The leader of my Scadrians is female.

The leader nodded. "Iron ferring, huh? I'm fullborn, and those two are mistborn and full feruchemist."

Ghostfire probably won't recognize them, as they are recruited from the high republic.

“I am,” Kelly answered. “Iron Ferring.” He decided not to mention his Allomantic ability yet.

Ghostfire seemed unconcerned with the Mandalorian’s anger, and no longer made any attempt to hide his Beskar. He did, however, stroll over to the Jedi and other to see if he could identify any of them.

Merl, completely overwhelmed by all the new and interesting people, flopped back down to the ground. He hadn’t been in the company of so many people since he was a child, before his mentor took him. The word “incredible” does on his lips.

“Very impressive,” Kelly smiled, a glint in his eye as he remembered the spikes he had back at the hub. He’d keep these Metalborn in mind should any one of them turn evil and he had to, say, kill one of them. “You must be from the old times. I’m from around 300 years after the Catacandre... if that word means anything to you...”

Ghostfire, unable to recognize any of the Jedi or Sith, concluded they must be from the far future or the far past. These, then, had not yet discovered his people. “If you don’t mind me asking a very philosophical question, what really is the Force, in your eyes. Forgive me, it had been a while since I’ve seen someone from my world.”

He looooves philosophy. And he’s not very socially adept.

Stefan sat beside him. “Been quite the day, I’m sure. Don’t worry, we can get you home eventually.”

“It’s always so quiet when I’m with Dax.” Merl said softly. “I don’t see another person for weeks on end, most of the time. It makes me wonder, why is this so much for me? Maybe, maybe I shouldn’t be like this. You’re all so different and interesting. While I do miss the quiet, maybe I’m missing out on something. You know, it’s not too long until I’m old enough for an apprentice. I’ve never thought about it before. Not much, at least.”

“I lived alone for a year or so, once,” Stefan said quietly, “In the Canadian wilderness, for my training. It was very quiet. And you, despite your slightly primitive ways, are still quite interesting. I’ve never heard of any world with creatures like you describe, yet you ride one! Channel it’s strength! It’s all about perspective. I’d always thought my life was boring.”

"What could go wrong?" Lane shrugged. The young teenager held up a Rubik's cube. "This one'll cause a fire explosion!" he said excitedly, a little too loud.

"Where? Grass is everywhere."

"Let's not set off an explosion in the middle of a forest of flammable material, maybe."

The Matalborn nodded. "We know what's been happening since we left."

The Jedi pondered the question. "The dogma is that the Force is the, well, force that flows through all living things. However, to me, the Force is creation itself. In Cosmere terms, it's Adolanisium. It connects everything, and acts as the basic intuition we all have. Some are more attuned then others, and in different ways. That is the Force for me."

“Ah,” Kelly said, “I haven’t been gone for relatively long, but I don’t really have any idea of what is going on now.”

Ghostfire nodded at the Jedi, seeming very pleased by this answer. “Truly, you are a wise Jedi. Everything around us, from the stars in the sky to the rocks beneath our feet is attuned to the Force.” He paused. “I have had a bit of training in the Jedi ways, long ago, but was kicked out by nature of what I am. Forgive the intrusion.”

Merl shook himself out of his stupor and stood up. “Well,” he sighed “we should get going.” He helped Stefan to his feet. “And thank you.” He smiled.

"I have no idea what you've just said," came a voice—Stephen. "But it sounds cool! I'm Stephen, Lord of Iaron. This is my sword, Levi." He held up his sword, which just looked like a normal sword.

"I can give you a explanation on how magic works where I'm from if you want. My main point was if you call my magic purple it will confuse me." Da'ar dismissed the sphere and smiled "Nice to meet you Stephen... Am I supposed to say hello to Levi? Is Levi alive or do your people just have a custom of naming your weapons?"

Was Stephen reacting to what Da'ar said or were you reacting to what Da'ar thought?

Just a mistake then?

"Nice to meet you Merl. My name is Da'ar, Da'ar from Da'a. I think I heard you talking about capturing a large beast, may I know what is this about?"

Crispin decided that the time to act was now. He quietly spoke into an arm communicator, which rapidly started to blink. He stepped back for a moment, and then a glowing circle appeared on the ground. There was a multitude of bright lights that quickly faded away, leaving 4 people in Mistcloaks, 3 Awakeners, 10 Knights Radiant, 2 men with colorful birds (aviar), 3 large armored bears, about 20 men with rifles protecting one nobly-dressed one, various warriors from across human history, some mandalorians, jedi, and sith, 3 elves, 7 dwarves, and 9 humans. Crispin smiled. "These are the reinforcements."

"Ok, time out. I'm obviously lacking a lot of context here, can someone explain me what's this?"

Alright. I'm gonna summon y'all to my pocket dimension now.

How's it going in there, pal? Fadran asked.

Icona hesitated, then replied, you wanna see?

Yeah, sure.

Fadran dropped into his Mindscape with relative ease, appearing on a grassy field extending out to eternity. Behind him was the gilded gate back to the warcamp, and in front of him was a set of chairs around a table.

I added furniture! Icona said, cleraly satisfied.

Fadran blinked. "Did you ever consider putting them inside a building?"

Oh. Hm. You're right. Give me a second... A small hut appeared where the table had been. There. Done.

Pulling open the door to the hut, Fadran stepped inside. The furniture was still there, but Icona had also added a couch and some drawers. Behind the house was a well, though it didn't seem to have any water in it.

"Huh. Not bad, my guy."

I'll work on it. Hopefully it'll work for now?

"Absolutely." Fadran cracked his fingers. "Alright, let's open this place for business!"

@Channelknight Fadran

I need a reentry point for Remembrance. It has been away for too long, and I'm not really sure how to explain its absence. The last thing I had it do was shift into an alternate set of spatial dimensions for exploration purposes, soooo... perhaps it got lost on Sel? Are we even on Sel still? I've been gone too long, and there are so many new people, I'm not really sure what's going on right now. XD

Suddenly Craven wasn't in the camp anymore, instead finding himself looking at an ever-extending field of grass. He gasped, hefting his sword. Where was everybody else?

Everybody else started appearing next to him. Craven turned around, relieved, to see a small house with an open door. Craven walked inside to see Fadran and some couches and chairs. "What is this place?"

Believe me pal, you don't need an excuse. Feel free to write one if you want, but people going missing for several weeks straight then just dropping back in suddenly is kinda the norm here.

Ah, yes... Apologies for that. I'll use this pocket dimension you've created.

A ripple of space, a shimmer of light, and Remembrance "flows" into Fadran's new pocket dimension.

Ah, an Out-place! An undercurrent of pleasure flicks around the snake-like creature, manifesting as lines of orange on its "skin".

Going missing for several weeks straight then just dropping back in is exactly what I did :P Canonically Craven was moping in a hut for however many in-world days that was, though

Speaking of going missing, I'm gonna vanish for a bit.  Long week (and it's only Tuesday!) emotionally, and I'm going camping anyway, so... I'll be on for the rest of this week, hopefully, a bit at least, but not at all for most of next.  So I figure we can start the thread for Martin's quest around the beginning of September.

Remembrance slides over to Craven, shrinking slightly and coiling about a leg of the table. Nothing is real, depending on the In.

Remembrance bobs its now little head, attempting to mimick a nod. The movement is not quite right, more of a shake then anything else, but one would most likely get the gist.

Amusement and pleasure emanates from the creature. This is well. Memory is.
