Being a (wannabe) musician IRL, I couldn't resist. I hope you don't mind me borrowing your lute, Elo. ;)

Would people mind actually discussing things a little? I have suspicions, but no one I'm certain enough of to start a mass lynching on.

Not at all, If music be the food of love and all that .  . . .

Shadrach was hopping past the Salmon when he heard some beautiful music emanating from inside.  He stopped for a minute to listen.  It was stunning.  He swayed in time to the music appreciatively for a time, longer than he originally anticipated.  A grace note, so jarring yet perfectly placed brought him back to the present.  He hopped off; he had someone to shake down visit.

Gammer's embroidery lay in her lap, her work interrupted by Aodan, and the grand music being produced from the lute. I bet Perfect Pitch helps with that, Gammer thought to herself. She may not have had Perfect Pitch, but she could still appreciate the sad, lamenting tune Aodan was playing.

"What about Cen?" Gammer asked quietly, during a quiet lull in the music. Gammer was surprised she even spoke, herself. But the pause demanded it, that something fill in the silence, to fill the void left by the music. But now that she spoke, she continued on. "Has anybody seen that loremonger around lately? Last I saw of him, he was yelling at the sky, calling it a liar. Clearly a deranged fellow. I also law saw Sart, the Artist around that same time, but he seemed more depressed than dangerous...." Gammer trailed off, letting Aodan being playing his music again.

She finally began to understand, exactly, what kind of tune he was playing.

Edit: Retracted vote for Cen.

Cen, could be. He actually never voted, even when he showed up here. Though, he might as well be inactive, by now. Given how uneventful things are I kind of just want to get things going and not killing anyone is bad. However, I´m more than willing to change this vote. Sadly, I doubt that we can use the "if no one contests the vote"-plan because the couple PK left may be to afraid. Things happen, please!

I've been here, with the exception of a few cycles (Life's been busy, and I was out of town this last weekend). I haven't voted because t here hasn't really been a vote I needed to vote in. I was waiting until near the end on most votes, and they were mostly all decided before the last 12 hours. One vote wouldn't have swayed them, and for the most part - they went the way I would have voted anyways. I do apologize for being semi inactive though. Just haven't had as much time to keep up as I would like. I get most of the posts read through emails. Not a super great defense, but an honest one.

Just to check, are you a Pahn Kahl, Macen?

Haha, no. I kind of wish I was, I've been a Normal or Regular Villager both of the games I've played.

Cen looked around the Red Salmon, it was still pretty empty, a few patrons here and there. Cen noticed who he had come to meet.

"Dainard! I hear you wanted to tell me a wonderful story! You know, ussually I'm the one telling the stories, not the other way around, but that's ok - I love hearing new stories!"

Dainard looked at Cen with a penetrating stare, apparently he wasn't in the mood to play this game.

"Fine, I was hoping to get at least a story out of you before I did this.
Dainard, my life to yours, my breath becomes yours."

Cen imdedaitly lost some of his vibrance and "pep in his step". He promptly turned around and walked out of The Red Salmon.

I hope this helps us against the Pahn Kahl, or I'm going to sorely regret giving up my breath. It gave me such a vibrance when I told my lore.
Stupid auto correct is trying to tell me Vibrance isn't a word. Mr. Merriam and Mr. Webster disagree.

*EDIT*: Changed the breath giveaway to red.

I don´t really like how things are going right now but given that we still have some time I´ll keep the vote up for now. Aodan, you said that you have some suspicion could you maybe share it. Just so we can start some discussion? We had no day this empty for the entire game, sheesh.

i thought I'd just pop in to say sorry that I haven't been very active the past few days. Really I just haven't had much to do. I don't have any real suspicions, I'm not in anyone's inner-circles (anymore), I'm not PK, and I have yet to win a Breath Lotto, so... Yeah. That's where I'm at. :\

I don't have any suspicions either. Since Gammer is getting suspicious of me, I'll explain my actions though.

This is my first time playing this type of game, so I don't know who to trust. I've been leaving the voting to you guys so I can understand how to play the game better. The only suspicion I've had so far was Grim, and that was just because he was talking a lot for a first time player. Alas, it turned out he was just into roleplaying. If you guys have some suspicions, let's hear them. Right now, we're not doing any good just waiting for the Pahn Kahl to kill us.

