ambassador=(any suggestions?)

Man, I probably shouldn't explain all this reasoning since it can potentially hurt me, but fine, I'll give you the explanation.

I need to get an assassination off, and you are the only one who I know doesn't have a Contessa. Only 1 Contessa has flipped so far, so there are 3 out there still. None of the players with 2 cards have yet used abilities from 2 roles, so they can very well have a Contessa. I'm not going to take that risk right now. You are the logical best target.

How do you know I don't have a Contessa? You can have two of the same cards

Because you've been using your Captain and I'm fairly sure you didn't fake that. There had already been 2 Captains before that and I don't think you would have risked a challenge right after that.

Besides all that, the fact that you haven't just come out and said you block with a Contessa kind of confirms that reasoning.

Actually this is incorrect, I have two dead Contessas
