Invested beings from Roshar/Honor is normally extremely hard to get off world, but Hoid seems to do it regularly. Mraise tells Shallan that Radiants are bound to Roshar. So what's the deal?

If he has, maybe he leaves her behind in Shadesmar. We've seen him in on Scadrial in BoM which is between SA5 and 6. Leaving her behind wouldn't work, radiant's cant get far from their sprens. 1

He's been taking a much more active role in events lately, sooner or later he's going to stick his neck out too far. I can definitely imagine him getting killed at some crucial moment, then showing up in the epilogue all like "See Kelsier, you're not the only one who knows how to make a dramatic exit!" Plus it will make just about everyone confused or angry when he shows up in SA6, which is his favorite activity. 2

Yeah, he can’t “die” but he could die onscreen only to be resurrected by one of his many talents. We don’t know how his healing works since we’ve never seen it in action, only that it’s apparently so effective that hardly anyone could kill him, including a Radiant.
