Roosevelt? What are you doing here? I thought you died in the 40s!

That would be my cousin/nephew Frank.

How do you take your coffee?

Rarely. But when I do, I like it with three large spoonfuls of sugar and nothing else. Alternatively, I like the good folks at Starbucks to make me some sort of 'coffee' that is basically candy.

Why Teddy?

Was it the bull moose comments?

Probably because he's one of the single coolest people ever to exist (and by far the coolest to occupy the White House). I've been interested in him as long as I can remember.

Not entirely, no, but they certainly don't hurt.

Who's your least favorite president?

Harding or Trump. Buchanan also has a pretty good shot at it.

Hey look! A new guy! And he's an author!

Do you like sticks? How big?

Oh, of course. Preferably big enough for me to speak softly.

What about Andrew Jackson? Or Nixon?

Don't like Jackson.

Nixon is a difficult one. I mean, I obviously have some serious issues with him, but he also had redeeming qualities. I'd recommend Evan Thomas's biography Being Nixon: A Man Divided if you're interested.

Ooh your an author?

What did you write?

No, don't get your hopes up, I'm just an aspiring author. But if you ever at some point in the (distant) future see the title Aurinwé Burning in bookstores, that will be me.

Teddy Roosevelt is an author though, and he wrote a LOT: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show/44567.Theodore_Roosevelt

Lord Ruler, that's an awesome name. Aurinwé Burning... I'll be sure to look out for that.

Would you rather have to sing Let It Go karaoke and have it go viral, or only have your legacy be your schoolwork?

Yeah! Nice one. Cool book name.
Would you rather never read a Sanderson book again but be able to read non-Sanderson, or never read any non-Sanderson book, but be able to read Sanderson?

What is your favorite Sanderson book? What is your favorite non-Sanderson book?                                                  What is your favorite subject in school?

Hmm. Let us take these one at a time.

I'd rather not be able to read another Sanderson book again if it meant that I could read other books.

My favorite Sanderson book - Hmm. That's really hard. Probably one of the WoT ones. But Elantris and really any of the Stormlight Archive are strong contenders as well.

Favorite non-Sanderson book - Yikes. No idea. The Bible? Is that cheating?

Favorite subject in school - Either literature or debate.

Would you mind if I "borrowed" yours?

Yes to both.

I know this is not my AMA, but the one from judges where the guy gets stabbed in the gut with the three foot long sword and poop comes out.

Any part with Jesus in it is pretty good. I do like the part where Nathanael is like "How do you know me?" and Jesus is like "Ah, I saw you sitting under that fig tree" and Nathanael is like "Whoa you must be the Son of God!"
