Not as much as losing all three, but that is a "core memory." The second one's the most important to her.

If she thinks about times she thought about that memory, would she be able to remember it? Or would it just seem blank? Or maybe it'd be like watching a video you made when you were five - you know it's yourself, but you can't think of it?

The memory has been forgotten completely. Thinking about times when she thought about that memory, she might be able to recall emotion, but would not be able to connect it to anything (if that makes sense).