My vote and voicing suspicions of Cen and Sart aren't anything definite. I just figured I'd at least get some votes/discussion going. And I figure looking at inactives first is our best choice, right now. But other than that, I really got nothing. :/

Most of my strongest suspects have now been taken out so I'm going to make a vote based solely gut feeling. Quiver has been fairly silent this game. The last elimination I played with him, he made fairly comprehensive RP posts and he got very active once he was spiked. I feel perhaps like he's taking the opposite approach this time and flying under the radar by being silent. Perhaps saving all his verbosity for the evil doc? I didn't get a chance to coin him to death last time when I had a feeling he was evil. Maybe I can get him lynched this time :)

Maybe people were still shocked from the disaster that struck the library. Perhaps they felt overconfident now that the assassin's numbers were dwindling. Whatever the case, it had been a very quiet day. A few aspersions were cast towards Cen but for the most part people had been keeping their own council.

Summon didn't think it was a good idea to let the saboteurs regroup. He believed the most vocal members had been eliminated but there was still likely someone big who had been working behind the scenes to coordinate their actions. He let his gaze wander around the room taking in each remaining delegation member. When he came to Ver, he got one of those feelings deep in the pit of his gut that he had learned long ago not to ignore.

"Hey! You, Ver." The mysterious man responded with a genuinely surprised expression at being addressed. "You've been strangely quiet through everything that happened. Come to think of it, what is your purpose for being at this delegation? You showed up out of nowhere and I'm not sure why you are even here."

Currently, my largest Idrian suspicion is Thomas. If he's not PK, then I applaud whoever is; you're doing a pretty darn good job. However, there are only four possible PK Idrians. Thomas, Tril, Rowan and Cen. Of those four, Thomas is the most suspicious, which is why I'd be most comfortable with lynching him this cycle.

Hallandren suspects are a little more broad, really because there are very few who I have real reason to be suspicious of, and even fewer who I feel I can trust. Once again, nicely done. I was suspicious of both Gamma and Ben in the early game, but less so now. (You're by no means off the table though.) Excepting Quiver, who seems to have gone inactive, most of the still living Hallandrens have made one or another gestures (making Strawmen, donating Breath, etc) that make them seem fairly trustworthy. However, in this game, that means nothing.

Seems is the key word there. He has been on the forum throughout the game (including earlier today) but has been suspiciously quiet in the game.

So now all suspicions should be on more experienced players, specifically myself (though I've only played one other game), Gammer, Cog, Rowan, and Ben. Most likely there are 0-2 more Idrian Pahn Kahl and 1-2 Halladrian Pahn Kahl with at least two more Pahn Kahl; not including spies. Only Aodan is cleared of all suspicion.

Yeah I'm suspicious for my own personality, last game anyone? I promise I'm not Pahn Kahl... for all the good that does. :D:ph34r:  :P

Honestly though, we need to investigate suspicious people. I am one. Feel free to investigate.

I for one am planning on investigating Halladrians since we can assume there is at least one Halladrian Pahn Kahl. We can assume that there should be a fairly even number of Pahn Kahl on both teams. Overall I have no definate evidence at all right now. Sorry.

I'm wondering why Ben assumes that Gammer is cleared of most suspicion. What made you believe that she is innocent? That is suspicious to me, and so, I can't see any other better options, so I vote Ben.

Well, Cen spoke up, so I guess I'll change my vote to Ver, see if he pops in and makes any sort of defense. I mean, I'm Drab anyway, so there's always the chance my vote won't even count.

Posted

I agree with Aonar. If we wipe the field of suspicious people then it'll be easier to investigate those that remain. So, I vote Thomas.

A little under 2 hours to go on voting .....Your vote is very significant if you vote now.... 5 votes, really? Everyone is that clueless? =P

Am I still in time? Anyway Aili, looking back on it I think I kind of confused the lifeless in the writeup with Gammer´s lifless Dyrii. Yeah... as I said I was tired. Just text.

15 minutes left. Just enough time if you wanted to vote.

I guess I can retract the vote for Cen

A minute late, but it wouldn't have changed the outcome anyway. Things would have been tricky if it had.
