That was special to the Bands release. However, we may do some unique things with spoiler policies for Arcanum Unbounded due to there being Khriss's essays on planets, which would be awkward to split into different subforums. Not sure yet but don't worry about it for now. We won't do the two week ultra strict spoiler mode, though. That was a pain to moderate, despite it being important to the big secrets in Bands/Secret History.

On desktop I've never had any problems removing quotes, but you need to be outside the quote.

I see this is a problem on mobile and I can let Invision know of this but it is not a thing I can fix myself. Sorry. This is not a factor on desktop as far as I can tell. Part of this is the fact that it is trying to save your post in case you accidentally close your browser. But I have no comment on removing quotes. Sorry. EDIT: I may have found a plugin that would clear the text box, we'll see.

I mean... Brandon's prose is so much better post-Wheel of Time. The difference between Warbreaker and Way of Kings is crazy to fathom, so it's understandable.

These icons appear in other places. It's nontrivial. Maybe will happen, maybe won't. Yeah I see what happened. Am investigating, and making rules to people posting on the main page to not do whatever they did to screw things up so dramatically. Doesn't exist anymore, sorry.

I really don't know why this error occurred, but I believe I have fixed this with your accounts. rdpulfer, I have reset your password regarding this and that didn't work, so you'll need to use the forgot your password tool, or contact me. But the accounts should be working now. Within about a day or so I'll be merging these alt accounts, assuming everything with you guys works.

No user facing option for this, no. It might be something we consider. You probably hit your daily quota of positive reputation you can give out.

You should not fret about such things. Users will be able to make as many custom streams as they desire. This is not an issue. It works fine for me. What phone, OS, and Browser?

In my experience when I have typed something on a particular topic and go to another page it does save the contents of what is in the editor. In the old version of the site the Ajax post saving never worked on Chrome.

BBCode still works. I'm not quite sure what you mean by it saying "this field is required". There's not a lot I can do, though. We need to be on top of software updates for security reasons and this is the editor we get. I've found it to be pretty good. Typing in BBCode may help matters, perhaps?

I am still having a difficult time thinking that a random browser would look at these titles and say, "Wow clearly that guy is a religious zealot" or something. All they would need to do is scroll and they would see there are various reputation titles and it isn't user chosen. I think making the leap into thinking that people will think less of someone with some titles is rather paranoid. It seems extremely unlikely. The titles are chosen like relative magical power level. Steel Inquisitor will absolutely be a title, as will Lord Ruler. They are just fun, cool things. I also don't think that lighteyes/darkeyes are offensive. We should not get offended about fictional racial distinctions. I guess it is fine if you want to be offended by that, but, it's fiction. As for Derethi or Steel Ministry titles, they may have negative connotation because of our perspective of the heroes we read in the books, but certainly not all of those people in said groups were evil. That would be an exaggeration. And more importantly, I'm pretty sure if people had a Prelan title, a browser isn't going to say, "Wow, what a jerk, that guy is a Steel Ministry supporter. Screw that guy in particular." No one in their right mind would make such illogical leaps. We are considering having a hover over to display the rep total over the titles. I would also like to mention again that removing the number from posts was a frequent suggestion in the last two rep discussions as ways to improve the system, and I was persuaded by them. The discussion kind of had already been done a while ago.

Um I know on Chrome it shuts up immediately whether you want desktop notifications or not. Just say Block and it's done. It is a Browser thing. What do you use?

That seems like a nonstandard add-on for IPB 3 that I was not familiar with. It's definitely not on by default here. Maybe there's an add-on here but I have found IPS4 to lack many addons.

Eh, I prefer 2D. 3D is kind of gimmicky. I can't vouch for the quality of Warcraft's 3D version because I didn't see that.

Could you tell me which you find "offensive"? I just looked at the list and I don't see ones that would be offensive. Yes some come from villainous factions, but I don't see "offensive". EDIT: If they were deemed offensive, they would never have been titles in the first place.
