samsocial Posted November 2, 2021 Posted November 2, 2021 If yes, how it goes from one person to another ? Why Zeth did not die when he drew it? Does he have more then one breath ?
Zapata Posted November 2, 2021 Posted November 2, 2021 Yes he is, and Szeth had stormlight that Nightblood used
+Invocation Posted November 2, 2021 Posted November 2, 2021 Szeth doesn't have any Breaths at all, that's unique to Nalthis, the world of Warbreaker, but he does have Stormlight, and Nightblood will gladly eat that or any other form of Investiture he can get his blade on. 1
Quantus he/him Posted November 2, 2021 Posted November 2, 2021 NIghtblood will feed on any form of Investiture that it's wielder has, but that can be Stormlight, Breaths, or even the Investiture of actively Burning metals. If those run out, the last Investiture it eats will be the innate Investiture of the person's Existence (something all people and/or Sapient beings have). 1
samsocial Posted November 2, 2021 Author Posted November 2, 2021 How come Taravangien did not die using it against Odium ? He doesn't have stormlight. What investiture did he use?

LewsTherinTelescope Posted November 3, 2021 Posted November 3, 2021 Moved to the Cosmere board, as there were some preeeeeetty major non-Warbreaker spoilers going on. As for the question at hand, as Frustration says, he was very quick and stabbed NB into a pretty massive Investiture source very quickly. Nightblood's consumption grows fast, but starts slow enough a normal person does have some time before they're consumed.
