@Lecky Twig it's mayonnaise and Ketchup, you have proportions right when the color(after mixing) is a kind of I don't want to say dark pink but in between pink and red.

Fry sauce is not merely mayo and ketchup! There are multiple versions, (my favorite is the one with mayo, ketchup, pickle juice, and paprika). Some people mix mayo and barbeque sauce, and that can be fairly good. (I wasn't going to post on this thread until I saw this...) But yes, fry sauce should be a nice pink color. It is delicious.
