+Ark1002
Can an edgedancer (or dustbringer) add friction? We know they can remove friction but could they add it to objects, making them harder to move?

We only been shown it as a reduction.

0 CrazyRioter she/her
We've been told Edgedancers have the ability to do stuff like run on ropes, so I'm pretty sure that's confirmation that they can add friction to balance better and stuff like that. Then she used Progression to grow some plants to pop the window.
0 Quantus he/him
The wiki says that Edgedancers were known to be able to "grip the slickest of walls" and all descriptions of Abrasion Ive found all say it's manipulation of friction not specifically the reduction or elimination of it. Myself, I thought that we'd seen Lift make something sticky during the Unity fight, but I may be mistaken.
