I'm used to it now. It depends on where you're living too. I'm not in a dorm, but an apartment that is geared to college kids (mainly upperclassmen). It is also poorly managed.

Yeahh I'm at a party public school in Texas. That tends to attract an interesting crowd. In addition there's a company that rents electric scooters here. It's a nightmare. I'm always finding them in weird places. Once found one in the elevator. Once found four right outside my door. Once found one in the library basement. When TTU won the semi-finals for basketball, some kids lit some on fire and rode around on them.
