"You and me both, brother," Stefan said, stepping back. He ran near one of the creatures and let loose the kinetic energy that his vibranium armor had stored—unleashing the pure force of hurling into a mountain and the smashing of a boulder—in a green explosion. He drew his rainbow sword again.

Craven hefted his new sword. A chance to prove himself! He felt considerably safer now that he had a weapon of his own, grateful to the man who had provided it. He also felt safer for the real soldiers around him- someday, he'd be as tall and strong as them.

Andante disappeared with another dyrling, reappearing quickly. "Some of you are new. Hi, I'm Andante, and I probably shouldn't be saying this right now."

Craven nodded, still sort of standing around. He hoped brandishing his sword would ward off the creatures, because he wasn't sure how it would actually pierce them. He likely wouldn't find out, as the others bested the creatures before they could get in reach of him, and he wasn't sure how he felt about that.

"I'm Craven." he said the the teleporting girl, Andante. "I'm not new, I just wasn't around recently."

Merl stayed behind Stefan, warding off any dyrelings that came behind with his staff.

“Now I’m grateful for that armor of yours. It’s a shame I took from Dax when I did.”

By the way, Andante is an 18-year-old female with light brown skin, dark brown hair, green eyes, and a weathered green book that she can use to teleport, as long as she has a picture of the place she wants to teleport to. Later she'll be able to do it without pictures.

Then he stepped towards a stray dyrling and threw a Pokeball at it.

Hypothetically this technology could be used to capture humans, but apparently the poké ball is strictly programmed against it. So it shouldn't matter if the dyrling is a pokémon or not.

Craven was pretty sure he hadn’t ever appeared anywhere in a flash of green light, so at least he knew now with decent certainty he wasn’t a Knight.

The man turned toward Stefan, revealing his bright golden eyes and his slightly pointy ears. He raised his hands in the air to show he wasn't looking for a fight.

"Knights only appear in a flash of green light."

The man smiled, green was not a colour of magic, especially not one associated with teleportation. They had succeed.

"Hello, this is the first of of my world's attempt at sending people to other worlds, I'm sorry if I ever appear rude as I have no idea how I'm supposed to talk to strangers from other words"

"Should we kill them?" he said, slashing the tip off a vine that had wound close to his foot. His newly darkened black blade, like obsidian, cleanly cut the vine straight through. Like butter. Woah.

Professor X retrieved his Pokeball. "Huh, that usually works."

The grass began to grow, and trees branched off. Professor X threw another ball, this one hovering in midair and releasing the dark blue dragon within—Garchomp. The dragon landed by Professor X's side and they began looking around in confusion.

Stephen ran and scooped up Redstripe before he could get enveloped and lost in the grass. Redstripe had little time to care about the touch of a human.

"I guess..." Stefan said, swinging his shimmering rainbow sword in wide arcs to cut the grass. "What's doing this?"

Both Stephen and Konrig drew their swords as well, but their efforts did little against the rising foliage.

Ghostfire knelt, examining the creature's bodies, lasering the nearby grass as needed. Kelly threw back his hood, revealing long, flowing blonde hair, and several earrings. He pulled out a shotgun and stepped into a defensive stance, brandishing it, unsure of where or what the threat was. Lane just clutched his Rubik's cubes.
