I can't talk to people. I just can't. If someone tries to talk to me, I freeze up and can barely get a single word out.

I have the opposite problem. I can’t talk to people unless they talk to me first.

And I can't enter people's houses unless I'm invited in!

What I meant was I can't talk to people at all. I can't approach people, and I can't respond if they approach me.

Horses. I’m terrified of horses.

Also yeah talking to new people sucks and it’s really awkward sometimes.

But horses.

I love horses! You know what I'm scared of? Their hooves.

I have the exact same problem. Once I'm in a conversation, I can basically run on inertia, but whenever I try to reach out to somebody, I panic and worry about how they'll react and I simply can't do it. It's especially hard to reach out individually to people who I don't know very well, but, especially recently, even starting conversations with friends (online, of course, because of the pandemic) and posting on forums has become stressful because I'm nervous about what people might think.

I also have a phobia of getting shots. I know that I need to get them and I don't want to get sick with the diseases which they prevent, but I still panic when I see hypodermic needles or think about getting a shot. Oddly, this is just for shots, not other similar things such as blood tests.
