Sure. I happen to have a lot of extra time at the moment. I don't really feel like reading through 17 pages though

I'll try this. Hello! What's the run down on the current storyline, if there is one?

Philico internally groaned, waking up. Where was he? His pieces hurt, each individual one in a blinding pain.

He lifted his head up- if it could be called that- and looked across his form. Not knowing where he was, the legs were probably a good thing. Adventuring the cosmere did have its drawbacks. He stood up, and ruffled the cloak he didn't recognize over his body and pulling the hood over the lump of his head. Water. He needed water.

Philico looked around, examining the landscape. He listened to the parts of him that were afar, and headed towards the ones that spoke of water. A brook, small and gurgling. It would do. On his way he had to cross some thick brush, but it would be worth it.

Upon reaching the stream, he lifted his hands, which he had perfected on his walk, and took the hood off his head. He knelt down and looked into the water at his reflection.

Stormfather. He thought. It is a good thing I ventured out here. He had tried to guess an approximation of the human face, but it was... complicated. He knew what one looked like, but wasn't quite experienced enough to create a believable one without a reference point, such as his reflection. The face that stared back at him was almost human, but the eyes were the wrong shape and in the wrong place, the nose was far too small, and the ears too pointy.

He sat working for a few minutes, and before long Philico could pass as human. And well for it; he had no idea where he was.

A mental signal arrived, and Philico stood up, alert. One of his pieces had found something. Humans!

He headed that way. Get information, get out. That was what he did best. Learn where he was, learn where to go to leave, and hopefully return to Roshar before the other noticed he wasn't on the planet anymore. Oh, the stories he'd have if he was found out...

"I always knew you would return."

Venten turned and saw a man dragging eternity behind him.

"Harmony." he said bowing

"Rise, you're friend is in trouble, you should go now, but I want you to do something for me."

"What?"

"The existance of something outside the cosmere is of grave concern discover how to leave and tell me about it."

"I will."

Venten reached out tapping the goldmind he had filled within the time bubble.

Venten opened his eyes his head was exploding, but he was alive.

Kacen soared through the clouds. Condensation forming on his coat. On one hand, he wished it hadn't been a cloudy day, he was soaked. On the other hand, he wasn't going to complain, because the clouds allowed an airship to be sent to pick him up. "It should be here." Kacen muttered to himself.

There. He saw an indistinct shape cross his vision, faint blue lines indicated to it's presence. He shot towards it.

A small group of people awaited him on an open platform at the front of the ship. He landed, taking Miera off his shoulder, and setting her on the deck. "You two," he gestured to two guards, "take her to AHL." They promptly walked over, and carried her off.

A woman with red hair, and a clipboard walked up to him. And slapped him across the side of the face. "You didn't get Venten."

Kacen rubbed his jaw, "he shot himself in the head."

She stared at him. "Then why do our men on the ground say he's sill alive? You have some explaining to do." She walked off.

Kacen turned to another man on the platform. "Set course for Delta Base." Then hurried on after her.

Kacen just kidnapped Miera. Some people are back where Ammon and Venten are, on Scadrial. Venten shot himself to talk to Harmony then healed himself.

Sorry the main thread is hard to join.

Splinter stepped out of the shadows, and started to wander aimlessly around the city.

That's fine, thanks for the TL;DR. Hmm... What can I do with this...

Following his own consciousness, Philico was led to a city. Elendel. He thought, recognizing the skyline. I'm on Scadrial. Well, that was problematic.

He walked through the streets, avoiding eye contact with the humans. He hardly trusted his own facial skills. Best to avoid all contact.

In front of him, a man stepped out of the shadows of the alleyway and started walking, right in front of Philico. He snorted. Who was he?

Someone right next to Splinter snorted, and he glanced over. Splinter ignored the man and continued walking to see what his reaction would be.

The man who had cut in front of Philico made no move to correct himself. You have no idea who you're dealing with, human. Philico quickened his pace and brushed past the man.

