Eryn nodded, entering the mess. She glanced around, looking for Sage and Adilie. Spotting them at a corner table, she headed over to settle herself and Zola.

She headed over to the buffet, taking two bowls of sweet rice porridge, some thick brown bread, butter, scrambled eggs, a few slices of bacon, fresh juice and milk. She also took a muffin for each of them, and a few extra to bring to the Sovereign later.

Once she had everything, Eryn returned to the table. She put one tray in front of Zola and took the other for herself. “Now can eat. Not too fast; will make ill.”

Zola started snarfing down her porridge. She slipped a piece of bacon and a piece of bread in her pocket for Kell to steal so she could steal it back.
