Interesting how this is indeed exactly how Brandon stated Surgebinding works, on the back of Words of Radiance. So this is definitely a general property. I wonder why Feruchemy does not have an equivalent, though. Perhaps just because Feruchemy draws its power from yourself, rather than Allomancy and Surgebinding, which draw from something else, and require that "wounded" spirit.

I'm pretty sure that if you were looking at the weight of work to do, if the setting and writing was done, you wouldn't want to redo it. It's the coding that is the hard part...

Propose a title for you, young Lord of Chaos! You obey me. You have to understand, in our home, we must be well organized so that we may cause more entropy elsewhere. It is most efficient for this purpose. Our job is cause is to chaos in others, not ourselves. Counterproductive.

I suspect we will not hear anything from Little Orbit. This message implies that Little Orbit is not working on it, from the Mistborn Birthright Facebook page: Half the development studio got sold elsewhere. Since on Little Orbit's site there is absolutely no mention of Mistborn: Birthright anymore, I'm going to take that to mean the non-Little Orbit portion that was sold off is going under a different name or something. (I could be investigating this wrong though)

I just wanted to give you guys a very quick response saying no, I have not forgotten this thread. My summer work is just very busy at the moment, and I'm exhausted. I'm drafting a long reply in response to everyone, though One thing I will say, to the people who want more math. Yeah, I'd like more math too. But considering I feel that there's going to be a lot of discussion on the numerical values I assigned, I'd rather not put too much stock in those estimations, nor would I like to arbitrarily add more variables to the model than I have to. Mathematical models are only good if we can effectively measure and test things, which we can't. The numbers I assigned here are for visualization purposes. I don't really think that with this deep cosmere stuff we can do much more math than that. This isn't the iron Feruchemy thread, where we know the mathematical formulas at work. Considering Brandon is not a mathematician or physicist, I am under the standing assumption that he does not have secret math formulas that make the cosmere works. He's a writer. And anyway, Peter does the math for him if needbe -

I will not be participating in these RPs. I'm kind of super behind on the Mistborn RPG, and I tend to associate RP with work.