"Just what do you want?"

The man grabbed Philico's makeshift shoulder- Storms! Philico twisted out of the man's grip before the grip felt the hordelings. He found himself face to face with the man, in the middle of this bustling city.

"Just what do you want?"

Philico blinked at the forward question. This man was of the Dustbringer or Willshaper type, most men would ignore a passerby. Quickly, he formed a voice box, and spoke in a voice that was male, and slightly scratchy. Not his best, but acceptable in a pinch.

"Good man, I simply do not have the patience to deal with you. I'm going somewhere, and am on a time constraint." He turned away, hoping the man didn't reengage.

So.... how do we get them to like each other? :P

I don't know if they will like each other very much, at least not yet. :P  I guess Splinter is really annoying, but it is all for a purpose.

Did Philico make himself shoes? Guess he did :P

Philico growled with his newly made voicebox. He wanted to turn around and slug the man, or dissolve into little bits and shock him nigh to death when the cremlings skittered up his legs, eating at his clothes, digging in his flesh...

But no. That wouldn't help him with anything. He needed to find the Perpendicularity and get back to Roshar, get back to the others. Not make a spectacle out here on another planet. That would surely attract Harmony's attention, and no doubt he would recognize Philico's kind. That would be worse than arriving late to Aimia.

So he just walked a little faster, pushing through the crowds of people. I need to find an alleyway. A way to ditch this insolent man.

"So, how's your day going?"

Philico couldn't tell if this was a sudden change of mood, or a way to mock. He didn't really care, and ignored the man. There, he thought. An alley. By an apartment building.

Philico veered that way, and entered the alley. And stopped short. Kneeling inside, cradling his head, was a man. Crusted blood was on his head. It pooled around him.

A gun rested on the pavement, barrel smoking. Philico stepped back, horrified.

Two men stopped walking near Venten,

He wasn't paying attention

"Connection? No, Fortune? Fortune might do it..... Of only I had a way to detect identity. Ammon do you have any ideas on how to find them?"

The bloodied man started mumbling about... Connection and Fortune? This man was invested? Maybe that was how he had survived. But why did he... For a moment, Philico forgot about the annoyance of a man behind him. What had he stumbled into?

The mysterious man on the ground said a name, and for the first time Philico noticed a second form in the shadows of the alley. Philico cleared his 'throat'. "Hello?" he said, stepping forward. "What happened? Is there anything I can do to help?" He knew he should turn and run, continue on towards the Perpendicularity, but he didn't. For some strange reason, he didn't.

The man spoke again. Philico realized he'd have to get used to that.

Did he? His hordelings could search an area much faster than a human could. "Yes" he found himself saying. What are you doing? Do you not care to preserve your secret? "But I'm afraid it would be difficult to do right now. Who is missing?" Philico glanced uncomfortably at the man standing over the bloodied one. He still hadn't said a word.

Splinter watched everything happening in silence, listening intently, waiting to see what the man he was following would do.

Philico scoffed, but mentally. No need to insult the man, but he'd need a lot more information than that. There were probably dozens of teenage girls in Elendel, and an equally abundant number of men wearing red.

Besides, Philico doubted the man wore only red. Unless he was the Assassin in White of Elendel. But with red.

Is my timeline messed up? I think SA happens about when Era 2 does...

Anyway, Philico would need to invest more time in this is he truly planned to help. He walked forward, solidifying his right arm so that it could be grasped without attracting suspicion, and held it out to the man to help him up.

Also I hope we learn each other's names soon. I'm getting tired of referring to 'the annoying man' and 'the bloodied man' or 'the wounded man' and 'that other man' :P

Ammon steps forward, out of the shadows, followed by the army of kids, and his face is revealed to be much younger than he seems. "Who are you, strangers?" he asks. Realizing they wouldn't trust him too easily, he spoke up again. "I'm Ammon, and I would introduce everyone here," he says, gesturing behind him, "but I don't think there's time."
