Sure thing. Here's a good place to put them, because there isn't really a place for unpublished stuff.
Dragonsteel was Brandon's masters thesis when he was getting a masters in Creative Writing. There's one copy in existence at the BYU library, though some forumers tell me that that copy may have been destroyed or kept. If a new one is bound, you may be able to get it on Inter-Library Loan.
On the same world, Liar of Partinel is the book Brandon was working on before the Wheel of Time got dumped on him. A draft of it was completed, but Brandon isn't happy with it. He tried discovery writing with it, and apparently it didn't work well. He had to put it on hold. Apparently, you can find a few sample chapters of it on his website if you look hard enough.
That's the simple version. Here's a little more detailed version:
It is confirmed that Liar of Partinel is a duology, with Liar being the first one (the second one may be called the Lightweaver of Rens, if I recall correctly). Dragonsteel will be set a couple hundred years later, and will be five books long. Today, Brandon explained pretty much everything for his later books. He said that the main Dragonsteel epic won't start until after Stormlight Archive is finished.
As for theories, Yolen (the planet these books take place) is extremely important. Brandon said Hoid was there when Adonalsium was Shattered. It's also important to note that the person we now know as Hoid is in fact Midius from Liar of Partinel (it's been confirmed!). This leads us to believe Liar is the book where Adonalsium gets Shattered (or I guess its sequel). Certainly, Brandon isn't emailing copies of Liar around, because he said "it spoils too much".
