“Sure. What do you need me to do?"

“Oh, just fight as you’d normally, maybe pretend I’m a Voidbringer,” Cup appeared briefly and waved slightly before popping back into being unseen.

“I’ll see if I can use a couple new moves,” he said. “Plus, I don’t know if we’ve seen a Voidbringer with Stoneward surges, but it’ll be worth it to practise with it, just in case.”

He gleefully took Ax's hand, getting up onto the building. "Alright, what now?" He chuckled, hoping Ax didn't push him off. He probably wouldn't... maybe... most likely not, but... never too careful.

"Sure."

Shana stepped into the training room relaxed when she took a deep breath. She loved to spend her time here. Almost as good as doing some sport outside.

"Practice weapons?"

She asked him and threw him a bag with spheres, then slung her own over her shoulder, before securing it to her belt,to limit it's movement. She'd stolen the idea from a medieval quiver and used a carabine she could open quickly should the need arise.

He grinned. "I'll keep you company." He sat next to Ax, then started some idle chit chat.

Let's slow down and wait for a few hours before adding too many more responses. Okay? :)

“No, thank you,” Robert said, catching the sphere bag and tying it around his waist. “Hands work,”

Stepping into the training room, he breathed in the musty smell. Relaxing. A place to fight, to train. And made of stone. Perfect.

“I guess we should begin now,” he said, stepping back. “I’ve got some philosophy stuff after this to do.”

She grinned, removed her socks for better footing and bounced a few times. They hadn't warmed up, but then she doubted she'd have that time in a real fight either. Stepping up in front of him she bowed out of habit and then lifted her hands in a defensive stance, covering part of her upper body and face. Her eyes left his face, focused on a point on his breast bone.

Taking another deep breath she inhaled some stormlight and then attacked him with a straight blow to his face. No need to go all out with the first attack. She used the stormlight to enhance her speed, while carefully checking her distance. If she hit she'd hopefully bruise not break his bones. They were sparring after all.

Will your character live at the house?

Just ring the door bell or knock, that should work.

Funny, what a spren could do. With Revel’s mind was shattered, it was the perfect time to invade it. The Raidants needed to be exterminated, and what this was the place to do it. Most of them were gathered in your average household, an easy target. Hmmm…Just a little farther…He thought.

Sawyer sighed. Romeo had gotten weird lately...Well, weirder than a creature that granted her magical powers and couldn't be seen by anyone else was supposed to be. He'd been pretty content with their situation until two weeks ago. Out of nowhere, he suggested she come here. "Well, here we are." Sawyer had learned not to question him too much, Romeo usually had pretty good judgement. She took the knocker and rapped against the door.

Doc groaned.

"Again? Well, I'll be down in the workshop." he stood, grumbling, and cleaned up his stuff. A few minutes later, he was back down in the workshop, refining his diagram

"Hey there! My spren..." Sawyer realized she'd never talked about her spren to another living person before, "My spren told me to come here. Do you have any idea why that would be?" It was a little strange to be so upfront about it, but Sawyer figured the girl would either understand or just think her crazy.

More…? Revel appeared at the doorway. “I can take over from here.” Noting the girl was in a towel. “Don’t worry, we all have a spren down here.”

Onyx melted into the air.

Hello.

"That's Onyx. She's my spren. We all have spren here. We're bonded to them. And that's what give us powers."

She is correct. Leona noticed that Onyx was making herself fully audible. I am Onyx, an Inkspren. I am bonded to Leona the Elsecaller.

Glint came over to investigate the newcomer. He noted her spren. An Edgedancer. He took up a spot on the doorframe to watch her actions further.

Sawyer held out her hand to Leona. "Sawyer. Yeah, I do know a bit, Romeo's been with me for a little while."

Glint glowed a bit brighter with excitement. A handshake! Ben rarely ever shook anyone’s hand, but he had always wanted to study exactly how it was done and why. Ben was terrible at it, and Glint figured that if he could find out exactly how it was done, he could give Ben some tips.

Ben hesitantly took her hand. Hopefully his palms weren’t sweaty again. “Grip her hand firmly, but not too firmly, and shake it three times for approximately 2.7 seconds,” Glint whispered in Ben’s ear. Not knowing what else to do, Ben attempted to follow his advice and said “Hi Sawyer, I’m, er, Ben,”.

I remember when I started German II at the beginning of the year where we didn't learn any German for the first week. The third class was about how to give a proper hand shake. That was an interesting hour and a half of my life.
