  1. Thanks for running this, @Araris Valerian and @Devotary of Spontaneity! I've been waiting for this for almost a year now and have been glad this was as fun as advertised
  2. Yes and no. I'd argue the issue with this format is that the Village especially if unlucky with tiles (imagine if we'd gotten a Time of Day tile instead) can often make a lot of really wrong guesses requiring nudges from the Witness. The secondary Elim wincon isn't so much a boon for them as a check on how much the Witness is allowed to feed the Village. Admittedly if they were going on an Accuser-is-the-Witness heuristic, it's possible to get burned, but given the last game, they were unlikely to not do it anyway. I would be sorry, but given my PoE was <Chasmfiend, Sandling, Nightmaw>, I wanted to hedge my bets against your being Evil and not burn my guess in case Chamsfiend was a scam, sorry not sorry
  3. Inb4 we are all the Witness on this day of days
  4. Ah, but that's what Witness me would say to Elim you, isn't it?
  5. Clearly you need to make voting on you part of the wincon for a game you are GMing then watch as the Village loses C1 because Shield of the Lynch powers To be fair, your Methods and Evidence were pretty much Confirmed Village from C1
  6. I feel like something is fundamentally broken about your Shield of the Lynch powers then :eyes: Wait. We even managed to not accuse you first this time!
  7. I was actually slipping random stuff into my RP because I got distracted and am halfway through OG Adventure then 02, then going on to marathon Adventure reboot, then tri., then Kizuna. This is how Aurel Kourakis ended up worshipping Wormmon via a Digivice just because it amused me to
  8. Surprisingly, not related to your post It's a delayed reminder for Reasons.
  9. Reminder that the Elims are currently working out who the Witness is in their doc and we lose if they ID the Witness Maybe let's try to make it a bit harder for them to murder whoever it is who is absolutely most definitely not me?
  10. I feel like the GM's rite of passage is how they deal with getting accused or voted out by their players for the first time Ask Mat Admittedly I entertained it a bit less in LG92 than back in LG74, but I was also a lot more stressed and worried we'd screw something up for LG92. Just ask Fifth
  11. No. Araris did I don't have edit rights, or this would be an extremely compromised game.
  12. J'accuse the Aracle of running over the Ja (praise the Ja! Praise Warmmha!) with the Bus, leaving behind the Key Evidence of the Porch!
  13. Araris "Keyser Söze" Valerian, the Aracle :eyes:
  14. The Keymaster ( ͡~ ͜ʖ ͡° )
  15. "Beg, borrow or steal, I'll find a way To be with my lover next Christmas day And I'll run and I'll roam, I'll cover the ground Next Christmas I'll see you, I'll be around" Signing up as Keshek, an Alethi cabin boy working to pay for his passage. Something about a lover in a distant port. Who cares? Keshek certainly seems to be sad and tired and distracted enough, but he gets the job done. [OOC: Don't have much energy for this one but I blame Tress and sea shanties and simple games.]
  16. I have a confession to make. I was handling one of the new cases they handed me (SPF works on more than just this, you know, there's a major money laundering syndicate with a Roshar nexus these days) and saw a scandalous exchange of funds and traced through seven layers of shell companies to a bank in the Eelakin Homeisles of First of the Sun! While there was a fake identity being employed, the identity was traced to a Cognitive ID purchased via a kiosk at the University in Silverlight. I then had to comb through the CCTV logs for that day (worst task ever) but I made a shocking discovery. The killer may have been caught but he was but a knife! The hand that wielded the knife should not walk free! According to Section 35 of the Silverlight Penal Code, I am Accusing the Aracle of Conspiracy and Incitation to Murder! And may the crows feast on the unjust!
  17. On the one hand, I want a break. On the other hand, I just finished Tress last night so I'm in a sailing mood... On the third hand, I have a 50k writing project to finish that I feel decently good about...
  18. I feel like the actual criminal mastermind got away somehow... I'm sure this won't haunt us or lead to a crime series in Silverlight or anything of that sort!
  19. He says pleading the Fifth ain't a good idea right now. Something like Fifth bro wants to murder me which ain't real great for the SPF programme. Edited to add: Tfw Wiz outs himself as my lawyer
  20. My lawyer says I'm not allowed to say anything more
