I think one of the reasons that I'm so stressed is because I feel like I have to be perfect or people will make a big deal out of correcting me. You just flip it on its head, and then it's not Frustrating any more. Like getting summoned to The Game and its Losers, usually it would feel frustrating to lose the Game. But when you think about it, getting summoned means that they're thinking about you, which is a compliment! Therefore, getting summoned to The Game and its Loser is a compliment!

It's a thing in our house that I started. Someone hurts themselves or mentions dying, then I say "Don't die, it's bad for your health." Or "Don't hurt yourself, it's bad for your health." and then they look at me with 'that look'.
