see a world in which one of them made the scan, and shared it in the Evil doc, and then both of them are using it, so maybe that's the escape hatch you're thinking of, in which case, I'm fine reintroducing the Fjorden Elantrian into the pool. It'd basically have to be that, since the Fjorden scan claim came prior to Tani's, at least in thread. While I'd like to be able to mech-clear the Fjorden Elantrian, in retrospect, I don't think we have as much room to maneuver—I've claimed Regular, Sart's action is distinctive, and scanning TJ won't guarantee that the Fjorden isn't putting in a NK, since TJ's action is only a Day one. (Night scan might be interesting, but you can't verify that unless the Fjorden gets a target back.) The only way I can see it being done is Tani RNGs a target and the Fjorden Elantrian scans her, and Tani corroborates if it's correct or wrong, but that's also easily disrupted. Point is, I'm favouring 4:3:2 more, I think.

Baker is not in anyone's pool of three right now! You are! >> This makes sense - Fjorden claims that Baker didn't act either. If we're lynching Bort, then there's no reason to scan Bort. I'm starting to continue to believe I'd prefer JNV, but need to re-read. What is your scan history? Who did you scan on previous cycles? Because who gets lynched right after Baker dies and flips Village...? The utility of a fake claim from an E!Elantrian would be to hide the fact you actually put in a kill, because you then have a prima facie claim to having put in an action. (To be honest, if we're going down the fake claim route, may not even be an Elantrian - Village always tends to get very excited by shiny scanner claims.) The actions limit in this game is real, meaning the more we narrow down on our potential Elims (especially with one to two members left), the more anyone who provably didn't put in an action (via Elantrian scan) or provably put in an action can be ruled out as an Elim. At this point though, since you and the Fjorden scanner both check out, I'm willing to discard that set of thoughts and consider that corroboration. In fact, I think that given that you and the Fjorden scanner both agree that Baker didn't take any action last Night, that's weak reason to exclude both you and the Fjorden scanner from the lynch pool today because that's weak reason to believe you both put in the actions you say you did, i.e. can't have put in the kill. >> What's the point of me putting a reads list if you're not gonna read it smh >> My gut is telling me you're Village, as I said there. I don't have a clear reason for it, but you're coming across powerfully as V!Tani. I don't have play history with E!Tani so could be mistaken but you just feel consistent with our Village games together, and that's the best I got, but it's enough that I would favour Orlok-clearing [=in-doc joke in Arelon, but basically exeing] JNV over you. My gut Village read of you just feels a bit stronger than my (admittedly) largely effort-clear of JNV. Could reconsider if Mat et al convince me, but given your Elantrian claim, feel that we're better off not going after you today anyway because feel we can potentially get mechanical clears. Good to know Alright. Let's try again. Here's my current pool: <Sart, JNV, TJ, Bort.> Mat and Devo are non-negotiably Village, in my eyes. I sure as hell didn't put in the kill, and wouldn't have killed Orlok, even as E!Kas, when he was strongly Village-reading me, and when my only reason for signing up/staying in this game was to play with Orlok. (I am happy to be voted on in a tie if required.) The fact that Tani and the Fjorden scanner both agree on scan results suggests to me they are likely truthful: I don't buy a three E!scenario, and it's unlikely they're both Evil together and chose to lie about the same player and happened to be correct. This means we have prima facie reason to believe Tani and the Fjorden scanner put in an action, so cannot have put in the NK. The people in the pool I can't account for: TJ Sart — we can exclude Sart IMO because it'd be odd for Sibling to put in a NK and not post in the thread, and E!Sibling should've killed earlier. While I can see some ersatz worlds where this could happen (e.g. new player and last Elim standing Sibling panicking), I also note we could mechanically clear Sart if he's willing to put in the vig kill tonight on a target agreed on by the Village. Even if the Elims forgo one kill to pin the blame on Sart, this should slow down the death rate, which still forces them to make a choice. Then again, maybe we'd prefer to scan an Elim making a kill. Don't know, open for thoughts. Bort — I have thoughts on Bort, and suspect Fjorden does too. JNV If I am correct in my thinking, the strictest pool is <Sart, JNV, TJ, Bort>. Realistically, we're looking at: <TJ, JNV.> I'm comfortable with voting JNV, but in the current state of my credences, I can't say that I think TJ is absolutely clean in my eyes, or he'd have moved up from Light Village. I really can't. The most I can say is: I'm not going to vote for him, if you want to vote for my bro, then right now, you're gonna have to do it without my help. Edited to add: @Tani So can we also get clarity on whether Baker does talk in doc or does not? Because you and Striker initially insisted he didn't. I don't see this as being a crucial lie, but it's an inconsistency I'd like to see cleared up, especially with all the talk about colour and who the Araris impersonator was.

Not really. My concern with TJ is that Aman was watching N2 [Edited to add: D2 sorry] like a hawk IIRC and called TJ out for lurking EoD. It's not clear to me if that prevented TJ from vote manip, since that would absolutely get him called out the next day when there's extra deaths from Forgery. Again, I'm actually strongly getting his Elim tell from him. What's stopping me is two (well, maybe three things): A. he has IRL reasons for that we discussed in our doc and that I don't want to get into, but it's killed any appetite I have to push him on that basis, B. I will never not want my bro to be Village and that means I'm very aware of the fact I cut TJ more slack than I might another player and so have to be very cautious about how I respond to TJ, C. I feel restraint runs closer to an apathy clear—we can get a bit philosophical about whether the lack of an action is an action in and of itself, but I'd like to see more directly Village actions rather than inaction to feel confident and enter non-revision territory. You're also missing that I did in fact have one to two pages of paranoia on you and Devo in the Arelene doc before finally working out with TJ that it makes no sense So I have 'pre-revised', if anything, by considering scenarios/worlds in which you would be Evil and what it takes for them to obtain. (Maybe more than one or two; got a bit sporadic here and there.) To be clear, this follows from my AG7 views (cf. requesting that we ML me rather than have Vulture take the lynch for me, if Alb didn't hold fire on that crucial night.) If we Orlok-clear the pool of three, we are asking at least one Villager, more likely at least two, to accept a ML for the greater good of the Village. That's not a request I take lightly, and I think any Villager willing to ask for that sacrifice from another Villager (even if you don't know that they're Village) should be willing to make it as well.

You say this until we do this, they all flip Village, and it turns out it's LG83 Deepwolf TJ again >> Edited to add: Or Sart I guess. Still not open to revising on you and Devo in such a scenario. Edited to add 2: If it sweetens the deal, am happy to hop into the tie pool

That's the first half of it. But I also think a false Elantrian might not know enough about the distro early on to make that assumption and therefore confidently lie and say the player didn't put in an action. I certainly wasn't confident in the thought this was a high vanilla game until the D3 flips. Edited to add: Didn't help that freakin' TJ tried to claim D1 in the doc... Edited to add 2: How many new players do you think get fooled by "I promise I'm not Preservation, I'm just in contact with Preservation "?

Gott. Sei. Dank. Thank you for clearing this up. So...why five 'breads' for Bort, and @Tani, what exactly is going on here? Edited to add: Okay, have just realised that given the composition of Fjorden, basically the scans have to be truthful because at least one of <Mat, Devo> would have had to be scanned, and would have called out a lie. So there's that. I...blame this on the fact this is 5AM, even if the Tani situation is now still confusing me >>
