Looks: He has a white skin with dark hair, his father was a Horneather and his mom an Alethi. He wear a black cardigan on an opened shirt. He has a belt where he put his father's knife which he love. He has a long face with a beard around mouth. He is a darkeyes. 
Powers/Investiture: He would become an Elsecaller. 
Background: Dalad is an assassin. He choose this work because he was attacked by an assassins group in a school travel. The assassins kill the lighteyed daugther with his group. He found this action amazing and he asks to be an assassin when he was 16 with the wish of kill lot of arrogants lighteyeds. He was in a mission to kill a brightlord who beats his slaves when guards found he and tried to fight against him. He was took to Shadesmar to protect his life. One of the guards was an Elsecaller and he put he out of Shadesmar and told he to go to the Radiant academy and to no lost his time in assassination.
