Vapor looks conflicted. "I don't know..." She looks to her dad, then the group.

Enter a username prepares his emergency teleporter and tells everyone, “If we need to get out of her in a hurry, touch this. Even if you have no substance, it will work” while also starting to tap chromium.

@Negative_Null, sorry for roping you in like that, I was curious to see what your character would do if he(?) was forced into a serious situation, but looks like I don't need to solve everything...

Still extremely confused as to why she felt so strongly that Negative_Null was the solution, Queen agreed to leave. Maybe they would find someone to help her with her powers.

M-my queen...?

TCHANTA! You're alright! I was so worried, I thought my order had killed you, I thought you wouldn't heal, I thought- I thought I was alone.

No, showing you that much just took a lot of my power. It's hard to talk to you... Tchanta's voice was weak.

That's fine. Don't strain yourself, I'll be fine for a while.

"Let's go." Wherever we're going now.

Jek walks up to Enter, staring back at Vapor for a second. Spin stays hovering quietly next to Vapor.

"What should I do?" Vapor asks, speaking quietly.

Vapor stares at Enter, suprised he heard. "I don't know whether I should stay with my dad, possibly in danger; or go with you, also possibly in danger."

"Please stay," says her father softly. "I don't want to lose you again."

"Oh!" gasped the blue. "This is perfect. Quick, try and persuade her to leave!"

“Is there something stopping him from leaving with us?”

"Is there? If he can't come though, I think I'll s-stay." Vapor looks apologetic.

“Don’t worry. Whatever happens, I trust your judgment.”

I could not get the right words, and I’m still not convinced I did.

Sorry Queen, didn't know if you had a plan. I'm not trying to be un-proactive

I had no plan, I was leaving the saving of the world up to you and I apologize.

Aaaaaaah!

T walks over to the teleporter, preparing to defend herself. Ember does the same, although he sneaks over.

Fadran cuts another Parallarity Gate: though this time, not to the Iconar Collective, but rather to Roshar.

I didn't know you could do that. Icona says.

Neither did I. Fadran replies, then looks around. "Vapor... if you want to stay..." He thinks for a moment. "Or you could bring your dad with us."

"Oh, are we going to Roshar?"  Kindness looks wistful.  "It's been a long time."  She drifts closer to the Parallarity.

"Can you come?" Vapor asks her dad.

"No," says Vapor's father regretfully. "I'm working on something big- I don't really have the time to take breaks."

Meanwhile, in a different world, a man climbs deep into an ancient cavern. He is looking for a device he left their aeons ago, one he'd thought he'd no longer need.

At last, after minutes of searching, he finds it. To his delight, it is still functional. He commends himself for his foresight in leaving the device here (although, in truth, there is no way he could have predicted that this precise situation would occur).
He flicks the switch that will power up the device and stands back. A low humming fills the treasure room, gradually getting louder and higher in pitch. When at last it is almost too loud to bear, he steps forward and presses a button.
Bright light shoots from protuberances into a single point. A loud bzzt sound buzzes as it tears a hole in reality and fills it with a different one.
Universe Hexagon.
With satisfaction, the man steps through and into the new universe. As he does so, the device powers off behind him. The cave returns to darkness and quiet, the only evidence of its disturbance gradually fading away into echo until it can no longer be heard.
