Oh, ok. For me it just merges them, so I wasn't aware it didn't do that for other people.

I am unsure right now. I have thought to be AroAce, Demisexual, Novosexual, among others but, I'm not sure right now.

I am a mental health disaster, and just a mess in general. My gender and sexuality are a complete mess.

Nah real. I'm Aromantic. Welcome in. I believe that the Q in LGBTQIA is for questioning.

It doesn't if you post them too far apart.

Yep, that's true. Pretty cool. ]

Something stupid I just thought of, how people say that the A in LGBTQIA+ is for ally not asexual/aromantic. Like it can be both.

Ok genuine question and i mean no harm by asking. I just wanna make sure i get it right

so i have a character thats they/them

so when like normally you’d say himself herself

but like

is it themself

but grammatically talking about they would be themselves but its one one they so… themself???????

Speaking from knowing a nonbinary friend, they use themselves. But honestly I don't know how much it matters except to the person.

Alrighty thanks!

I'm pretty sure themselves is correct, however it does kinda sound like there's multiple people. This is a problem I've had with the English language for a while now, that the only gender-neutral pronouns we have are also used to describe multiple people. This leads me into a discussion topic:

Should neopronouns be adopted as singular gender-neutral pronouns?

What’s a neopronoun?

(Opportunity to infodump identified)

A neopronoun (literally means new-pronoun) is a personal pronoun outside of he/him or she/her or they/them. Some common examples are xe/xer and ze/zem. I'm honestly not the biggest expert on them, but they're typically used by non-binary people who don't feel like standard pronouns fit them. I've commonly seen them be used by xenogendered people, however I feel like there should be a standard gender-neutral pronoun that isn't plural like them/them is.
