"You're doomed to failure," Star said. "TLT cannot be defeated."

*nods* It's the best. You're not tied down by morals and you can do anything you want and no one will care. You're so... free. As a hero, you have to be so emotionless, lest you break. As a villain? You're already broken.

*smiles* The only problem is that things don't tend to end very well. Heroes can be awfully frustrating sometimes.

I'm talking more generally. Heroes seem to care that their reputation is... pure. Villains want respect. Either that, or for the world to storm off.
