I have not read very many Sanderson stuff yet, a lot of the stuff I haven't read went out of the spoiler period thing a loooong time ago. I just started reading his stuff a year or two ago

And I don't know if I have enough time to be on a lot of threads anyway. And the layout of the RP page confused me 

I am not very good at DND unless it's just me playing with friends or family and playing with just about no restrictions. (I don't like all the rules)

Just go to the Role-Playing tab, click Sanderson Elimination, and click on one of the games. I think LG73 is doing sign-ups right now. Say "I'd like to join." I can walk you through the rules, but it'd probably be better in a PM.
