Considering it rarely got used since the IRC Chat became an option, I don't really feel we've lost anything, because it was basically dead anyway. I don't really see the big deal.

I've grabbed a bunch of theories and stuff, and it's going to be fun. There was one I made which I completely forgot I even wrote XD Currently--aside from the essentials--there are twelve theories lined up for this, which is pretty crazy awesome. I'm trying to decide on the order I want them in. And there's a few more that are less high priority that will be on this list too. Maybe we can get this being weekly for all year... And Weiry! I haven't heard from you, but I've added one of yours to the docket. What theories would you like me to feature?

That would be nice. Sadly the current implementation doesn't do that and there isn't an add-on that I've found which does. Maybe someday. (I would like this too)

Splintercast Reads WoR (WoR spoilers)

The problem is that in IPB proper there is no convenient way to make a podcast feed for iTunes or other services. I know how I'd want to do it, theoretically. I'd need to make a Wordpress mirror site and post each podcast entry there, and Wordpress has an easy exporter for podcasts. That's probably what I'll do by the end of this month, once Splintercast is done. I need to edit the metadata for some of the earlier Splintercasts, so I might as well do it at once. -
More like Invision Power Board got more popular and they are coding to it Don't worry, they are just machines. I kill them before they rise up against us. I love the smell of dead spambots in the morning. It's basically my routine now.

Really? Why's that? They should just be flash. Or you can download the files (the chapter titles link to the actual file) and listen there. Someday there will be a nice podcast feed...

Not a bad idea. I might add that to the links section. If there's more theoretical stuff on the main page, maybe I could have a Theory home page. That's probably a more long term thing. Things for me to think about... EDIT: I have added these things to the Links dropdown. Much better

Kerry's Selish theory is definitely on the docket, that's for sure. I'd completely forgotten about Splinters have their own intent theory, thanks for reminding me! Though I suppose since you've pretty much indexed most everything, you'd know Maybe I'll rewrite the Everything Has Three Aspects post. I think for the Essentials, and keeping it Shardy, I'll stick with Principle of Intent, Shardic Future Sight, and Splinters Have Their Own Intent. Maybe finishing up with Everything has three parts. And as it happens, my mist fabrial post was also on the docket This does make me feel better about not being favoritist, though.

It's the end of Part Four on Splintercast today, plus the next set of interludes, featuring our favorite nicknamed character, Mr. T (Taravangian). I pity the fool who doesn't listen to this episode right now. What are you, Rocky Balboa and think you can fight Mr. T? No, of course not, so you better listen to Alyx's continued insanity right now. Splintercast will be finished June 16th, and it looks like the schedule will go without a hitch. I hope you've enjoyed these reactions as much as I have, and just wait for Part Five. -
