I have watched  Asterix the Gaul, and part of one of the others (I don't remember which), and read some of the comic. My Dad is trying to find a time to watch The Big Fight soon, but we haven't had time yet.

Me and my Dad actually played as asterix and obelix as D&D characters for a one shot once.

I was Asterix (Barbarian, and the potion was raging) and he was Obelix (a druid who was always wild shaped as a shaved bear and had an amulet that kept speak with animal always going). It was so fun.

I have no reason to be in this discussion, even though it's dead. But, I was watching my brother make his barbarian character in DnD and he rolled max strength. So now I have to work around having a lvl 1 barbarian with 20 strength.
