Are we aware of how Hoid can worldhop even though he is a lightweaver? Invested beings from Roshar/Honor is normally extremely hard to get off world, but Hoid seems to do it regularly. Mraise tells Shallan that Radiants are bound to Roshar. So what's the deal?
