+Invocation Posted December 14, 2020 Posted December 14, 2020 If we're talking about full-on Era 1 skaa, I'd put them more as a slave caste, but if it's the original skaa (before noble genetics made their way through the skaa bloodlines), I'd probably put them solidly as another race.

They are both: an ethnicity and a social class. Not too much genetic difference between them and Nobility but enough that they still don't have Allomancy that often.
